1、 我的一天三小點(diǎn)(教育有悟) 有一天,女兒說(shuō)請(qǐng)我吃檸檬糖,我正在猜想吃糖的理由,女兒卻說(shuō)“無(wú)論如何,請(qǐng)一定不要吐出來(lái)?!边@一來(lái)我暗自緊張,不知道是什么陷阱。女兒遞過(guò)一顆檸檬糖,黃色的包裝里透過(guò)甜香的味道。放進(jìn)嘴里才發(fā)覺(jué)真的是陷阱,又酸又澀還有一些苦,沒(méi)有絲毫糖的味道!我的眼淚都要流出來(lái)了,女兒笑著看著我說(shuō):“媽媽,再堅(jiān)持一下,千萬(wàn)別吐出來(lái)?!敝皇嵌潭痰膸酌敕N,一絲甜意就從齒頰間冒出來(lái),而且越來(lái)越濃,酸、澀、苦統(tǒng)統(tǒng)都沒(méi)有了。女兒仍然笑著問(wèn)我怎么樣,我告訴她,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)很甜了。 這件事過(guò)去好幾年了,我卻深受啟發(fā),它給我啟迪是非常之大的。只是小小的一顆糖,使我思考許多,我們的工作,我們的事業(yè)又何嘗不是

2、一顆小小的檸檬糖呢?讀書(shū),一天讀一點(diǎn);培訓(xùn),一天學(xué)一點(diǎn);反思,一天寫(xiě)一點(diǎn)。每天根據(jù)自己成長(zhǎng)的需求,自由而自覺(jué)地學(xué)習(xí)。讀一點(diǎn)想讀的書(shū),說(shuō)一點(diǎn)想說(shuō)的話,寫(xiě)一點(diǎn)想寫(xiě)的東西。書(shū)路無(wú)窮,書(shū)香永恒,何樂(lè)而不為呢。 對(duì)一個(gè)教師來(lái)說(shuō),專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)受益最大的人是自己。當(dāng)我選擇了幼兒教師這一行業(yè),其實(shí)是選擇了一個(gè)沒(méi)有盡頭的專業(yè),我們每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該像樹(shù)一樣成長(zhǎng),即使我們現(xiàn)在什么都不是,但是我們只要有樹(shù)的種子,不斷地吸收泥土的養(yǎng)分,自己就一定會(huì)成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。發(fā)展自我是我們每一個(gè)人的使命,任何一個(gè)有智慧的人,都一定會(huì)深切地關(guān)注自我的成長(zhǎng)。 讀書(shū),一天讀一點(diǎn);讓讀書(shū)成為自覺(jué),讓讀書(shū)成為習(xí)慣,讓讀書(shū)成為我們生活的一種基本方式。我堅(jiān)守

3、幼教多年的同時(shí),始終保持一種“多多益善”的愿望與熱情。多讀點(diǎn)課堂外的書(shū),多讀點(diǎn)“本分”之外的書(shū),多讀點(diǎn)與靈魂對(duì)話的書(shū)。讀書(shū)的第一步,可能是“讀薄”概括與攝??;讀書(shū)的第二步,應(yīng)該是“厚發(fā)”補(bǔ)充與提升。我覺(jué)得樂(lè)讀才能好讀,好讀才能體驗(yàn)到讀書(shū)的樂(lè)趣。讀什么決定了教什么,有多廣的閱讀視野決定了有多高的教學(xué)境界。讀書(shū)使我學(xué)會(huì)了了解自己的長(zhǎng)處,學(xué)會(huì)自信,學(xué)會(huì)為自己喝彩! 培訓(xùn),一天學(xué)一點(diǎn)。我們常說(shuō):培訓(xùn)是教師的最大福利。教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,更應(yīng)該關(guān)注教師“精神存在”的提升。教師要勇于開(kāi)墾閱讀的處女地,要善于營(yíng)造“精神的后花園”。幼教專業(yè)要鉆,中小學(xué)邊緣也要一探,傳統(tǒng)國(guó)學(xué)經(jīng)典要研,特色教學(xué)方案也要一覽。通過(guò)讀書(shū)

4、閱覽學(xué)習(xí),通過(guò)與名師對(duì)話交流,通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)自我培訓(xùn),我視野拓寬了,境界提升了。我要求自己參加一次高端管理培訓(xùn),研究一位名師授課,撰寫(xiě)一篇成長(zhǎng)案例故事,閱讀一篇經(jīng)典教育名著,參與一個(gè)同構(gòu)課例研討,撰寫(xiě)一本教育隨筆,整理一個(gè)課堂實(shí)錄,建立一個(gè)教育博客,參與一次網(wǎng)絡(luò)研討。我得以智慧地建設(shè)自己的”文化大觀園”和“精神的后花園”。 反思,一天寫(xiě)一點(diǎn)??戳瞬砰_(kāi)眼界,悟了才出境界。我作為一名幼教工作者,我明白自己擁有什么,明白自己能干什么。低姿態(tài)做人,高質(zhì)量做事。一個(gè)人良好的素質(zhì),源于持之以恒的優(yōu)良習(xí)慣積淀。態(tài)度決定一切,我努力做到今天的事情今天辦,明天的事情提前辦,能干的事情馬上辦,困難的事情想法辦,重要的事

5、情優(yōu)先辦,復(fù)雜的事情梳理辦,所有的事情認(rèn)真辦。我堅(jiān)持讀書(shū),反思、寫(xiě)作,讓盲點(diǎn)變亮點(diǎn),以文化的力量,推動(dòng)教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展。 一天三小點(diǎn),每天的進(jìn)步看起來(lái)微不足道,但天天都有目標(biāo),時(shí)時(shí)都要努力,人人都可為之,僅此而言,已彌足珍貴。人與人的差別最初也許只有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn),隨著時(shí)間的推移,便產(chǎn)生天壤之別,原因就在于平時(shí)進(jìn)步積累的多寡。書(shū)能把我們托得多高,取決于我們觸摸過(guò)多少文字;書(shū)能把我們帶到多遠(yuǎn),取決于我們品味過(guò)多少書(shū)香。閱讀是吸收,教學(xué)才是傾吐。讓閱讀催化創(chuàng)造,讓思考反哺實(shí)踐。每個(gè)人都是平凡而又平凡得,但只有用心學(xué)習(xí),用心成長(zhǎng)的人,才會(huì)一次又一次地創(chuàng)造精彩,這個(gè)人也一定就是你。qcwa3ptgz7r4i3
