Im totally pumped up.多虧了你。我感覺很精神。Trainer:So you are happy that you made the decision to join us.所以你應(yīng)該高興做了加入我們的決定。Shirley:I surely am. 5、nt belong to a gym but I go jogging. I only eat fish and I eat lots of fruit and vegetables, but I also like my junk food and usually once a day I eat either pot

12、talk about Spain? When you lived in Spain was it easy to stay healthy in Spain?托德:首先,你能說說西班牙的情況嗎?你在西班牙生活的時(shí)候,你覺得在西班牙保持健康容易嗎?Keren: Actually, its reasonably easy to stay healthy in Spain. The weathers always good and I like jogging so I always had the opportunity to go jogging outside and theres lots

14、Todd: Very nice. OK, now how about Peru? Now you lived in Peru, correct? 15、 so, and fruit drinks are really, really popular in Peru. Everybody has their own food processor to make fruit drinks so in terms of food you can stay really, really healthy, really easily. We tend to like our fatty puddings and fatty foods but theres lots of free or cheap places to do exercise. There
