宿舍管理制度1.0 目的1.0purpose1.1 為了保證員工住宿環(huán)境清潔、衛(wèi)生、安全,規(guī)范宿舍管理,特制定本制度。1.1 in order to guarantee staffs accommodation environment clean、health, safety, regulating the dormitory management, system is formulated.2.0 范圍2.0eligibility適用于公司全體員工。the policy apply to all the local prc staff of the company3.0 權(quán)責(zé)3.0 accountability and rights行政部是宿舍管理的主導(dǎo)部門。the administration is the leading department of dormitory management.4.0 作業(yè)內(nèi)容4.0content4.1 行政職權(quán)4.1 administrative authority4.1.1 宿舍僅限本公司員工住宿, 所有人員入住、 遷出或調(diào)換宿舍或床位, 均需事先向行政申請(qǐng)辦理登記手續(xù),由行政部統(tǒng)一安排床位和管理,任何人不得私自更動(dòng).4.1.1 thedormitoryisonlyapplicabletotheemployeeofthecompany,allstaffstay, accommodation, to live or exchange dormitory or beds, all needs administration or check out application procedures4.1.3 搬離行李出宿舍者須到行政部開(kāi)據(jù)員工出入放行條,經(jīng)同宿舍人員簽名確認(rèn),由保安檢查批準(zhǔn)后方可放行。拒絕檢查者,保安有權(quán)將物品扣留4.1.3 the man who move out of the dormitory with has the rightto refuse to detain the luggage4.1.4 每位住宿員工必須服從相關(guān)行政人員管理,并按照宿舍衛(wèi)生值班表進(jìn)行值班,保安員每天進(jìn)行檢查4.1.4 each accommodation employees must obey relevant administrative personnel management, and according to dormitory hygiene duty form , and security officer checked every day4.1.5 新員工或申請(qǐng)住宿的員工辦理住宿手續(xù)后,必須三天內(nèi)搬入宿舍住宿, 如發(fā)現(xiàn)住宿員工登記住宿后或連續(xù)三天不入住取消該員工的住宿權(quán)利,如有特殊情況須提前兩天說(shuō)明4.1.5 new employees, or apply for accommodation employee check in after three days, must move into the dormitory, such as the daysinadvance4.1.6 愛(ài)護(hù)宿舍內(nèi)、外公共設(shè)施, 設(shè)施受損時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)通知相關(guān)行政人員,以便及時(shí)進(jìn)行維修,人為過(guò)失損壞公物時(shí)應(yīng)自覺(jué)上報(bào),并按照損壞設(shè)施價(jià)值賠償,蓄意破壞者加倍按照公共設(shè)施的實(shí)際價(jià)值和維修費(fèi)用加倍賠償,嚴(yán)重者給予解聘。4.1.6 being compensation, serious to dismiss.4.1.7 行政檢查衛(wèi)生時(shí)間為上午8 :00 到 10 :00 ,下午 13:30 到 15: 30。在檢查時(shí),若發(fā)現(xiàn)宿舍衛(wèi)生打掃不徹底或未打掃者,檢查人員有權(quán)通知當(dāng)日宿舍值班員到宿舍重新打掃4.1.7 administrative duty member to re-clean the dormitory4.2 宿舍衛(wèi)生4.2 dormitory hygiene4.2.1 宿舍成員應(yīng)注意清潔衛(wèi)生,宿舍內(nèi)、外保持干凈,嚴(yán)禁在走廊刷牙、洗臉,不得隨地拋棄雜物、倒水等,個(gè)人物品擺放整齊,不得在墻壁、地板、門窗等地方亂拉繩索、打釘、亂涂亂畫亂張貼。4.2.1 為了大家的人身安全,吸煙者請(qǐng)到設(shè)立的吸煙處抽煙,不得在宿舍內(nèi)吸煙.4.2.2 to everyonespersonal safety,pleasego to the smokingplace,not in the dormitory where smoking inside4.2.3 每天上班時(shí)必須折疊好被子, 床單 ,在統(tǒng)一中間位置,同時(shí)也要將生活用品、牙膏、牙刷、口杯放在統(tǒng)一位置。4.2.3 every day, one must fold quilt, bed sheet, good in unity intermediate position, also put the private supplies、toothpaste, toothbrush, cup on the same position.4.3 休息時(shí)間4.3 rest time4.3.1 晚上 23 :00 前無(wú)特殊情況必須關(guān)燈休息,保安統(tǒng)一拉閘關(guān)照明燈,4.3.1 withoutspecialcircumstancesbefore23:00mustturn off thelightsto rest,security office will unity to shut off light4.3.2 為了員工的人身安全及有效的休息,晚上23 :00 以后嚴(yán)禁進(jìn)出工廠大門(特殊情況加班除外)及進(jìn)入他人房間,并不得在走廊追逐打鬧、高聲喧嘩及制造高音量,超時(shí)下班者應(yīng)自覺(jué)做到不影響他人休息,對(duì)屢教不改者取消住宿資格。4.3.2 in order to the supervision4.4.1 每月將不定期進(jìn)行宿舍內(nèi)外環(huán)境大檢查,評(píng)分結(jié)果在公告欄張貼公布。評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參照宿舍衛(wèi)生評(píng)分表。4.4.1 monthly admin department will not regular dormitory inside and outside 嚴(yán)禁打架斗毆、酗酒、聚眾賭博、鬧事等,未經(jīng)同意不得隨便進(jìn)入他人房間,不得隨意翻動(dòng)他人物品,不得偷竊他人的錢物,違者視情節(jié)輕重,情節(jié)嚴(yán)重者,將即時(shí)開(kāi)除,或送公安機(jī)關(guān)依法處置;4.5.1 it is strictly prohibited to fighting, drinking 嚴(yán)禁在宿舍私接電源,嚴(yán)禁使用違禁物品:如電飯煲、熱水器、電熱絲、煤氣等,不得攜帶易燃易爆、有毒有害物品及各種兇器進(jìn)入宿舍,違者沒(méi)收用品,情節(jié)嚴(yán)重者可即時(shí)解聘,或送公安機(jī)關(guān)依法處置。4.5.2 it is strictly prohibited to private in the dormitory department, and fill in settle outside/in accommodation application form ,4.6.3 嚴(yán)禁擅自上樓頂玩?;蝌T坐于陽(yáng)臺(tái)圍欄上,不得從陽(yáng)臺(tái)、 洗手間、宿舍窗臺(tái)等高處向下拋物,不得在陽(yáng)臺(tái)上擺放花盆及其它物品以免掉下傷人,對(duì)造成事故者,由當(dāng)事人承擔(dān)相應(yīng)責(zé)任。4.6.3 strictly forbid that play up to the roof or ride in the balcony on the fence, and shall notthrow adminstration department copy the water meter and electric meter of each dormitory at the first day of monthly5.3 住宿人員每月每人用水不超過(guò)3 噸,用電不超過(guò)15 度。5.3 each member should not more than 3 tons water
