General臺(tái)山核電站一期工程 HGU 管溝是連接循環(huán)水虹吸井 (HCA )與重要廠 用水泵房(HPA/C)專設(shè)的重要冷卻水管溝。采納核島反應(yīng)堆坐標(biāo)系(坐標(biāo) 以1980
5、西安坐標(biāo)系為準(zhǔn)),反應(yīng)堆廠房標(biāo)高士 0.00有關(guān)于8.7m(國(guó)家85高 程系),所有標(biāo)高都以反應(yīng)堆廠房的相對(duì)標(biāo)高為準(zhǔn); HGU 管溝外截面大部分 為3.5mx 3.5m,內(nèi)孔大部分截面為2.5mX 2.5m的方孔,側(cè)壁及底板、頂板 均為500mm厚的現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu);結(jié)構(gòu)需進(jìn)行找坡,找坡坡度分不為 0.3%、0.34%與0.38%。HGU管溝替代砼及墊層采納 C25砼,主體結(jié)構(gòu)采 納歐標(biāo)C35/45砼;管溝共計(jì)10段(060069段)。In Taishan Nuclear Power Station project(Phase 1), HGU is essential cooling wat
6、er pipeway which is dedicated to link the recycled water sipho n well(HCA) and essential service pump station(HPA/C). Coordinate syste m of Nuclear Island reactor is applied(XI AN Coordinate System 1980). Level 士 0.00 of reactor building corresponds to 8.7m of National ElevatioHGU 管溝鋼筋的綁扎與驗(yàn)收工作。Reinf

All levels relate to the reference level of reactor building.The outside section of HGU is largely square hole of 3.5m x 3.5m and i nside section is largely square hole of 2.5mx 2.5m. The side wall, base s lab and top slab of the
8、 pipeway are reinforcement concrete structure of 5 00mm thick which shall be cast in situ. The slop shall be made in struct ure and the slope varies from 0.3%, 0.34% to 0.38%. The C25 concrete shall be applied to the HGU Pipeway constitute concrete and bedding con crete, while EN C35/45 concrete sha

Division of Construction Joints按照施工圖紙,HGU管溝驗(yàn)槽后應(yīng)趕忙澆筑墊層,逐段施工。主體隊(duì) 需按照工程部編制的進(jìn)度打算完成每個(gè)操縱點(diǎn)的施工。每段在底板頂面以 上500mm的位置設(shè)一水平施工縫,每段砼分為上下兩次澆筑。每段施工工序如下:Follo

60、r than 6m.7.2 腳手架的使用7.2 Utilization of Scaffold7.2.1腳手架應(yīng)在安全部門驗(yàn)收合格后才可投入使用或連續(xù)使用。7.2.1 The scaffold only shall be put into use or reuse after passes th e quality acceptance of safety department.7.2.2作業(yè)人員在架上的最大作業(yè)高度應(yīng)以可進(jìn)行正常操作為度,禁止 在架板上加墊器物或單塊腳手板以增加操作高度。7.2.2 The maximum operation height for the operators
