1、亞洲龍舟聯(lián)合會第一屆亞洲龍舟俱樂部杯第1號信息公告致亞洲龍舟聯(lián)合會會員和非會員國家和地區(qū)根據(jù)亞洲龍舟聯(lián)合會第11次全體代表大會決議，第一屆亞洲龍舟俱樂部杯將于2015年10月30日（周五）至11月1月（周日）在中國廣東省佛山市佛山新城舉行?，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事宜通告如下：一、比賽時間2015年10月30日至11月1日二、地點中國廣東省佛山市佛山新城（樂從鎮(zhèn)）東平河?xùn)|平大橋河段三、項目設(shè)置（一）22人龍舟混合組100米、500米直道賽，（二）12人龍舟男子組100米、200米直道賽，（三）12人龍舟女子組100米、200米直道賽，四、參賽單位本次亞俱杯共接受來自亞龍聯(lián)會員及特邀組織共計16 - 20個俱樂

2、部報名參賽，各會員協(xié)會/聯(lián)合會限報不多于3個俱樂部，各俱樂部限報1支22人龍舟混合組龍舟隊。五、報名條件與競賽辦法（一）比賽執(zhí)行亞洲龍舟聯(lián)合會審定的競賽規(guī)則，并有關(guān)年齡、國籍等要求參照國際龍舟聯(lián)合會有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。（二）隊伍組成為：領(lǐng)隊1人，管理1人，教練1-2人，運(yùn)動員28人。其中男性鼓手、舵手各1人，女性鼓手、舵手各1人，男性劃手10人，女性劃手10人，替補(bǔ)4人，性別不限。（三）各俱樂部必須參加22人龍舟混合組100米、500米直道賽和12人龍舟男子組、女子組100米、200米直道賽。（四）比賽采用坐姿劃行。（五）各隊運(yùn)動員比賽服裝顏色、式樣一致。（六）各隊自備1面隊旗，呈直角三角形，高1米

3、，寬2米，顏色不限，旗上印有XXXXX龍舟俱樂部龍舟隊。（七）比賽的方法和抽簽1比賽設(shè)4條賽道，采取預(yù)賽、復(fù)賽、半決賽、排位賽、小決賽、決賽的方式進(jìn)行，2預(yù)賽分組抽簽在領(lǐng)隊、教練、裁判長聯(lián)席會上進(jìn)行，3由于比賽場地為自然水域，比賽的賽道、舟號將于賽前在檢錄處抽簽決定。六、運(yùn)動員資格（一）參賽運(yùn)動員須經(jīng)醫(yī)院當(dāng)年檢查證明身體健康，具有著衣游泳200米以上游泳技術(shù)。（二）參賽運(yùn)動員應(yīng)在其所在國家/地區(qū)自行辦理戶外人身意外保險，運(yùn)動員須穿救生衣參加比賽（亦可由領(lǐng)隊向大會提出書面申請不穿救生衣參加比賽，安全責(zé)任由參賽隊自行負(fù)擔(dān)）。七、錄取名次與獎勵（一）各單項錄取前3名頒發(fā)獎牌和證書，（二）總成績錄取前

4、6名頒發(fā)獎杯和證書，第1名獲得“亞洲龍舟俱樂部冠軍杯”，（三）積分辦法：將各項目積分相加，第1名積17分，第2名積15分，第3名積14分，依此類推，第16名積1分。如各項積分相等，500米成績優(yōu)勝的隊伍列前。八、報名和經(jīng)費(fèi)時間要求階 段要 求截止日期初步報名提交初步報名表繳納報名費(fèi)500美元/隊2015年8月1日最終報名提交最終報名表繳納酒店、餐飲、交通總價的50%訂金2015年9月1日姓名報名提交姓名報名表繳納酒店、餐飲、交通剩余款項2015年10月1日注：（一）費(fèi)用繳納需通過銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬方式進(jìn)行，匯款賬戶信息在第2號信息公告中公布。（二）初步報名時繳納的報名費(fèi)可抵扣部分酒店、餐飲、交通費(fèi)用。九

5、、經(jīng)費(fèi)（一）請各參賽俱樂部于2015年8月1日前將報名費(fèi)500美元（或等值人民幣）匯至組委會指定賬戶。如在此日期后退賽，報名費(fèi)不予退還。（二）比賽期間食宿及酒店往返賽場交通費(fèi)一攬子標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為每人每天30美元（或等值人民幣），已繳納報名費(fèi)將抵扣部分酒店食宿交通費(fèi)用。提前報到、逾期離會和超編人員收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)請與組委會聯(lián)系。（三）組委會提供各俱樂部自廣州新白云機(jī)場、佛山火車站、廣州火車南站至指定酒店免費(fèi)往返接、送站1次，未入住組委會指定酒店的運(yùn)動隊自理。請于2015年10月20日前將抵離航班、車次、船次通知組委會。（四）組委會將為參賽隊購買賽事期間人身意外保險。（五）組委會將為遵守大會紀(jì)律并完成全部比賽的運(yùn)

13、isted of: 1 Team Leader, 1 Team Manager, 1 to 2 Coaches, 28 Athletes. Athletes include 1 male drummer, 1 male helm, 1 female drummer, 1 female helm, 10 male paddlers, 10 female paddlers, and 4 reserves of any sex.iii. Each club must enter all the 6 events of the ACCC, i.e. Standard Boat Mixed 100m,

14、500m Straight Race, Small Boat Men & Women 100m, 200m Straight Race.iv. Paddling Position: sitting style only.v. Athletes racing jerseys should be in the same color and design within each team.vi. Each team should bring 1 club flag with club name and logo, right triangle in shape, 1m in height, 2m i

15、n width, no limitation on flag color.vii. Competition Method and Lane Draw:1. 4 lanes will be set in the racing course. Heat, Repechage, Semi-Final, Tail Race, Minor Final, Grand Final will be conducted.2. The lane draws are processed during the team leader, coach and race official joint meeting.3.

16、Due to the racing course locates in natural water area, the lanes and the boat number will be determined by lane-draw prior to the each race at the marshaling area.VI. Eligibilityi. The athletes should provide a healthy certificate issued by hospital and can swim with clothes on for at least 200m.ii

17、. The athletes should have purchased the Accidental Insurance in their respective countries and regions, and should wear life vest while racing. (Those who wish not to wear life vest, should apply in written, and bear all the responsibility thereafter.)VII. Ranking and Medalsi. Top 3 crews of each r

18、acing distance will be awarded medals and certificates,ii. Top 6 crews of overall ranking will be awarded trophy and certificates. Champion will be awarded “Asian Club Crew Champion Cup”iii. Points will be given according to the ranking in each racing distance, 1st will be 17 points, 2nd 15, 3rd 14,

19、 and so on, 16th 1 point. In case of a tie in the point table, 500m winner will be in higher ranking.VIII.
