1、四川外語學院成都學院英語專業(yè)六級考試大綱(2010年版)總則2000年出版的高等學校英語專業(yè)英語教學大綱(以下簡稱大綱)規(guī)定,高等學校英語專業(yè)高年級階段的主要教學任務是“繼續(xù)打好語言基本功,學習英語專業(yè)知識和相關專業(yè)知識,進一步擴大知識面,增強對文化差異的敏感性,提高綜合運用英語進行交際的能力”。(大綱,2000:2)大綱同時指出,“為了幫助各校和有關部門了解執(zhí)行本教學大綱的情況,教育部委托全國高校外語專業(yè)教學指導委員會英語組在第四學期和第八學期分別實施全國英語專業(yè)四級和八級統一考試。四級和八級考試著重檢查學生的英語語言的綜合運用能力?!睘榱四芗皶r檢測學生在高年級第一階段的學習情況,并幫助學生

2、更好的了解專八考試的題型、題量等,我院特根據高等學校英語專業(yè)英語教學大綱制定該四川外語學院成都學院英語專業(yè)英語六級考試大綱。根據大綱中的上述規(guī)定,四川外語學院成都學院英語專業(yè)六級考試大綱特作如下規(guī)定:一、考試目的: 本考試的目的是全面檢查已完成英語專業(yè)高年級第一階段課程的學生是否達到了大綱所規(guī)定的英語語言綜合運用能力標準以及英語專業(yè)知識的要求。二、考試性質與范圍:本考試屬于標準參照性教學檢查類考試??荚嚪秶ù缶V所規(guī)定的聽、讀、寫、譯四個方面的能力以及英語專業(yè)知識。三、考試時間、對象與命題:本考試在英語專業(yè)第六學期舉行,每年一次??荚噷ο鬄楦咝S⒄Z專業(yè)三年級學生。本考試由四川外語學院成都學院

3、教務處組織相關英語專業(yè)課教師命題,并負責考試的實施。四、考試形式:為了有效地考核學生綜合運用英語進行交際的能力,兼顧考試的科學性、客觀性,又考慮到考試的可行性以及高年級階段英語水平和專業(yè)知識評估的特點,本考試采用多種試題形式,以保證考試的效度和信度。五、考試內容:本考試共有六個部分:聽力理解、閱讀理解、人文知識、改錯、翻譯、寫作。整個考試需時195分鐘。I聽力理解(Part I: Listening Comprehension)1.測試要求:(a)能聽懂真實交際場合中的各種英語會話和講話。(b)能聽懂VOA、BBC或CNN等國外媒體節(jié)目中有關政治、經濟、文化、教育、科技等方面的專題報道。 (c

4、)能聽懂有關政治、經濟、歷史、文化、教育、語言文學、科普方面的演講及演講后的問答。(d)考試時間約35分鐘。2. 測試形式:本部分采用填空題和多項選擇題形式,分三節(jié):Section A、 Section B和 Section C,共20題。Section A:Mini-lecture本部分由一個約900個單詞的講座和一項填空任務組成。要求學生先邊聽邊做筆記,然后完成填空任務。考試時間10分鐘。本部分共10題。Section B:Conversation or Interview本部分由一個約800個單詞的會話組成。會話后有5道多項選擇題。Section C:News Broadcast在若干段

5、新聞報道后有5道多項選擇題。Section B & C的每道多項選擇題后有10秒的間隙。要求學生從所給的四個選項中選出一個最佳答案。聽力理解部分的錄音語速為每分鐘約150個單詞,念一遍。3. 測試目的:測試學生獲取口頭信息的能力。4. 選材原則: (a)講座部分的內容與英語專業(yè)知識課程相關。 (b)對話部分的內容與學生的日常生活、工作和學習活動相關。 (c)VOA 和BBC新聞材料為學生所熟悉的一段新聞報道、短評或講話等。 (d)聽力材料中所出現的詞語原則上不超出大綱規(guī)定的范圍。II.閱讀理解(Part II: Reading Comprehension)1.測試要求:(a)能讀懂一般英美報刊

6、雜志上的社論、政治和書評。(b)能讀懂有一定難度的歷史傳記和文學作品。(c)能理解所讀材料的主旨和大意,分辨出其中的事實和細節(jié);能理解其字面意義和隱含意義;能夠分析上述題材的文章的思想觀點、語篇結構、語言特點和修辭手法。(d)能在閱讀中根據需要自覺調整閱讀速度和閱讀技巧。(e)考試時間30分鐘。2測試形式:本部分采用多項選擇題,由數篇閱讀材料組成。閱讀材料約2500個單詞。每篇材料后有若干道多項選擇題。學生應根據所讀材料內容,從每題的四個選擇項中選出一個最佳答案。本部分共20題。3測試目的:閱讀理解部分測試學生通過閱讀獲取有關信息的能力,考核學生掌握相關閱讀策略和技巧的程度。既要求準確性,也要

7、求一定的速度。閱讀速度為每分鐘約150個單詞。4選材原則:(a) 題材廣泛,包括社會、科技、文化、經濟、日常知識、人物傳記等。(b) 體裁多樣,包括記敘文、描寫文、說明文、議論文、廣告、說明書、圖表等。 (c) 關鍵詞匯基本上不超出大綱規(guī)定的范圍。III人文知識(Part III: General Knowledge)1測試要求:(a) 能基本了解主要英語國家的地理、歷史、現狀、文化傳統等。(b) 能初步具備英語文學知識。(c) 能初步具備英語語言知識。(d) 考試時間10分鐘。2測試形式:本部分采用多項選擇題形式, 要求學生從每題的四個選擇中選出一個最佳答案。本部分共10題。3測試目的:人文

8、知識部分測試學生對主要英語國家社會與文化、英語文學與英語語言學基本知識的掌握程度。4測試范圍:(a) 主要英語國家社會與文化知識。(b) 英語文學知識。(c) 英語語言學知識。 IV改錯(Part IV: Proofreading)1測試要求:能運用語法、詞匯、修辭等語言知識識別所給短文內的語病并提出改正方法。2測試形式:本部分由一篇約250個單詞的短文組成,短文中有10行標有題號。該10行內均含有一個語誤。要求學生根據“增添”、“刪除”或“改變其中的某一單詞或短語”三種方法中的一種改正語誤。本部分為主觀試題,共10題??荚嚂r間15分鐘。3測試目的:測試學生運用語言知識的能力。V翻譯(Part

9、 V: Translation)1測試要求:能運用英譯漢的理論和技巧,翻譯英美報刊雜志上的文章和文學原著。速度為每小時250至300個英文單詞。譯文必須忠實原意,語言通順、流暢。2測試形式:本部分為主觀試題??荚嚂r間60分鐘。From English to Chinese將一段300個英文單詞組成的段落譯成漢語。3測試目的:按照大綱的要求測試學生的翻譯能力。 VI寫作(Part VI: Writing)1測試要求:能根據所給題目及要求撰寫各類體裁的文章,文章長度約350個單詞;能做到內容充實、語言通順、用詞恰當、表達得體。2測試形式:本部分為主觀試題,共一個作文題目。考試時間45分鐘。3測試目

10、的:按照大綱的要求測試學生的寫作能力。答題和計分填空、改錯、翻譯和作文做在規(guī)定的主觀題答題卷上。多項選擇題的答案在客觀題答卷上。凡是寫在試題冊上的答案一律無效,予以作廢。填空、翻譯和作文用大于等于0.5mm的黑色鋼筆或中性筆書寫。答卷內容不能超過裝訂線,超越部分無效。多項選擇題每題只能選一個答案,多選作廢。請用2B鉛筆填涂客觀題答題卡。多項選擇題只算答對的題數,答錯不扣分。多項選擇題由計算機讀卷??荚嚂r不得使用詞典及其他工具書。試卷各部分采用記權方式,折算成百分制。以60分為及格標準。試卷的題型、題數、計分、比重和時間列表如下:序號題號各部分名稱題型題數計分比重考試時間(分鐘)I(A1)(A1
