1、巧用智慧,開啟學(xué)生思想之門記英語課堂教學(xué)偶發(fā)事件的處理每一位教師課前都精心設(shè)計教學(xué)思路, 備課充分詳細(xì), 既備課文知識, 又備學(xué)生的現(xiàn)有情況, 也不忘考慮學(xué)生出現(xiàn)意外情況該怎么及時處理? 無論是我們聽的公開課還是自己開展的教學(xué)公開課, 課堂教學(xué)活動基本上按照教師原先設(shè)計好的思路井然有序地進行。但在平時課堂教學(xué)中,都能如此有序地進行嗎? 當(dāng)然不可能。課堂教學(xué)是教師與學(xué)生的雙邊活動, 教師所面對的學(xué)生不是有待加工的無生命的材料,而是一群活潑好動的孩子。他們的興趣愛好、學(xué)習(xí)程度等各方面均各不相同,正如霍姆林斯基所說的:“教育工作對象是人, 而且是一群特殊的人 理智、情感、性格、意志、觀念、信念正處于
2、形成的人?!痹偌由贤庠谝蛩氐挠绊懀?課堂里隨時都可能冒出一些難以預(yù)料的問題,甚至學(xué)生作出一些出格的事情,因此在教學(xué)中必然會出現(xiàn)偶發(fā)事件。 如果教師處理不當(dāng)或當(dāng)時手足無措,控制不了局面,后果便會不堪設(shè)想。相反地, 如果教師能夠巧妙地應(yīng)變,對學(xué)生進行恰到好處的引導(dǎo)和教育,不僅能使學(xué)生認(rèn)識到自己行為的不當(dāng),而且有利于課堂教學(xué)有序地進行, 促進學(xué)生自主地學(xué)習(xí),讓學(xué)生從中受益。下面講講本人在英語教學(xué)中碰到幾件偶發(fā)事件及處理過程。我現(xiàn)在任教的初二(3)班,學(xué)生總體素質(zhì)較高, 學(xué)習(xí)能力較強。 他們在讀小學(xué)時, 就在課外學(xué)了劍橋英語、小星星英語或新概念英語之類, 這些學(xué)生英語水平相對較高, 有一定的課外詞匯量
3、。其中有一個叫栗文婷的女生很聰明, 英語也學(xué)得不錯,但她的思維、想法比較“怪異”, 課堂上常常有獨特的見解。記得有一次我上book ii unit21 lesson83 第三部分有這么一個討論題 “what will you do if you have a lot of money?” 學(xué)生回答踴躍。有的說:“if i have a lot of money, first i will help the poor children. they are so poor that they cant afford to go to school. next ill buy a big house
4、 for my parents. at last i will buy myself many books. i like reading books.” 也有的說 “if i have a lot of money, i will build some houses to let the beggars live in“good idea! you are good students. you are kind-hearted. i wish your dreams will come true.” 對學(xué)生們這種善意的想法我表示充分的肯定。這時坐在后面的栗文婷舉手問我:“miss zhou,
5、 官用英語怎們說?” 我告訴她“officer.” 她緊接著說: “if i have a lot of money, i will buy myself an officer. i will use my power to punish these bad men. these bad men are hateful. they take a lot of money from the poor people. they also do many bad things. but they arent be punished.” (punish一詞及被動語態(tài)的簡單用法我在周六興趣小組活動已教過
6、他們, 一些學(xué)生會使用。) 這個學(xué)生說的時候, 情緒還異常的激動。我說 “moons (her english name) idea is very good我還沒把話講完, 坐在第一排的一位男生用中文大聲地說:“是的。 現(xiàn)在社會太黑暗,貪官受賄, 照樣逍遙法外。我媽說, 我們捐給貧困地區(qū)的錢,并沒有落到真正需要錢的人手里, 反而被貪官搶去。” 這個學(xué)生剛講完, 另一個學(xué)生又接上話茬了:“你們看過前幾天的東南商報沒有?報上說寧波街上的賣花兒童得到的錢全被控制他們的壞人拿走?!?這下學(xué)生紛紛議論開了, 他們用中文相互議論著社會的陰暗面, 把平時所聽到的、看到的唧唧喳喳地討論著, 全然不顧講臺上的
7、我。 我還聽到其中一位學(xué)生說:“其實捐款沒啥意思,還不如給自己買點好吃的?!?我聽了,糟了, 本來打算借此話題對他們的思想好好教育一番, 現(xiàn)在反而弄巧成拙。 如果以后他們果真有這樣的思想, 那該怎們辦?這豈不是誤導(dǎo)學(xué)生? 我得想個辦法。我婉轉(zhuǎn)地問:“are we having an english class or a chinese class?” 學(xué)生們愣了一下, 我接著說 “we are having an english class now. so please say it in english, not in chinese, ok?” “ok.” “maybe your idea
8、s are right. but do you think all the people are bad?” ss: “no.” t: “are there many good, kind-hearted people? ss: “yes.” do you know luo nanying? a teacher from qinghai came to ningbo to see the doctor.” ss: “yes.” t: “she was badly ill, she needed an operation. the operation needed thirty thousand
9、 yuan. but she didnt have too much money. she thought she would die. when the people in ningbo knew her, what did they do?” s1: they gave away their money.” s2: “some people went to see her in hospital.” t: “yes, you are right. some people gave her some money, then they went away even without leavin
10、g their names. do you think they are kind?” ss: “yes.” t: “there was another story, a girl called xiao yanzi, she hurt her face in the hot oil. the people in ningbo know it, they went to see her and gave away a lot of money.” 這兩件事寧波人幾乎都知道,學(xué)生也不例外, 他們聽了后深有同感。 我繼續(xù)說到: “it reported that more and more peo
11、ple in ningbo become warm-hearted. so do in the other cities, i think. there are many true stories in ningbo evening papers these days. the stories are all about some poor people who eats little food, wears old clothes to help the poorer people.” 這時我聽到下面學(xué)生在悄悄地談?wù)撝麄兯娝劦闹藶闃返暮檬?,我心中暗喜?事情總算有轉(zhuǎn)機了。 我繼續(xù)說道
12、:“maybe there are some bad people. but i think there are only a few bad men. most of the people are kind. china is doing something to punish the bad men these years. some bad officers were put into prison. there are fewer and fewer bad men now. do you think so?” ss: “yes.” t: “if we always do good t
13、hings, if we give our love to the poor , others will also do it like that. in this way, our country will become better and better. now we must try our best to do what we can do. dont care about what others did. do you agree with me?” 這時學(xué)生都點頭表示我的話很有道理。 然后我用中文說:“一個國家、社會總有好的一面, 陰暗的一面。 我們應(yīng)積極地看到好的一面, 我們更
14、因該盡我們一切的努力去做對人類有意義的事, 這樣社會才會進步, 人們的思想才會提高?!?通過今天的教育, 我相信學(xué)生的思想會扭轉(zhuǎn)過來的。我任教的還有一個班初二(4)班, 學(xué)生調(diào)皮可愛, 上課氣氛濃烈, 學(xué)生興趣濃厚,他們愛舉手表達(dá)自己的觀點。特別當(dāng)我讓學(xué)生根據(jù)所給的短語說句子時, 班上幾個調(diào)皮的男生, 像比賽一樣, 一個比一個說得新穎、有趣, 甚至他們相互借此攻擊、取笑對方。記得一次我上dream一課時問學(xué)生:“do you often have dreams?” ss: “yes.” t: “did you remember your dreams?” ss: “yes.” t: “what
15、 did you dream? what was your dream?” s1: “i dreamed i traveled in paris. it was really wonderful.”這時一個叫倪一文的學(xué)生手舉得很高,期待著我叫他回答, 看他臉色好像有什么得意創(chuàng)舉, 接著我就問他: “you wanted to tell us what your dream was, right?” ni yiwen: “yes. i dreamed chen chao fell into the river yesterday.” (陳超是他的英語學(xué)習(xí)伙伴。 他們兩個課后喜歡爭論。這兩個人個性
16、差不多, 調(diào)皮、愛開玩笑、喜歡逗。) 這時全班發(fā)出一陣爆笑, 有幾個學(xué)生開始騷動。 但還好, 過了一會兒就恢復(fù)了平靜。 我就因勢利導(dǎo): “did you come to save him?” ni yiwen: “no, beca-use i couldnt swim.” t: “what happened then? did anyone to help him?” ni yiwen: “no. he cried help! help! i also cried help! help! then i woke up.” 這是班上已有幾個學(xué)生按捺不住自己了, 開始私下議論。 我還沒示意他坐下,
17、 只見陳超同學(xué)舉起了高高的手, 我問:“do you have anything to say?” chen chao: “yes. last night i also had a dream. i dreamed that ni yiwen had an accident. he broke his leg, he lay on the ground and couldnt stand up.” 話音還沒落, 倪一文立刻站起來: “oh i remembered. then i fell asleep again, i went on with my dream. no one could
18、come to help him. he died in the river.” 這時教室一片嘩然, 有的哈哈大笑, 有的乘機起哄說:“陳超快上, 倪一文說你死了呢。” 頓時教室里亂哄哄。陳超也不示弱,急著開口了:“ni yiwen” 我一看情形不對,一場毫無意義的爭斗要開始了。我冷靜一思考,趕緊大聲說: “can we stop laughing?” 這時全班已有所安靜。我大聲地說:“we know dreams are always opposite to our reality. some people dreamedthey had lots of money. did their d
19、reams come true?” ss: “no.” t: “you are right. their dreams wont come true, but they could come true in their dreams.i often dreamed i flew to the moon. but we know i will never fly to the moon. did you have the dreams like mine?” s1: “yes. i often dreamed of funny things, but they would never be tr
20、ue.” s2: “i often dreamed i had full marks, but i didnt get full marks”. t: “yes, you are right. ni yiwen, is chen chao your good friend?” ni yiwen: “of course.” t: “do you wish he will die?” ni yiwen: “of course not.” t: “maybe you wish he will live forlong time, so you can play with him, and you w
21、ont feel lonely.” ni yiwen: “yes.” t: “so you had a terrible dream. you wish your dream wont cometrue for ever, right.” ni yiwen: “yes. i just said it for fun.” t: “chen chao,what about you?” chen chao: “so do i.” t: “ni yiewen and chen chao aregood friends, maybe they want to play some jokes to mak
22、e everyone laugh. maybe they want to think out a good idea to make you remember the word dream for ever. do you remember this word?” ss: “yes.” t: “if you want totell others your dreams, you can say i dreamed that or i dreamed of /about sth. do you remember these useful expressions? ss: “yes.” t: “t
23、hank you chen chao and ni yiwen all the same.” 這時課堂已經(jīng)恢復(fù)了原有的平靜, 同學(xué)們重新回到了正常的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。之后, 我深深地呼了一口氣, 一場即將要爆發(fā)的爭斗總算能平息了。如果我沒能及時制止他們的爭斗, 說不定還有一場小小的戰(zhàn)爭呢,那后果將不堪設(shè)想。人無完人, 教師也不是圣人, 難免有講錯的地方, 作為每一個老師,當(dāng)然都想在學(xué)生面前表現(xiàn)得很完美。 但是萬一出現(xiàn)上述情況,如果教師處理不當(dāng),教師不僅很尷尬, 而且會被學(xué)生認(rèn)為老師沒水平, 甚至被學(xué)生看不起; 如果處理得當(dāng), 教師不僅能為自己擺脫窘境, 而且也能起到教育學(xué)生的目的。我也親身經(jīng)歷過類似事
24、情。 那是我教上一屆學(xué)生初一英語的時候,本來是下午的英語課, 因一位數(shù)學(xué)老師臨時有事情, 把我的課換到上午第二節(jié), 還沒來得及仔細(xì)備課, 我就捧著一本書去教室了。 當(dāng)時我想, 反正這個班學(xué)生素質(zhì)較差,學(xué)習(xí)能力較弱,他們對我的課向來無疑問的, 更不會提什么難的問題了,憑我的教學(xué)水平應(yīng)該能應(yīng)付。 于是我從容地按照老一套展開教學(xué)內(nèi)容。 當(dāng)我問學(xué)生:“what vegetables do we know?” 學(xué)生回答:“potatoes, tomatoes, cabbages.”然后我想補充“onions” 一詞。 在補充之前, 我對這個詞的發(fā)音猶豫了一會兒:重音放在第一個音節(jié)還是第二個音節(jié)?憑著模糊
25、的記憶我教學(xué)生朗讀這個單詞。然后我叫學(xué)生相互談?wù)摚骸皐hat do you like? how do you like it /them?” 過了兩分鐘, 我叫學(xué)生相互問答。令人尷尬地一刻終于出現(xiàn)了, 突然一個學(xué)生手舉得老高, 我就叫他回答, 不曾料到他卻說:“ miss zhou, 昨天我預(yù)習(xí)過了單詞, 聽過金山詞霸的發(fā)音, onion的你重音搞錯了?!?我當(dāng)時一聽,心慌了。 從教書到現(xiàn)在從未出現(xiàn)過令我如此尷尬的場面, 學(xué)生會怎么看我呢?以前偶爾也有說錯的時候,總能自圓其說, 今天該怎么跟學(xué)生解釋呢? 轉(zhuǎn)而一想, 有了, 平時我教學(xué)生多聽錄音, 學(xué)生覺得學(xué)英語跟聽課文錄音帶無多大關(guān)系, 今天
26、我何不借次機會好好地教育他們一番。 我就說:“ first of all i should thank this student. he is very clever and brave. when i was a middle school student, i thought i could learn english well if i could do a lot of english exercises. i neednt listen to the tape. but i was wrong. as a result, my spoken english is not very g
27、ood. my pronunciation is not so beautiful. so today i even made a mistake. fortunately, this student corrected my mistake, or i will go on with my mistake. so you mustnt follow me. you must speak more english, listen to more tapes, and you will improve your english.” 我邊用英語講的同時,邊把出現(xiàn)的生詞: brave, as a r
28、esult, spoken english, pronunciation, mistake, correct, improve寫在黑板上。然后用中文告訴他們現(xiàn)在的磁帶錄音講的都是純正英語國家人士念的英語, 他們的發(fā)音純正、地道, 就算老師念的再好, 也不及他們地道的口語。 所以你們要多聽、多模仿, 這樣你們的聽力、口語會很快地提高,讀起課文來,自然流暢。再次感謝這位同學(xué)的指正。一場驚險總算過去了。通過這些話語, 不僅為自己擺脫困境, 而且能因勢利導(dǎo), 教育學(xué)生多聽課文錄音的重要性。 與此同時, 也為學(xué)生接觸新的詞匯brave, as a result, spoken english, pronunciation, mistake, correct, improve創(chuàng)造了條件。這些詞是常用詞, 對他們今后的閱讀有一定的幫助。 轉(zhuǎn)頭再瞧瞧那位給我指正的學(xué)生, 特別自豪, 后半節(jié)聽課特別認(rèn)
