Unit 3Language in use【教學(xué)目標(biāo)】短語(yǔ)give a report,keep away from,in the 1960s,do research,instead of, search for句型1.Why were so few books produced in ancient times?2The Web can help you do paper.重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)1.復(fù)習(xí)本模塊的詞匯和句型。2歸納總結(jié)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的用法?!窘虒W(xué)思路】首先以“把主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)變成被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)”的題型導(dǎo)人新課的學(xué)習(xí),讓學(xué)生再次回憶被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的定義和結(jié)構(gòu),引出這個(gè)單元中的Language practice,然后通過(guò)圖片,讓學(xué)生說(shuō)說(shuō)含一般將來(lái)時(shí)態(tài)的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的句子,然后完成第1部分。然后,進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)練習(xí)。完成第2、3部分。聽(tīng)力練習(xí)放在活動(dòng)5、6,最后是短文的學(xué)習(xí)。這樣不僅能激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和參與熱情,也使教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)之間的銜接十分自然。同時(shí)還從學(xué)生的生活出發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)貼近學(xué)生生活的教學(xué)活動(dòng)和任務(wù),吸引和組織學(xué)生參與,要求學(xué)生介紹教室時(shí),可以展示出教室的圖片,然后要求學(xué)生用所學(xué)的知識(shí)與技能解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,教師要鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生課后能設(shè)計(jì)出自己的一項(xiàng)小發(fā)明。這樣的設(shè)計(jì)從學(xué)生的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)和興趣出發(fā),創(chuàng)設(shè)了與完成任務(wù)相關(guān)的情境,進(jìn)行了語(yǔ)言知識(shí)與技能的訓(xùn)練,盡量使學(xué)生在真實(shí)的情境和方式中學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)知識(shí),發(fā)展了學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言能力?!窘虒W(xué)準(zhǔn)備】黑板,錄音機(jī),教學(xué)卡片,多媒體等?!窘虒W(xué)過(guò)程】Step 1 Language practice1Language practice(1)讓學(xué)生領(lǐng)讀“Language practice”部分,并讓學(xué)生說(shuō)出這三個(gè)句子的結(jié)構(gòu)。教師用多媒體展示下列句子,讓學(xué)生把下列主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)變成被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)。(1)We will plant some trees tomorrow.(2)Jim can help his mother do some housework.(3)I will ask him a question.想一想:如果所給出的句子是其他時(shí)態(tài)呢?(1)Many people speak Chinese in the world.(2)A red car knocked down a boy yesterday.(3)These workers have built a new building since two years ago.完成活動(dòng)1部分,小組討論,統(tǒng)一答案。教師找出8名學(xué)生上臺(tái)講解,對(duì)于講解清晰的學(xué)生,教師給予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。2Language practice(23)(1)要求學(xué)生觀察課本上的兩張圖片,它們分別是一間老教室和一間即將建造的新教室。教師對(duì)兩張圖片進(jìn)行闡述:Now,I show you two pictures of an old classroom and a new classroom that will be built.What are the differences between the two classrooms?讓學(xué)生對(duì)于新教室的變化進(jìn)行討論。然后請(qǐng)學(xué)生用將來(lái)時(shí)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的句子表達(dá)出來(lái)(提示詞:build,buy,change)。例句:A new classroom will be built.(2)教師利用多媒體呈現(xiàn)出另外幾張對(duì)比照片,要求學(xué)生用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)描述圖片。(提示單詞:building,computer,supermarket,build,use)教師說(shuō)以前的農(nóng)村,學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)五年以后的新農(nóng)村。(要求學(xué)生用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài))T:There were many old houses in the countryside before.S1:Many new buildings will be built in five years.T:We used broken classrooms before.S2:The new classrooms and computers will be used in five years.T:We shopped in a small shop before.S3:The modern supermarkets will be built in five years.(3)Talk about the great inventions.要求學(xué)生用課本上活動(dòng)3所給的圖片和詞匯進(jìn)行討論。A:When was the telephone invented?B:It was invented in 1875.A:Which country was it invented in?B:It was invented in America.A:Who invented it?B:Bell.A:What kind of telephone do you think will be made in the future?B:3Language inventions(89)1讓學(xué)生想出一項(xiàng)已經(jīng)改變我們生活的發(fā)明。讓學(xué)生做筆記,寫(xiě)要點(diǎn),為發(fā)言做準(zhǔn)備。從以下幾個(gè)方面講講這個(gè)發(fā)明:aWhat is it?bWhy is it useful?cHow has the invention been developed?dWhat
