nfidentialityofanyinformationprovidedPartyAorPartyB.Article3LiabilityLimitationofThirdParties3.1Theliabilityofthirdpartiesfortheiractionsoromissionsshallbelimitedtothescopeoftheirresponsibilitiesasdefinedintheattacheddocumentation.3.2Thetotalliabilityofthirdpartiesunderthiscontractshallnotexceedtheamountspecifiedintheattacheddocumentation.3.3InnoeventshallPartyAorPartyBbeliablefortheactionsoromissionsofthirdparties,exceptincaseswheresuchactionsoromissionsarecausedthenegligenceorintentionalmisconductofPartyAorPartyB.Article4Indemnification4.1PartyAandPartyBshallindemnifyeachotheragainstanyclaims,losses,damages,orexpensesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeinvolvementofthirdparties,totheextentthatsuchclaims,losses,damages,orexpensesarenotwithinthescopeofliabilitylimitationassetforthinArticle3.4.2PartyAandPartyBshallalsoindemnifyeachotheragainstanyclaims,losses,damages,orexpensesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththebreachofanyobligationsorwarrantiesthirdparties.Article5DisputeResolutionInvolvingThirdParties5.1Intheeventofadisputeinvolvingathirdparty,PartyAandPartyBshallfirstattempttoresolvethedisputethroughnegotiations.5.2Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,eitherPartyAorPartyBmayreferthemattertoarbitrationorlitigation,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofArticle7ofthiscontract.Article6TerminationofInvolvementThirdParties6.1PartyAandPartyBmayterminatetheinvolvementofathirdpartyatanytimeprovidingwrittennoticetothethirdpartyandtotheotherParty.6.2Upontermination,thethirdpartyshallpromptlyceaseallactivitiesrelatedtothecontractandshallreturnanypropertyorinformationbelongingtoPartyAorPartyB.Article7AmendmentstotheContract7.1Anyamendmenttothiscontractinvolvingtheinvolvementofthirdpartiesshallbemadeinwritingandshallbesignedallpartiesinvolved.7.2Theamendmentshallbeattachedtothiscontractasanintegralpartandshallbeeffectiveuponsignatureallparties.Article8GeneralProvisions8.1Thissectionofthecontractshallbereadinconjunctionwiththeotherprovisionsofthecontract.8.2Intheeventofanyinconsistencybetweenthissectionandtheotherprovisionsofthecontract,thissectionshallprevail.8.3Thissectionshallbedeemedtobepartofthecontractandshallbebindingonallparties.第三部分：其他補充性說明和解釋說明一：附件列表：1.附件1：第三方合作協(xié)議詳細(xì)要求：明確第三方在合同中的具體角色、責(zé)任、權(quán)利和義務(wù)，以及違約責(zé)任和賠償條款。說明：本附件是合同的一部分，用于規(guī)范第三方在合同執(zhí)行過程中的行為。2.附件2：質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)規(guī)范詳細(xì)要求：詳細(xì)列出農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)規(guī)范、檢驗方法和驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。說明：本附件是合同的一部分，用于確保農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合雙方約定。3.附件3：運輸合同詳細(xì)要求：詳細(xì)列出運輸方式、運輸路線、運輸時間、運輸費用和保險條款。說明：本附件是合同的一部分，用于規(guī)范農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的運輸過程。4.附件4：付款條款詳細(xì)要求：明確付款方式、付款時間、付款金額和付款條件。說明：本附件是合同的一部分，用
