Advice寫作指導(dǎo)【話題技巧總析】

本單元的寫作任務(wù)是建議信。建議信的目的是向收信人就某事提出自己的建議或忠告。有可能是寫給個(gè)人，就收信人遇到的某個(gè)問題提出自己的看法和觀點(diǎn)；也可能是寫給某個(gè)組織或機(jī)構(gòu)，就改進(jìn)其服務(wù)等方面提出建議、忠告。

提出建議時(shí)，多用祈使句，時(shí)態(tài)以一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)為主，人稱多用第二人稱?！净究蚣堋?/p>

建議信的格式和普通信件一樣，通常包括以下幾個(gè)部分：信頭、稱呼、正文、結(jié)束語和簽名。因?yàn)楸緦懽魅蝿?wù)開頭和結(jié)尾已給出，所以我們只需要寫出正文部分即可。

建議信的正文部分分為三部分：

第一部分——引出話題；

第二部分——提出建議；
