1.2.3.1.1.8送上有關(guān)表計(jì)、信號(hào)、控制、保護(hù)電源，檢查CRT及光字牌燈光指示正確。

InspectCRTanddisplaywindowtomakesuretheindicationisright.

1.2.3.1.1.9檢查系統(tǒng)閥門位置正確。

1.2.3.1.1.10設(shè)備的正常啟、停必須得到單元長(zhǎng)的命令，操作完畢后應(yīng)及時(shí)匯報(bào)發(fā)令人，重要操

作需有監(jiān)護(hù)人。

1.2.3.1.2.1InspectionsbeforeAuxiliariesStartup

1.2.3.1.2.1.1檢修后的輔機(jī)必須先進(jìn)行熱工、電氣方面的保護(hù)試驗(yàn)（靜、動(dòng)態(tài)），試驗(yàn)必須全部合

格，部分保護(hù)投入后才允許試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)驗(yàn)收，驗(yàn)收合格且工作票終結(jié)后，方可投入正常運(yùn)

行。

1.2.3.1.2.1.1Post-maintenanceauxiliariesmustfirstundergol&Candelectricalprotectiontest

(bothstaticanddynamic).Thetestingresultsmustmeettherequirements.Only

aftersomeprotectionsareactivatedcanthetestresultsbeaccepted.Normal

concluded.

1.2.3.1.2.1.2備用輔機(jī)要求相關(guān)保護(hù)投入，并處于隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備啟動(dòng)的狀態(tài)，除事故處理外，備用輔機(jī)

啟動(dòng)前必須進(jìn)行檢查。

1.2.3.1.2.1.2Standbyauxiliariesdemandrelatedprotectiontobeactivated,andtheyshouldbe

availableforstartupatanytime.Apartfrominemergencies,thestandbyauxiliaries

mustbeinspectedbeforestartup.

1.2.3.1.2.1.3就地檢查檢修工作結(jié)束，設(shè)備外觀完整，周圍無(wú)人員工作，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整潔，無(wú)妨礙運(yùn)行

之物。有關(guān)的通風(fēng)濾網(wǎng)均清潔完整。

1.2.3.1.2.1.3Checkthefollowing:onsiteinspectionandmaintenanceisfinished;theequipment

externalsectionsarecomplete;therearenoworkingpersonnelintheequipment

vicinity;thesiteiscleanandtidy;relevantventilationfiltersareallcleanand

complete.

1.2.3.1.2.1.4檢查輔機(jī)各門孔已嚴(yán)密關(guān)閉，輔機(jī)及電動(dòng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)牢固，底腳螺絲、連結(jié)螺栓緊固，

接地線良好，靠背輪無(wú)損且連接良好，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分的防護(hù)罩完好，輔機(jī)各部的冷卻水

系統(tǒng)正常。

1.2.3.1.2.1.4Inspecttoensure;eachaccessportoftheauxiliariesissecurelyclosed;the

auxiliariesandmotorbasearesecurelyfastened;theanchorboltsandconnecting

boltsarefixedtightly;groundingcablesandshieldsfortherotatingpartsare

adequate;thecouplingiswellconnectedwithoutdamage;thecoolingwater

systemineverypartofauxiliariesisnormal.

1.2.3.1.2.1.5嚴(yán)格按照電氣規(guī)定測(cè)量絕緣合格。

1.2.3.1.2.1.5Testtheinsulationmeetstherequirementsoftheelectricalregulations.

1.2.3.1.2.1.6檢查輔機(jī)設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)各表計(jì)齊全完好，及時(shí)投入運(yùn)行。

1.2.3.1.2.1.7檢查設(shè)備各潤(rùn)滑部件已加好潤(rùn)滑油、脂，油位正常，油質(zhì)合格。潤(rùn)滑油系統(tǒng)應(yīng)在輔

機(jī)啟動(dòng)前二小時(shí)以上投入運(yùn)行。

1.2.3.1.2.17Checkeverylubricatingpartsoftheequipmenttoensurethat:thelubeandgrease

hasbeenfilled,theoillevelisnormal,andtheoilmeetstherequirements.Thelube

systemshouldbeputintooperationmorethantwohoursbeforestartup.

1.2.3.1.2.1.8對(duì)允許用手盤動(dòng)的輔機(jī)，應(yīng)盤動(dòng)一下，確認(rèn)其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，無(wú)卡澀現(xiàn)象。

1.2,3.1.2.1.8Forauxiliariesthatcanbedrivenmanually,moveitbyhandtoconfirmthatitcan

movesmoothlyandflexiblywithoutjamming.

1.2.3.1.2.1.9檢查各風(fēng)門、擋板的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)完好：連桿牢靠，動(dòng)作靈活，無(wú)卡澀現(xiàn)象；限位裝置

動(dòng)作正確；有關(guān)指示燈顯示正常；就地開度指示與集控CRT上指示-致。

1.2.3.1.2.1.9Inspecttheactuatorsofeveryairvalvesanddamperstoensuretheyareallgood.

Thelinkage(orconnectingrods)shouldbefirmandactsmoothlywithoutjamming.

Stopdeviceactscorrectly.Indicatorlightsdisplaynormally.Theactualopening

degreecorrespondswiththeCRTdisplayinCCR.

1.2.3.1.2.1.10與輔機(jī)相關(guān)的擋板和閥門的控制回路，自動(dòng)裝置，熱控聯(lián)鎖、保護(hù)以及機(jī)械裝置，

氣動(dòng)裝置，應(yīng)按各自的規(guī)定事先校驗(yàn)合格。

1.2.3.1.2.1.10Checkthefollowingtoensuretheymeetwiththerelevantregulations:control

circuitofeachdamperandvalve,automaticdevices,l&Cinterlocks,protections

andmechanicaldevices,pneumaticdevices.

1.2.3.1.2.1.11當(dāng)輔機(jī)啟動(dòng)前的檢查工作完成，確認(rèn)已具備投運(yùn)條件后，方可送上輔機(jī)及相關(guān)設(shè)備

的動(dòng)力電源和控制電源。

1.2.3.1.2.2.1輔機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)，應(yīng)有專人至就地監(jiān)視啟動(dòng)全過程，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)匯報(bào)，必要時(shí)使用事

故按鈕緊停。

1.2.3.1.2.2.1Whenstartingupauxiliaries,anoperatorshouldgoonsitetomonitorthewhole

process,andreporttotheleaderifthereisanyabnormalcondition.Pressthe

emergencyshutdownbuttonifnecessary.

1.2.3.1.2.2.2當(dāng)輔機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后，巡檢人員方可離開現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，且間隔短時(shí)間后應(yīng)再次檢查運(yùn)行情況，

確認(rèn)運(yùn)行正常后方可按正常時(shí)間間隔檢查。

1.2.3.1.2.2.2Onsitemonitorscanleavethesiteonlywhentheauxiliariesarerunningnormally.

Re-inspecttheoperatingconditionatregular,shortintervals.Afterconfirmingthe

operationisnormal,carryoutinspectionsatnormalintervals.

1.2.3.1.2.2.3輔機(jī)啟動(dòng)后，操作員應(yīng)監(jiān)視其啟動(dòng)全過程，包括啟動(dòng)時(shí)間、啟動(dòng)電流，檢查相關(guān)系

統(tǒng)及各參數(shù)正常。

1.2.3.1.2.2.3Afterauxiliariesstartup,operatorshouldsupervisethewholestartupprocess

includingstartuptime,startupcurrent,andinspecttoconfirmtherelatedsystem

andeveryparameterisnormal.

1.2.3.1.2.2.4對(duì)于事故處理時(shí)緊急啟動(dòng)的輔機(jī)，或因熱控、電氣聯(lián)鎖動(dòng)作而自啟動(dòng)的備用輔機(jī)，

在其啟動(dòng)后，巡檢人員應(yīng)到就地檢查其運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。

1.2.3.1.2.2.4Fortheemergentlystartedupauxiliaryequipmentduringtroubleshooting,orthe

automaticallystartedupstandbyauxiliaryequipmentbecauseofl&Candelectric

interlockaction,theonsitemonitorsshouldlocallyinspecttheoperatingcondition

afterauxiliaryequipmentstartup.

1.2.3.1.2.3輔機(jī)啟動(dòng)后的檢查內(nèi)容

1.2.3.1.2.3.1各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備的軸承（瓦）以及減速箱的溫度要符合規(guī)定，滾動(dòng)軸承W85C,滑動(dòng)軸

承W70C。

1.2.3.1.2.3.1Bearings（bush）ofeveryrotatingequipmentandthetemperatureofgearbox

shouldaccordwiththeregulations.Specifically,rollingbearingW85℃andsliding

bearingW70c.

1.2.3.1.2.3.2輔機(jī)設(shè)備的振動(dòng)符合要求，振動(dòng)的規(guī)定（見表1）：

發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷應(yīng)及時(shí)填寫缺陷單.，聯(lián)系檢修及時(shí)消除。

1.2.3.1.3.1Innormaloperation,strictlycarryoutthepatrolinspectionsystem.Reportthe

leaderwhencomingacrossabnormalconditionsimmediately.Completethe

defectslistpromptly.Informmaintenanceandeliminatethefaults.

1.2.3.1.3.2正常運(yùn)行中應(yīng)按照有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行定期切換和試驗(yàn)工作。

試運(yùn)行時(shí)間應(yīng)不小于二小時(shí)，以驗(yàn)證其工作的可靠性。
