First

Man

is

a

picture

book.

It

tells

the

story

of

Yang

Liwei

and

his

trip

to

space.

As

we

all

know,

Yang

Liwei

is

China’s

first

astronaut

to

fly

into

space.

Yang

was

born

on

June

21st,

1965

in

the

city

of

Huludao,

Liaoning

Province.

When

he

was

38

years

old,

he

took

the

Shenzhou-5

spaceship

to

space.

To

help

people

get

to

know

the

Chinese

space

hero

better

and

learn

about

his

trip

to

space,

the

picture

book

was

born.

It

is

based

on

Yang’s

autobiography(自傳)

Long

March

to

Space.

In

2021,

One

Day

in

Space,

a

text

from

Yang’s

book,

was

included

in

the

seventh-grade

textbook

in

Chinese

middle

schools.

Yang

Liwei

left

for

space

at

nine

on

the

morning

of

October

15th,

2003

and

came

back

to

the

earth

at

6:23

on

the

afternoon

of

October

16th,2003.

During

the

21-hour

stay

in

space,

he

flew

around

the

earth

14

times.

With

great

pictures

and

simple

words,

the

book

tells

an

exciting

story

as

well

as

space

science

in

an

interesting

way.

Yang’s

story

shows

that

nothing

is

impossible

if

you

put

your

heart

into

it.

The

writer

of

the

book,

Wu

Xiaoxi,

said,

“There

is

a

surprise

in

the

book

for

readers.

China

plans

to

send

people

to

the

moon

by

2030.We

①So

far,

China

has

successfully

sent

a

large

number

of

satellites(衛(wèi)星)

and

spaceships

into

space.

Space

scientists

have

been

greatly

inspired(賦予靈感)

by

the

old

stories

and

ancient

famous

people

when

giving

them

names.

②Since

thousands

of

years

ago,

Chinese

people

have

dreamed

of

going

to

the

moon.

Chang’e

Flies

to

the

Moon

is

one

of

the

most

popular

stories.

As

you

can

see,

China’s

first

man-made

satellite

to

circle

around

the

moon

was

named

Chang’e

I.More

interestingly,

the

moon

rover(巡視器)

was

named

after

the

Jade

Rabbit,

who

is

the

partner

of

Chang’e

in

the

story.

These

old

stories

carry

people’s

best

wishes

and

dreams.

With

the

development

of

science

and

technology,

our

scientists

have

made

them

come

true.

③Kua

Fu

Runs

After

the

Sun

is

another

story

to

show

how

much

ancient

Chinese

people

wanted

to

know

about

the

unknown

world.

Now,

Kua

Fu

is

going

with

the

scientists

to

“visit”

the

sun,

because

we

have

a

space

project

called

Kua

Fu

Mission.

④Besides

the

ancient

stories,

space

scientists

also

get

ideas

from

ancient

famous

people.

For

example,

Mozi,

an

ancient

scientist,

discovered

that

light

travels

in

a

straight

line

over

2,000

years

ago.

His

discovery

made

space

study

take

a

big

step

at

that

time.

So,

China’s

first

quantum(量子)

science

satellite

was

named

Mozi,

making

China

the

first

country

in

the

world

to

achieve

quantum

communication

between

satellites

and

the

ground.

⑤From

such

simple

things

as

giving

names

to

the

satellites,

we

can

see

how

great

our

traditional

culture

is

and

what

influence

it

has

on

our

modern

science

and

technology.【主旨大意】本文是一篇說明文。文章介紹了嫦娥一號、“玉兔號”月球車、“墨子號”空間量子科學(xué)實驗衛(wèi)星等與中國古代傳統(tǒng)文化之間的淵源,表明了我國傳統(tǒng)文化對我國太空技術(shù)的深遠影響。1.細節(jié)歸納題
