1、第五課 楊憲益、戴乃迭譯文賞析紅樓夢(mèng)第二十八回 蔣玉菡情贈(zèng)茜香羅 薛寶釵羞籠紅麝串這里寶玉悲慟了一回，忽然抬頭不見(jiàn)了黛玉，便知黛玉看見(jiàn)他躲開(kāi)了，自己也覺(jué)無(wú)味， 抖抖土起來(lái)，下山尋歸舊路，往怡紅院來(lái)可巧看見(jiàn)林黛玉在前頭走，連忙趕上去，說(shuō)道： “你且站住我知你不理我，我只說(shuō)一句話，從今后撂開(kāi)手。 ”林黛玉回頭看見(jiàn)是寶玉， 待 要不理他，聽(tīng)他說(shuō)“只說(shuō)一句話，從此撂開(kāi)手” ，這話里有文章，少不得站住說(shuō)道： “有一句 話，請(qǐng)說(shuō)來(lái)?！睂氂裥Φ溃骸皟删湓?，說(shuō)了你聽(tīng)不聽(tīng)？”黛玉聽(tīng)說(shuō)，回頭就走寶玉在身后面 嘆道：“既有今日，何必當(dāng)初！ 林黛玉聽(tīng)見(jiàn)這話，由不得站住，回頭道： “當(dāng)初怎么樣？ 今 日怎么樣？”寶玉嘆

2、道： “當(dāng)初姑娘來(lái)了，那不是我陪著頑笑？憑我心愛(ài)的，姑娘要，就拿 去，我愛(ài)吃的， 聽(tīng)見(jiàn)姑娘也愛(ài)吃， 連忙干干凈凈收著等姑娘吃 一桌子吃飯， 一床上睡覺(jué) 丫 頭們想不到的，我怕姑娘生氣，我替丫頭們想到了。我心里想著：姊妹們從小兒長(zhǎng)大， 親 也罷，熱也罷， 和氣到了兒， 才見(jiàn)得比人好 如今誰(shuí)承望姑娘人大心大， 不把我放在眼睛里， 倒把外四路的什么寶姐姐鳳姐姐的放在心坎兒上， 倒把我三日不理四日不見(jiàn)的。 我又沒(méi)個(gè)親 兄弟親姊妹。 雖然有兩個(gè)， 你難道不知道是和我隔母的？我也和你似的獨(dú)出， 只怕同我 的心一樣。誰(shuí)知我是白操了這個(gè)心，弄的有冤無(wú)處訴！ ”說(shuō)著不覺(jué)滴下眼淚來(lái)。Chapter 28When

9、睛都望著碟子。孔乙己著了慌，伸開(kāi)五指將碟子罩住，彎腰 下去說(shuō)道，“不多了，我已經(jīng)不多了。 ”直起身又看一看豆，自己搖頭說(shuō)， “不多不多！多乎 哉？不多也。 ”于是這一群孩子都在笑聲里走散了。 孔乙己是這樣的使人快活， 可是沒(méi)有他， 別人也便這么過(guò)。有一天，大約是中秋前的兩三天，掌柜正在慢慢的結(jié)賬，取下粉板，忽然說(shuō)， “孔乙己 長(zhǎng)久沒(méi)有來(lái)了。還欠十九個(gè)錢(qián)呢！ ”我才也覺(jué)得他的確長(zhǎng)久沒(méi)有來(lái)了。一個(gè)喝酒的人說(shuō)道， “他怎么會(huì)來(lái)？他打折了腿了。 ”掌柜說(shuō)，“哦！”“他總?cè)耘f是偷。 這一回， 是自己發(fā)昏， 竟偷到丁舉人家里去了。他家的東西，偷得的么？” “后來(lái)怎么樣？” “怎么樣？先寫(xiě)服辯， 后來(lái)是打，

10、打了大半夜，再打折了腿。 ”“后來(lái)呢？” “后來(lái)打折了腿了。 ”“打折了怎樣呢？” “怎樣？誰(shuí)曉得？許是死了。 ”掌柜也不再問(wèn)，仍然慢慢的算他的賬。中秋之后，秋風(fēng)是一天涼比一天，看看將近初冬；我整天的靠著火，也須穿上棉襖了。 一天的下半天，沒(méi)有一個(gè)顧客，我正合了眼坐著。忽然間聽(tīng)得一個(gè)聲音，“溫一碗酒。 ”這聲音雖然極低，卻很耳熟。 看時(shí)又全沒(méi)有人。站起來(lái)向外一望， 那孔乙己便在柜臺(tái)下對(duì)了門(mén)檻 坐著。他臉上黑而且瘦，已經(jīng)不成樣子；穿一件破夾襖，盤(pán)著兩腿，下面墊一個(gè)蒲包，用草 繩在肩上掛?。灰?jiàn)了我，又說(shuō)道， “溫一碗酒。 ”掌柜也伸出頭去，一面說(shuō)， “孔乙己么？你 還欠十九個(gè)錢(qián)呢！ ”孔乙己很頹唐

11、的仰面答道， “這下回還清罷。 這一回是現(xiàn)錢(qián)， 酒要好。 掌柜仍然同平常一樣，笑著對(duì)他說(shuō)， “孔乙己，你又偷了東西了！ ”但他這回卻不十分分辯， 單說(shuō)了一句“不要取笑！ ”“取笑？要是不偷，怎么會(huì)打斷腿？”孔乙己低聲說(shuō)道， “跌斷， 跌，跌”他的眼色，很像懇求掌柜，不要再提。此時(shí)已經(jīng)聚集了幾個(gè)人，便和掌柜都笑 了。我溫了酒，端出去，放在門(mén)檻上。他從破衣袋里摸出四文大錢(qián)，放在我手里，見(jiàn)他滿手 是泥，原來(lái)他便用這手走來(lái)的。不一會(huì)，他喝完酒，便又在旁人的說(shuō)笑聲中，坐著用這手慢 慢走去了。自此以后，又長(zhǎng)久沒(méi)有看見(jiàn)孔乙己。到了年關(guān)，掌柜取下粉板說(shuō)， “孔乙己還欠十九個(gè) 錢(qián)呢！”到第二年的端午，又說(shuō)“孔乙

When he saw me, he repeated:Warm a bowl of wine.At this point my employer leaned over the counter and said: Is that Kung I-chi? You still owe nineteen c
