irdPartiesfortheiractionsoromissionsshallbelimitedtothescopeoftheirrespectiveagreementswiththepartiesinvolved.8.2.4.2ThepartiesshallnotholdeachotherliablefortheactionsoromissionsofThirdParties,excepttotheextentthatsuchactionsoromissionsarecausedthenegligenceorwillfulmisconductoftheotherparty.8.2.4.3ThepartiesshallrequireThirdPartiestocarryappropriateinsurancetocovertheirliabilitiesandindemnifythepartiesagainstanyclaimsarisingfromtheiractionsoromissions.8.3ThirdPartyDisputeResolution8.3.1IntheeventofadisputebetweenapartyandaThirdParty,thepartiesshallseektoresolvethedisputeamicably.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedthroughnegotiation,thepartiesmayreferthemattertoarbitrationorlitigation,asagreeduponintherespectiveagreementswiththeThirdParties.8.3.2ThepartiesshallensurethatanyarbitrationorlitigationarisingfromtheinvolvementofThirdPartiesshallbeconductedinaccordancewiththegoverninglawanddisputeresolutionprovisionsofthisContract.8.4TerminationofThirdPartyInvolvement8.4.1IfapartywishestoterminatetheinvolvementofaThirdParty,itshallprovidewrittennoticetotheotherpartyandtheThirdParty,unlessotherwiseagreeduponintherespectiveagreements.8.5Confidentiality8.5.1ThepartiesshallensurethatanyconfidentialinformationsharedwithThirdPartiesisprotectedinaccordancewiththeconfidentialityprovisionsofthisContract.8.5.2ThepartiesshallrequireThirdPartiestoagreetosimilarconfidentialityobligationsintheirrespectiveagreements.第三部分：其他補(bǔ)充性說(shuō)明和解釋說(shuō)明一：附件列表：1.BillofLading(提單)詳細(xì)要求：提單需為正本，載明貨物名稱、數(shù)量、重量、體積、裝運(yùn)港、目的港、托運(yùn)人、收貨人等信息。說(shuō)明：提單是貨物所有權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移的憑證，也是運(yùn)輸合同的一部分。2.CommercialInvoice(商業(yè)發(fā)票)詳細(xì)要求：發(fā)票需載明貨物名稱、數(shù)量、單價(jià)、總價(jià)、付款條款、裝運(yùn)日期、收貨人等信息。說(shuō)明：商業(yè)發(fā)票是買賣雙方結(jié)算貨款的依據(jù)。3.CertificateofOrigin(原產(chǎn)地證明)詳細(xì)要求：證明貨物原產(chǎn)地的官方文件，用于進(jìn)口國(guó)海關(guān)申報(bào)。說(shuō)明：原產(chǎn)地證明是享受進(jìn)口國(guó)關(guān)稅優(yōu)惠的必要文件。4.InsurancePolicy(保險(xiǎn)單)詳細(xì)要求：保險(xiǎn)單需載明保險(xiǎn)金額、保險(xiǎn)范圍、保險(xiǎn)期限、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)等信息。說(shuō)明：保險(xiǎn)單是貨物在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中發(fā)生損失時(shí)，保險(xiǎn)公司賠償?shù)囊罁?jù)。5.QualityInspectionReport(質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告)詳細(xì)要求：由第三方檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)出具，證明貨物符合合同規(guī)定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。說(shuō)明：質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告是貨物質(zhì)量爭(zhēng)議的解決依據(jù)。6.CustomsDeclaration(海關(guān)申報(bào)單)詳細(xì)要求：載明貨物名稱、數(shù)量、價(jià)值、原產(chǎn)地、目的港等信息，用于海關(guān)申報(bào)。說(shuō)明：海關(guān)申報(bào)單是貨物進(jìn)出口的必要文件。7.PackingList(裝箱單)詳細(xì)要求：詳細(xì)列出貨物包裝情況，包括包裝方式、數(shù)量、體積等信息。說(shuō)明：裝箱單是貨物包裝情況的記錄，有助于物流運(yùn)輸。8.CertificateofAnalysis(分析證書(shū))詳細(xì)要求：由第三方實(shí)驗(yàn)室出具，
