5、r Supply on Construction Site JGJ46-882.9混凝土強度檢驗評定標準Assessment and Acceptance for Concrete Strength GBJ107-87 3.4.施工順序 Construction Sequence施工方法 Construction Method4.1腳手架工程 Scaffolding work4.1.1框架外的雙排腳手架由架業(yè)公司搭設(shè)。Double scaffold outside the structure will be built by scaffolding company.4.1.2梁和板底搭設(shè)滿堂腳
6、手架。腳手架立桿基土應平整、密實,且所有立桿底部應加設(shè)寬度大于 200mm,厚度大于 50mm,長度 4m的墊木。Full scaffold shall be used for beam and slab bottom. Pole foundation soil shall level and dense,and size more than 4m(L) 200mm(W)50mm(T) wood block shall be set for all pole bottom。4.1.3滿堂腳手架的立桿間距1.2m,橫桿間距為 1.6m。每隔 12m設(shè)置一道剪力撐。搭設(shè)方;縱、橫桿搭接接,垂直誤法
7、見下圖。立桿與縱、橫向掃地桿連接固定,縱橫向立桿應在同一條直線頭不要大于 50,即桿件接頭要錯位搭接。立桿搭設(shè)時應通過吊垂線保證其垂直度差不得大于 20mm。Spacing between poles of full scaffold is 1.2m, and set cross bridging for every 12m, andmethod please see following sketch. Poles shall be erected as per the location, and fasten the poleswith longitudinal and transverse
8、 bottom pole, and longitudinal and transverse poles shall be at thesame straight line. Overlap junctions of longitudinal and transverse poles shall be not more than50%, that is, pole junctions shall be overlapped staggered. Verticality shall be ensured by plumbline when, and tolerance of verticality
9、 shall be not more than 20mm.4.1.4端頭各設(shè)置一道剪刀撐,每道連接不少于撐外,按間距 12m設(shè)置剪刀撐;剪刀撐接長必須用搭接,且搭接長度不小于于 3個,每組剪刀撐的寬度不小于 4跨,且不小于 6m,斜桿與地面的夾角 45604根立桿,縱向軸線除兩端各設(shè)置一道剪刀1m,轉(zhuǎn)扣不少Cross bridging shall be installed at the ends of transverse axis, and each connection shall benot less than four poles. Besides cross bridging ins
10、talled at the ends of the longitudinal axis, it alsoinstalled as per 12m spacing. Overlap must be used for cross bridging spreading, and overlaplength shall be not less than 1m, and rotary button shall be less than three, and each crossbridging s width shall be not less than four spans and shall be
11、not less than 6m. Separation anglebetween diagonal pole and ground is 4560.4.1.5腳手架平面布置及上下通道平面位置見附圖1。Make the sketch for detail plane of scaffolding including access way. Please see sketch No.-1.4.1.6腳手架搭設(shè)好后,必須經(jīng)過 IPMT/CFCS/HSSE驗收合格后方可投入使用。After completion of scaffolding work, it must be inspected an
12、d accepted byIPMT/CFCS/HSSE.4.2模板工程 Formwork4.2.1梁、柱和墻板采用 =18mm的膠合模,板采用組合鋼模板。 48*3.5的標準腳手架鋼管加固。模板安裝前,應將模板面殘留砼清理干凈、且在鋼模板上均勻涂刷隔離劑。 =18mm plywood form shall be used for beam, column and wall, and combined form shall beused for base slab, and reinforced by 48*3.5scaffold steel pipe. Forms shall be clean
13、ed andremove the residual concrete, and also separant shall be painted on the steel form evenly beforeform installation.4.2.2柱模板 Column form1)安裝順序:柱軸線投點、放支模線搭設(shè)柱四周井字架控制標高綁扎柱鋼筋、墻拉結(jié) 筋、安放鋼筋保護層墊塊拼裝柱模板柱模板校正并加固Installation sequence: mark out the column axis and form linecolumn control elevation columnrebar
14、 work, wall binding rebar work, install the cushionblock install the column form column form adjustment and reinforcement井” shape rbuildack arou“nd the2)將柱軸線、標高線復測投點,彈出柱支模線,將柱腳支模處用1:2水泥砂漿找平,每根柱周圍搭設(shè)井字架,在井字架上抄測標高控制線。Resurvey the column axis and elevation line, and mark out the column form line, 1:2 ce
15、mentmortar will be used to leveling at the column bottom.“井 shape rack will be set around eachcolumn, and mark elevation control line on it.3)綁扎柱筋,墊保護層墊塊,安放埋件、墻拉結(jié)筋。Column rebars and cushion block work, install the steel inserts and wall binding rebar.4)經(jīng)檢查合格并辦理隱蔽檢查記錄后拼裝柱模。圖 1所示。柱根部留設(shè)清掃口。柱與梁的模板安裝如附Co

Details of the column and beamform installation please see attached sketch No.-1.5)柱箍采用 48*3.5雙鋼管背棱 ,柱箍間距 400mm;柱底及柱頂均應設(shè)置柱箍,柱加固圖見附圖 2。用鋼管與腳手架有效連接并

20、 beam rebar and cushion blockbeam side form installation form adjustment and reinforcement slab bottom form安裝梁底模綁扎梁鋼workinstallation slab rebar work2)在梁模下搭設(shè)雙排鋼管立柱承重架,鋼管立柱采用 48鋼管,立桿縱向間距為750mm。Pole bearing rack with double steel pipe shall be built under the beam form,used for the pole, and longitudin
21、al spacing between poles is 750mm. 48 steel pipe w3)梁高在 800mm 1000mm的梁中部設(shè)對拉螺栓一道,梁高為 1200mm的梁設(shè)置兩道對拉螺栓。對拉條安裝方法見附圖 3,在模板拆除對拉螺栓拿出后,采用微膨脹水泥砂漿封堵。1200mm高梁模板支設(shè)計算書附后。One set pull bolt shall be installed at the middle of beam while the beam is 800mm to 1000mm,and two sets pull bolt will be installed while the
22、 height is 1200mm. Details about the installationplease see attached sketch No.-3. Expended cement mortar shall be used for sealing after formdismantled and pull bolts removed. For 1200mm height beam shall calculate the support system and make detail support. Please see attach.4)按控制標高安裝梁底承重水平橫桿(梁長底模
23、鋪放時與之固定。L 4000mm時按 0.20.3%起拱)時備雙卡,梁Bearing horizontal pole (when beam length L 4000mm,following 0.2% -0.3% arch rising) ofbeam bottom shall be installed according to control elevation and prepare double clamp, andfastened with it while laying the beam bottom form.5)綁扎梁筋,墊保護層墊塊,安放埋件、插筋、預留孔胎模等,經(jīng)檢查合格后扣
24、梁側(cè)模。Beam side form shall be installed after all work inspected and accepted such as beam rebar work,cushion block laying, steel inserts installation, steel doweling and pocket molding bed, etc.6)梁與柱、梁交接處用木模板制成定型模板,以保證接頭處模板平整。Wooden form will be made as type form for the connection where beam and col
25、umn, andbeam and beam to ensure leveling of connection form.7)板模板采用組合鋼模,在組拼時模板縫間夾海綿條。Combined steel form will be used for slab form, and sponge strip shall be used for the form jointduring matching.4.2.4墻板模板 Wall form墻板模板安裝見附圖 4。在模板拆除對拉螺栓拿出后,采用微膨脹水泥砂漿封堵。Wall form installation please see attached ske

28、試塊測試) ,并澆水養(yǎng)護 7天。Column and beam side forms will be dismantled 48 hours after concrete casting, and waterycuring shall not less than 7 days. Beam bottom slab form can be dismantled after 28days orconcrete strength reached 100%(make block sample in same condition), and water curing 7 days. 4.3鋼筋工程 Reb
29、ar work4.3.1所用鋼筋必須具有出廠質(zhì)量證明書,試驗報告單,且鋼筋表面清潔,無損傷。All re-bars must have quality certificates and test reports when leaving the factory, and keep re-barin tidy condition and no damage.4.3.2所有鋼筋在進場時必須按同一牌號、同一爐批號、同一規(guī)格、同一交貨狀態(tài)且重量不得大于 60t為一批,任選 2根分別在每根上切取拉力、冷彎試件。All re-bars shall be stored by brand, heat numb
30、er, specification separately. At the same time, onegroup of sample (2 pieces) every 60t or fraction of 60tons for each batch shall be sent tolaboratory to pull resistance intensity and cold bending intensity.4.3.3原本材料必須分規(guī)格堆放,且掛牌標識。鋼筋應在預制場集中加工成型,分規(guī)格、型號堆放并配上鋼筋規(guī)格標示牌。Raw material should be sepaAll re-ba
31、rs shall be fabricated in the prefabrication area and piledtogether as per the specification, type and piled with tags.4.3.4梁板橫向鋼筋采用搭接,在同一連接區(qū)段內(nèi)鋼筋搭接接頭面積配筋百分率應不大于50%。Transverse rebar shall be overlapped in priority, in the same section of overlap area, proportion ofoverlapped rebar connections shall n
32、ot be more than 50% of total quantity of re-bar.4.3.5柱縱向鋼筋按圖紙要求焊接連接。長度必須連接長度 35d。要施工的柱凈高四分之一,高度要 500,Mechanical connection will be adopted for column rebar according to construction drawings.Connection length should be more than or equal to one quarter of the column net height, andheight shall be mo

Cement block shall be madeby concrete with the same mix ratio of concrete except stone.4.3.7板雙層鋼筋網(wǎng)片采用 12鋼筋制作的“幾”字型馬凳支撐,馬凳間距為1000mm?!皫?shape support made of 12rebar will be used for double rebar net of slab, and spacingbetween supports is 1000mm. 4.3.8鋼筋加工工程質(zhì)量允許偏差及檢測方法Allowable Tolerance and

36、ending location of re-bar20鋼尺檢查 Steel ruler箍筋內(nèi)凈尺寸Inner Dimension of Stirrup Bar5鋼尺檢查 Steel ruler4.4混凝土工程 Concrete Casting4.4.1本工程砼均采用商品砼,砼罐車運輸 ,泵車澆筑。澆筑路線及泵車就位布置根據(jù)現(xiàn)場具體情況確定。Commercial concrete and concrete truck and pump truck will be used for this construction.Concrete casting route and pump truck al
37、location will be according to the site conditions.4.4.2砼澆筑前用塑料薄膜對上部柱筋及螺栓絲扣進行保護,防止砼污染鋼筋。Prior to concrete casting, upper column rebar and anchor bolt thread shall be wrapped by plasticsheet to prevent contamination from concrete.4.4.3柱和墻板砼澆筑前必須在接縫處應事先鋪設(shè)一層與原砼成份相同的去石子砂漿50mm厚。There must pre-lay one laye
38、r of 50mm thickness mortar (except stones) which ingredients aresame with the original concrete for the joint before column and wall concrete casting.4.4.4砼振搗采用插入式振動棒,在振搗上一層時,應插入下層50mm,相鄰插點間距不超過 300mm,且距離模板以 100150mm為宜;振搗應密實,以砼表面水平不再顯著下沉、表面泛漿、不冒泡為宜,嚴禁漏振、過振。Insert type vibrating rod will be adopted f
39、or vibrating of foundation concrete. While vibratingcurrent layer, vibrating rod shall be inserted 50mm deep into last layer, and distance between twoadjacent vibrating points shall not be over 300, and 100-150mm shall be suitable for the distancefrom form. Vibrating work shall continue till that no
40、 obvious sinking can be observed, and nobleeding and no foam appear on the surface of concrete. It shall be forbidden that the concrete isover vibrated, vibrating points are not sufficient or vibrating time is not long enough.4.4.5施工縫留設(shè):水平施工縫留置于板頂面。下一次砼澆筑前,人工鑿除松動的石子 20mm,清洗干凈并澆水養(yǎng)護,澆筑下一次砼前用水沖洗潤濕。Horizontal construction joint shall be set at the top of the slab. Just before next concrete casting,loose concrete shall be chipping off minimum 20mm manually and cleaning with water and watercuring.4.4.6砼澆筑過程中應派專人看模板、看鋼筋,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時處理,待整改合格后方可繼續(xù)
