-1- 附錄 雙 橫臂式懸掛系統(tǒng) 附錄 1 外文中文翻譯 按橫臂數(shù)量的多少又分為雙橫臂式和單橫臂式懸掛系統(tǒng)。單橫臂式具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,側(cè)傾中心高,有較強(qiáng)的抗側(cè)傾能力的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但隨著現(xiàn)代汽車速度的提高,側(cè)傾中心過(guò)高會(huì)引起車輪跳動(dòng)時(shí)輪距變化大,輪胎磨損加劇,而且在急轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)左右車輪垂直力轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)大,導(dǎo)致后輪外傾增大,減少了后輪側(cè)偏剛度,從而產(chǎn)生高速甩尾的嚴(yán)重工況。單橫臂式獨(dú)立懸掛系統(tǒng)多應(yīng)用在后懸掛系統(tǒng)上,但由于不能適應(yīng)高速行駛的要求,目前應(yīng)用不多。雙橫臂式獨(dú)立懸掛系統(tǒng)按上下橫臂是否等長(zhǎng),又分為等長(zhǎng)雙橫臂式和不等長(zhǎng)雙橫臂式兩種懸掛 系統(tǒng)。等長(zhǎng)雙橫臂式懸掛系統(tǒng)在車輪上下跳動(dòng)時(shí),能保持主銷傾角不變,但輪距變化大 (與單橫臂式相類似 ),造成輪胎磨損嚴(yán)重,現(xiàn)已很少用。對(duì)于不等長(zhǎng)雙橫臂式懸掛系統(tǒng),只要適當(dāng)選擇、優(yōu)化上下橫臂的長(zhǎng)度,并通過(guò)合理的布置、就可以使輪距及前輪定位參數(shù)變化均在可接受的限定范圍內(nèi),保證汽車具有良好的行駛穩(wěn)定性。目前不等長(zhǎng)雙橫臂式懸掛系統(tǒng)已廣泛應(yīng)用在轎車的前后懸掛系統(tǒng)上,部分運(yùn)動(dòng)型轎車及賽車的后輪也采用這一懸掛系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。 雙橫臂式獨(dú)立懸架,是一種車輪在汽車橫向平面內(nèi)擺動(dòng)的獨(dú)立懸架,這種獨(dú)立懸架被廣泛應(yīng)用在轎車前輪上。雙 橫臂,顧名思義,兩條臂橫向布置,兩臂有做成 A 字形或 V 字形, V 形臂的上下 2 個(gè) V 形擺臂以一定的距離,分別安裝在車輪上,另一端安裝在車架上。 雙橫臂式獨(dú)立懸架一般多為不等臂雙橫臂式,上臂比下臂短,當(dāng)汽車車輪上下運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),上臂比下臂運(yùn)動(dòng)弧度小。這將使輪胎上部輕微地內(nèi)外移動(dòng),而底部影響很小。這種結(jié)構(gòu)有利于減少輪胎磨損,提高汽車行駛平順性和方向穩(wěn)定性。由于當(dāng)雙橫臂式獨(dú)立懸架懸架變形時(shí),車輪平面將產(chǎn)生傾斜而改變兩側(cè)車輪與路面接觸點(diǎn)的距離 輪距,致使輪胎相對(duì)于地面?zhèn)认蚧?,破壞輪胎和地面的附?。 -2- 附 錄 2 外文文獻(xiàn) Number by the number of arm is divided into wishbone and single -wishbone suspension system.
