附件4、2013級國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易本科人才培養(yǎng)方案、輔修及第二專業(yè)培養(yǎng)計劃國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易專業(yè)（商務(wù)管理方向）本科培養(yǎng)方案Undergraduate Program International Economics and Trade（Business Administration）Concentration一、修業(yè)年限及授予學位名稱、Length of Schooling and Degree四年；經(jīng)濟學學士Four years; Bachelor in Economics.二、培養(yǎng)目標、Educational Objectives本專業(yè)主要研究當代國際經(jīng)濟與國際商務(wù)經(jīng)營管理的運行機制、管理體制和發(fā)展規(guī)律，培養(yǎng)具有開放的國際視野和寬廣的學科背景，掌握國際經(jīng)濟與國際商務(wù)經(jīng)營管理基本理論、知識與能力，熟悉通行的國際經(jīng)濟政策法規(guī)與國際商務(wù)管理慣例與規(guī)則，具有較強的英語應(yīng)用能力、人際溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力和團隊合作意識，熟悉電子商務(wù)運作，了解主要國家與地區(qū)國際經(jīng)濟狀況和商務(wù)經(jīng)營管理環(huán)境，能在國際經(jīng)濟、國際貿(mào)易、涉外經(jīng)貿(mào)部門、跨國公司、外貿(mào)企業(yè)、科研高教機構(gòu)、政府機構(gòu)及銀行證券等金融機構(gòu)從事國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)、國際商務(wù)經(jīng)營與管理、社會與市場調(diào)研、教學科研等工作的復(fù)合型高級國際經(jīng)濟與商務(wù)經(jīng)營管理專門人才。This concentration researches the operating mechanism, the adimistration system and the development of international economics and international business adiministration. Students are trained to become versatile and highly qualified international businessmen, multinational corporation employees, teachers and researchers in universities and research institutions, managers in financial institutions, and civil servants in relative government bodies with professional knowledge and skill, an open international perspective and broade academic background, mastering English, international economics theories, current rules and conventions of international trade, and knowing the business operation enviroments in main countries and regions.三、培養(yǎng)規(guī)格及要求III、Skills Profile依托學校經(jīng)濟、管理、法學、藝術(shù)等學科優(yōu)勢，本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)的學生應(yīng)具有良好思想品德、社會公德和職業(yè)道德；經(jīng)濟和管理理論基礎(chǔ)扎實、知識面寬、業(yè)務(wù)能力強、綜合素質(zhì)好、富有創(chuàng)新意識和開拓精神，具有較強從事國際經(jīng)濟與國際商務(wù)經(jīng)營管理綜合能力與素質(zhì)。 1. 知識。具有數(shù)學、英語、計算機、經(jīng)濟學、管理學、統(tǒng)計學基礎(chǔ)知識；國際管理、財務(wù)會計、戰(zhàn)略管理、國際商務(wù)、國際經(jīng)濟、國際貿(mào)易、國際金融等專業(yè)知識；會計、財務(wù)管理、商務(wù)法律、管理與營銷相關(guān)專業(yè)知識及社會學、文學、美學、自然科學等其他知識。2. 能力。具有較強的運用定性、定量分析方法，提出、分析和解決問題的能力；具有國際商務(wù)組織、經(jīng)營管理和協(xié)調(diào)能力及國際商務(wù)談判能力；扎實的英語口語和書面交流能力及熟練運用專業(yè)英語能力；較好的團隊合作精神和人際交往能力；熟練運用計算機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等從事國際經(jīng)濟活動與國際商務(wù)經(jīng)營管理的能力；掌握文獻檢索、資料查閱的基本方法，具有初步的科研能力；具有了解本學科的理論前沿及發(fā)展動態(tài)，不斷獲取新知識的能力。3. 素質(zhì)。具有強烈社會責任感和人文關(guān)懷意識；具有創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)和團隊合作意識；具有良好的職業(yè)道德和敬業(yè)精神；具有強烈事業(yè)心和進取心，良好的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，較強的專業(yè)能力；具有健康的體魄和良好的心理素質(zhì)。Students are trained to embrace good work ethics, master economics and managerial economics theories, be both versatile and professional, be both creative and steady, and be capable of both leadership and teamwork. 1. knowledge. Military training and education before start school, which are arranged three weeks before school opening of the first school year.2. The cognitive practice is arranged in the fouth semester for one week. Then the students have to write a report with about 1500 words through a social survey.3. The professional practice is arranged in the last time of the sixth semester for four weeks. And they should write a term paper with about 6000 words.4. The other practices to Foreign Trade Company, joint venture company , other departments related finance and securities are arranged in the 8th semester for five weeks. Then they have to write the summary and diary of the internship. And the internship departments will give them the practice identifications.5.
