1、教師工作本教務(wù)處制課程分析與實(shí)施計(jì)劃一、課程設(shè)置(為什么上這門(mén)課?)1 課程定位(依據(jù)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)設(shè)置課程,課程性質(zhì)明確,注意涉及的前導(dǎo)與后驅(qū)相關(guān)課程)本門(mén)課程是酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)在一年級(jí)上學(xué)期開(kāi)設(shè)的專(zhuān)業(yè)課程。依據(jù)高職酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行崗位服務(wù)和溝通是高端酒店服務(wù)與管理從業(yè)人員必備的一項(xiàng)職業(yè)技能。因此,酒店三大業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)的崗位服務(wù)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)是貫穿整個(gè)酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)專(zhuān)科學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程的專(zhuān)業(yè)核心課程。這門(mén)課程針對(duì)高職高專(zhuān)酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生開(kāi)設(shè),為他們能夠從事酒店行業(yè)特別是勝任高端酒店服務(wù)行業(yè)的崗位打下基礎(chǔ)。前導(dǎo)課程包括大學(xué)英語(yǔ)、形象禮儀等,它要支撐的后續(xù)課程主要是頂崗實(shí)習(xí)。2課程教學(xué)目標(biāo)(包括知
2、識(shí)目標(biāo)、能力目標(biāo)和素質(zhì)目標(biāo),符合人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)要求)1、知識(shí)目標(biāo):掌握酒店前廳部門(mén)對(duì)客服務(wù)的基本環(huán)節(jié),專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)的英文表達(dá),典型工作情景的英文對(duì)話。2、能力目標(biāo):能夠根據(jù)酒店前廳部門(mén)的工作需要使用英語(yǔ)對(duì)客服務(wù)。3、素質(zhì)目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)本專(zhuān)業(yè)和職業(yè)的熱愛(ài),樹(shù)立良好的職業(yè)道德,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具備一定的職業(yè)心理素質(zhì)、服務(wù)意識(shí)、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神、敬業(yè)精神。3課程設(shè)計(jì)(理念先進(jìn),思路清晰,與行業(yè)企業(yè)共同開(kāi)發(fā)課程,課程實(shí)施注重工學(xué)結(jié)合)本門(mén)課程的學(xué)習(xí)針對(duì)性很強(qiáng),即掌握如何順利使用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行酒店前廳部門(mén)主要崗位的對(duì)客服務(wù)工作。英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)不再是側(cè)重英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)法和詞匯上,而在于對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行崗位英語(yǔ)的對(duì)客服務(wù)訓(xùn)練上,讓學(xué)生能夠了解
3、崗位基本專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)的表達(dá)、常用句型、典型工作對(duì)話等。讓學(xué)生在每一單元的學(xué)習(xí)之初就明了本單元的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),然后根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)擬定需要完成的項(xiàng)目。在授課過(guò)程中可以根據(jù)學(xué)生的層次設(shè)計(jì)難易程度不同的模擬訓(xùn)練任務(wù)。最后,讓學(xué)生能從有控制的和模仿訓(xùn)練中讓學(xué)生積累技能從而向靈活自如地運(yùn)用轉(zhuǎn)變。二、教學(xué)內(nèi)容(上什么內(nèi)容?)1 內(nèi)容選取(包括知識(shí)內(nèi)容、技能內(nèi)容與素質(zhì)內(nèi)容,選取體現(xiàn)先進(jìn)性、針對(duì)性和適用性)1、 客房預(yù)訂。2、 接待入住。3、 禮賓服務(wù)。4、 外幣兌換服務(wù)。5、 總機(jī)。6、 問(wèn)訊處。7、 處理投訴。8、 結(jié)賬離店。2 內(nèi)容序化(模塊化)(根據(jù)工作任務(wù)、項(xiàng)目及工作過(guò)程程序化教學(xué)內(nèi)容,安排科學(xué),符合職業(yè)
