1、單片機(jī)的漢字顯示控制系統(tǒng) 摘 要:lcd液晶顯示器由于顯示質(zhì)量高、沒(méi)有電磁輻射、可視面積大、畫(huà)面效果好、體積小、質(zhì)量輕、功耗低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)成為各種便攜式電子產(chǎn)品的理想顯示器。本設(shè)計(jì)以單片機(jī)作為lcd液晶顯示控制器為主線,首先描述了系統(tǒng)硬件工作原理,重點(diǎn)對(duì)單片機(jī)和液晶顯示模塊分別做了詳細(xì)介紹,同時(shí)也對(duì)部分芯片和外圍電路進(jìn)行了介紹和設(shè)計(jì),并附以系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)框圖加以說(shuō)明。軟件系統(tǒng)是以單片機(jī)的c語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),既可以簡(jiǎn)單的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)顯示內(nèi)容的調(diào)整,又方便在proteus中進(jìn)行仿真。其次闡述了部分程序的流程圖和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。撰寫本文的主導(dǎo)思想是軟、硬件相結(jié)合,以硬件為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行程序的編寫。最后對(duì)lcd液晶漢字顯示原理

6、are discussed in detail. the design is used broadly because of its simple and low cost.keywords:at89s52;ts-12864; lcd character display引言lcd液晶顯示技術(shù)作為人機(jī)交互的主流方式,正廣泛應(yīng)用于家電、手機(jī)、個(gè)人電腦等顯示終端。隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,單片機(jī)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品日益增多,研究以單片機(jī)作為主控制器的lcd液晶顯示器控制系統(tǒng)意義重大。展望未來(lái),急速的響應(yīng)速度將會(huì)成為個(gè)性化lcd的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),越來(lái)越多的單片機(jī)正如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)。 本設(shè)計(jì)由軟件和硬件兩部分構(gòu)成,硬件部

7、分以89s52單片機(jī)為控制核心,構(gòu)成主控制電路,以18624構(gòu)成顯示電路。軟件部分由單片機(jī)編程實(shí)現(xiàn),采用c語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)1。1.設(shè)計(jì)方案的選擇和論證1.1設(shè)計(jì)要求 (1)顯示全部漢字、英文字符及一些簡(jiǎn)單的圖片。(2)顯示(4*8)32個(gè)漢字。(3)完成程序編寫、調(diào)試、仿真,并做出硬件電路產(chǎn)品。1.2單片機(jī)芯片的選擇和論證方案一: 采用at89c51芯片作為硬件核心,采用flash rom,內(nèi)部具有4kb rom 存儲(chǔ)空間,能于3v的超低壓工作,而且與mcs-51系列單片機(jī)完全兼容,但是運(yùn)用于電路設(shè)計(jì)中時(shí)由于不具備isp在線編程技術(shù)2, 當(dāng)在對(duì)電路進(jìn)行調(diào)試時(shí),由于程序的錯(cuò)誤修改或?qū)Τ绦虻男略龉δ苄?/p>

8、要燒入程序時(shí),對(duì)芯片的多次拔插會(huì)對(duì)芯片造成一定的損壞。方案二: 采用at89s52,片內(nèi)rom全都采用flash rom;能以3v的超底壓工作;同時(shí)也與mcs-51系列單片機(jī)完全該芯片內(nèi)部存儲(chǔ)器為8kb rom 存儲(chǔ)空間,同樣具有89c51的功能,且具有在線編程可擦除技術(shù)3,當(dāng)在對(duì)電路進(jìn)行調(diào)試時(shí),由于程序的錯(cuò)誤修改或?qū)Τ绦虻男略龉δ苄枰獰氤绦驎r(shí),不需要對(duì)芯片多次拔插,所以不會(huì)對(duì)芯片造成損壞4。1.3 顯示模塊的選擇和論證方案一:采用led顯示,led一般都是數(shù)碼顯示,管雖價(jià)格相對(duì)比較低,但其顯示內(nèi)容少,耗電量大,控制比較復(fù)雜。方案二:采用lcd顯示,lcd價(jià)格適中,顯示的內(nèi)容比較多,耗電低,

9、控制簡(jiǎn)單,可以顯示字符、圖片等等。lcd液晶顯示模塊ts12864a-2自帶漢字庫(kù)、內(nèi)嵌先進(jìn)的智能拼音輸入法、串行接口控制、128*64漢字顯示。綜上各方案所述,對(duì)本設(shè)計(jì)的方案選定: 采用at89s52作為主控制系統(tǒng); lcd液晶模塊ts12864a-2做為顯示電路。2.系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)2.1 電路設(shè)計(jì)方框圖圖 1 系統(tǒng)方框圖2.2 系統(tǒng)硬件概述 本設(shè)計(jì)硬件電路主控系統(tǒng)采用at89s52單片機(jī)4,顯示電路采用自帶漢字庫(kù)、內(nèi)嵌先進(jìn)的智能拼音輸入法、串行接口控制、128*64漢字顯示液晶模塊ts12864a-2來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)單片機(jī)開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)中的漢字顯示。2.3 主控系統(tǒng)電路at89s52單片機(jī)為40引腳

10、雙列直插芯片,有四個(gè)i/o口p0,p1,p2,p3, mcs-51單片機(jī)共有4個(gè)8位的i/o口(p0、p1、p2、p3),每一條i/o線都能獨(dú)立地作輸出或輸入5。單片機(jī)89s52的時(shí)鐘信號(hào)有兩種形式4:一是內(nèi)部時(shí)鐘方式;另一種是外部時(shí)鐘方式。內(nèi)部時(shí)鐘方式是在單片機(jī)的xtal1和xtal2引腳外接石英晶體6。這就構(gòu)成了自激振蕩并在單片機(jī)內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生時(shí)鐘脈沖信號(hào),其中晶振頻率一般是1.2mhz-12mhz。外部時(shí)鐘方式是把外部已有的時(shí)鐘信號(hào)引到單片機(jī)內(nèi),該方式常用于多片單片機(jī),同時(shí)工作,以便各單片機(jī)同步。故本設(shè)計(jì)選擇內(nèi)部時(shí)鐘方式,晶振頻率選擇12mhz。圖2 單片機(jī)晶振電路單片機(jī)89s52的rest引

11、腳引入高電平并保持兩個(gè)周期時(shí),單片機(jī)內(nèi)部就執(zhí)行復(fù)位操作。在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,復(fù)位操作有兩種基本形式:一種是上電復(fù)位,另一種是上電和按鍵均有效的復(fù)位7。本設(shè)計(jì)選擇上電和按鍵均有效的復(fù)位,這樣便于控制一些。圖3 單片機(jī)復(fù)位電路單片機(jī)的最小系統(tǒng)8如下圖所示,18引腳和19引腳接時(shí)鐘電路,xtal1接外部晶振和微調(diào)電容的一端,在片內(nèi)它是振蕩器倒相放大器的輸入,xtal2接外部晶振和微調(diào)電容的另一端,在片內(nèi)它是振蕩器倒相放大器的輸出。第9引腳為復(fù)位輸入端,接上電容,電阻及開(kāi)關(guān)后夠上電復(fù)位電路,20引腳為接地端,40引腳為電源端9。 圖4 主控制系統(tǒng)電路2.4 lcd液晶顯示電路設(shè)計(jì)圖5 液晶顯示電路2.4.1

12、 點(diǎn)陣lcd的顯示原理 在數(shù)字電路中2,所有的數(shù)據(jù)都是以0和1保存的,對(duì)lcd控制器進(jìn)行不同的數(shù)據(jù)操作,可以得到不同的結(jié)果。對(duì)于顯示英文操作,由于英文字母種類很少,只需要8位(一字節(jié))即可。而對(duì)于中文,常用卻有6000以上,于是我們的dos前輩想了一個(gè)辦法,就是將ascii表的高128個(gè)很少用到的數(shù)值以兩個(gè)為一組來(lái)表示漢字,即漢字的內(nèi)碼。而剩下的低128位則留給英文字符使用,即英文的內(nèi)碼。那么,得到了漢字的內(nèi)碼后,還僅是一組數(shù)字,那又如何在屏幕上去顯示呢?這就涉及到文字的字模,字模雖然也是一組數(shù)字,但它的意義卻與數(shù)字的意義有了根本的變化,它是用數(shù)字的各位信息來(lái)記載英文或漢字的形狀2。12864

15、db6db5db4db3db2db1db0顯示開(kāi)關(guān)0000111111/0顯示起始行設(shè)置0011xxxxxx頁(yè)設(shè)置0010111xxx列地址設(shè)置0001xxxxxx讀狀態(tài)10busy0on/offrst0000寫數(shù)據(jù)01寫數(shù)據(jù)讀數(shù)據(jù)11讀數(shù)據(jù)3.系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)3.1 系統(tǒng)程序流程圖本設(shè)計(jì)的硬件電路相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比較簡(jiǎn)單,其功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)主要由軟件完成。本程序的軟件部分采用單片機(jī)c語(yǔ)言編程12。系統(tǒng)程序流程主要包括:圖6 程序流程圖4.制作與調(diào)試4.1 硬件電路的布線與焊接 本設(shè)計(jì)的電路設(shè)計(jì)比較簡(jiǎn)單,應(yīng)用proteus軟件在原理圖的基礎(chǔ)上生成pcb板,經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)印、腐蝕做成電路板13。在焊接電路板時(shí),以電路原理

16、圖為參照,對(duì)電路板進(jìn)行仔細(xì)檢測(cè),防止短線、錯(cuò)線的產(chǎn)生;同時(shí)對(duì)元器件進(jìn)行測(cè)量,防止使用已損壞的元器件14。4.2 硬件測(cè)試本設(shè)計(jì)的電路焊接并不是太多,不過(guò)電路系統(tǒng)的任何一處錯(cuò)誤,都將導(dǎo)致整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的失敗,所以在完成整個(gè)電路板焊接后,要進(jìn)行相關(guān)的硬件測(cè)試15。主要包括一下幾個(gè)部分:(1)單片機(jī)及其晶振、復(fù)位電路能否正常工作,特別是復(fù)位電路是否能拉低電平使單片機(jī)復(fù)位。(2)12864液晶模塊能否正常工作。調(diào)整電位器阻值以調(diào)節(jié)液晶顯示屏的亮度。4.3 軟件測(cè)試 本設(shè)計(jì)的軟件編寫比較復(fù)雜16,在程序編寫和作品性能調(diào)試時(shí),出現(xiàn)了比較多的問(wèn)題,主要是12864的控制字和時(shí)序問(wèn)題。在此期間得到了指導(dǎo)老師和同學(xué)們

17、的幫助,最終成功完成了軟件部分的調(diào)試。 4.4 測(cè)試結(jié)果分析與結(jié)論在測(cè)試中如發(fā)現(xiàn)單片機(jī)及其外圍電路不能正常工作,要仔細(xì)觀察是否存在漏焊、虛焊、或者元器件損壞。液晶顯示屏出現(xiàn)不顯、閃屏或顯示不全的情況時(shí)注意檢查排線是否有問(wèn)題,電位器阻值是否過(guò)大等。經(jīng)過(guò)多次的仿真、測(cè)試與分析,在對(duì)系統(tǒng)電路原理、功能充分理解和熟悉的基礎(chǔ)上,反復(fù)修改程序,最終完成了對(duì)本設(shè)計(jì)的最終調(diào)試。結(jié)論 51系列單片機(jī),體積小、重量輕、抗干擾能力強(qiáng),對(duì)環(huán)境要求不高,價(jià)格低廉,可靠性高,靈活性好。本設(shè)計(jì)以51單片機(jī)為主控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了單片機(jī)的漢字顯示與控制。隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,lcd液晶顯示作為人機(jī)交互的重要方式正應(yīng)用于各種電子產(chǎn)品,
