2、業(yè)面對競爭和增強(qiáng)競爭力的重要方法,以唐山樂匯投資有限公司為例,該公司建于2015年初,從一個(gè)小公司發(fā)展到如今的行業(yè)領(lǐng)頭羊是因其將優(yōu)良的投資組合設(shè)計(jì)和智能交易系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的結(jié)果,所以本文研究的是樂匯投資有限公司的營銷策略分析,同時(shí)存在的問題進(jìn)行有效說明并提出自己的一些理解,并對他們今后的發(fā)展得出自己的策略。本文通過對唐山樂匯投資有限公司調(diào)查和研究,經(jīng)過調(diào)查走訪,文獻(xiàn)查詢和實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷,了解該投資公司營銷策略的現(xiàn)狀和目前存在的一些問題,針對出現(xiàn)的問題,得出自己對其營銷策略存在問題的一些見解和策略,通過改善這些問題可以獲得到更大的進(jìn)步,結(jié)合現(xiàn)在政府的策略和我國外匯市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀說明其發(fā)展策略能給許多外匯經(jīng)

3、紀(jì)行業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來新的方向,并結(jié)合公司內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)和策略與一體來闡述該經(jīng)營理念的成功之處。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容就是通過對以唐山樂匯投資有限公司為例的中小型外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)的營銷策略是怎樣的,通過查找文獻(xiàn)資料和進(jìn)行調(diào)查進(jìn)一步分析這些策略的成功所在和優(yōu)劣,提出在外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)市場現(xiàn)狀下適合自身的獨(dú)具特色營銷對策,為公司的多樣化,差異化發(fā)展開拓一條新道路。文章內(nèi)第一部分最先說明了研究內(nèi)容的背景,接著確定研究對象和研究方法,研究的目標(biāo)和意義,最后是研究的主要內(nèi)容。第二部分為市場營銷環(huán)境分析,主要從營銷的宏觀環(huán)境,包括法律環(huán)境,經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境等進(jìn)行研究總結(jié)。第三部分,根據(jù)調(diào)查分析,得到外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)存在的主要問題及

4、分析,一方面是關(guān)于樂匯投資有限公司的營銷現(xiàn)狀。例如:經(jīng)紀(jì)人管理混亂,營銷方向不明確等。另一方面是關(guān)于公司營銷時(shí)存在的問題。例如:缺乏服務(wù)意識(shí);市場定位不夠明確等。第四部分,針對第三部分出現(xiàn)的問題,對樂匯投資公司存在的的問題提出具有針對性的對策。例如,明確自己的市場定位,制定產(chǎn)品的定價(jià)策略,促銷策略,渠道策略,優(yōu)化整合公司內(nèi)部資源,提出服務(wù)營銷的主張,差異化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為今后主要發(fā)展方向等等。外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)現(xiàn)今的主要核心競爭力仍然受服務(wù)質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣所制,要做到外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)和服務(wù)很好的結(jié)合起來才能提升企業(yè)的競爭力,對于外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)來說,一些好的營銷策略能給你帶來的的效益是不可想象的,通過對唐山樂匯投資有限公司外

6、,并朝著一定的發(fā)展方向來制定相關(guān)的營銷策略,本文研究的是唐山樂匯投資有限公司的營銷策略分析,對其進(jìn)行資料的收集并了解其營銷策略的特點(diǎn)和它是怎么適應(yīng)我國的外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)現(xiàn)狀,這些營銷策略給公司帶來多大的效益,是怎么滿足顧客的獲利心理同時(shí)提高公司效益,怎么在激烈的行業(yè)競爭中找到自己的出路,形成自己的特色,我提出了自己的建議,對一些有建設(shè)性的發(fā)展在這一特征的企業(yè)的指導(dǎo)下,借鑒國際經(jīng)驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)的說明是如何通過營銷策略,提高自身的競爭力,希望能夠通過本文章給其他外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)一些啟示。關(guān)鍵詞:營銷策略;服務(wù)營銷;外匯經(jīng)紀(jì)英文翻譯Forex brokerage industry has experienced ex
