前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T4213—2008《氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥》,與GB/T4213—2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改
動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)補充了范圍內(nèi)容(見第1章,2008年版的第1章);
b)更改了術(shù)語和定義的適用標準(見第3章,2008年版的第3章);
c)更改并增加了產(chǎn)品分類及通用要求的內(nèi)容(見4.2、4.4、4.5、4.6,2008年版的第4章);
d)更改了氣源壓力最大值、氣源質(zhì)量要求(見4.8.1、4.8.3,2008年版的4.8.1、4.8.3);
e)更改了正常工作條件的溫度上限、信號接管螺紋尺寸(見4.9、4.10,2008年版的4.9、4.10);
f)增加了耐壓強度試驗中對承壓件單獨試驗的技術(shù)要求(見5.1);
g)增加了填料函及其他連接處密封性試驗中程序B氣體介質(zhì)試驗的技術(shù)要求(見5.2);
h)增加了泄漏等級的適用性說明(見5.3.2);
i)增加了泄漏等級為V的氣體泄漏要求并補充了特殊試驗條件下的修正公式(見表1);
j)更改了泄漏率系數(shù)的表述(見表2,2008年版的表3);
k)更改了基本誤差、回差、死區(qū)、始終點偏差、額定行程偏差的要求(見表4,2008年版的表1);
l)增加了流量特性的斜率偏差計算公式參數(shù)說明(見5.11.1、5.11.2);
m)增加了閥體壁厚、閥體與閥蓋化學成分的技術(shù)要求(見5.14、5.15);
n)更改“外觀”為“表面質(zhì)量”并增加了行程標尺和指針的要求(見5.16,2008年版的5.14);
o)增加了推薦的試驗順序(見6.1.3);
p)增加了耐壓強度試驗中承壓件單獨試驗的試驗方法,更改了試驗時間的要求(見6.2,2008年
版的6.10);
q)增加了填料函及其他連接處密封性試驗中氣體介質(zhì)試驗方法:程序B(見6.3);
r)更改了基本誤差、回差、始終點偏差、死區(qū)、額定行程偏差的試驗方法描述(見6.6、6.7、6.8、
6.9、6.10,2008年版的6.4、6.5、6.6、6.7、6.8);
s)增加了流量試驗裝置的要求和基本試驗程序(見6.11.5);
t)增加了閥體壁厚、閥體與閥蓋材質(zhì)化學成分和表面質(zhì)量的試驗方法(見6.14、6.15、6.16);
u)增加了出廠試驗或型式試驗項目表的內(nèi)容(見表11);
v)更改了閥體標志的要求(見8.1.1,2008年版的8.1.1)。
