29、累“相關經驗”。2關于職業(yè)規(guī)劃的制定。既然前面說到了延續(xù)性很重要，那么就必須先說說定位， 既自己的職業(yè)規(guī)劃。 很多工作多年的人，無論做什么工作，無論身處什么行業(yè)，當問起他們?yōu)楹螘氖逻@個行業(yè)或這樣的工 作時，很多人都會說，因為第一份工作做了這個，以后就往這個方向發(fā)展了。的確，應屆生 的第一份工作可能是比較隨機的。比如進入服裝工作做銷售，三年后跳槽，肯定首選的行業(yè)還是這個行業(yè)（除了厭惡這個行業(yè)而跳槽的人），因為自己有“相關經驗”。事實上，只要公司正規(guī)，應屆生對于第一份工作并沒有太多的指定性，就像我第一份工作做了和專業(yè)完全無關的貿易工 作。但是，當你稍微熟悉了職場后， 重新定位做一個職業(yè)規(guī)劃就很有

30、必要了。比如自己是否 希望投身于這個行業(yè)，自己是否適合于這個工作等。我們常說，先就業(yè)后擇業(yè)就是這個道理，第一份工作后的第一次跳槽，往往是我們糾正自己職業(yè)路徑的最好機會，如果做了兩份、三份工作后突然發(fā)覺自己走錯了，那么再選擇就很難了， 或者就是陷入了我上面談到的那個問題。所以如果是不喜歡一份工作或一個行業(yè)而跳槽，就一定要考慮好今后的方向，不要出現(xiàn)第二次、第三次的糾錯。3關于跳槽的周期其實這是一個說法不一的問題。去年我曾經寫過一篇文章，叫做穩(wěn)定，使你增值。說是如果一個應屆生能在第一份工作做滿三年，再跳槽將擁有一份很漂亮的簡歷。其實后來我想了想，如果第一份工作自己喜歡或者不討厭，也許應該這樣。但如果

31、發(fā)覺真的不適合這個行業(yè)或非常厭惡這份工作，是否有必要硬撐個一年（就不用說三年，撐一年就不容易了）。其實我覺得如果發(fā)生這種情況， 或多或少是因為公司不正規(guī)。 比如公司不交保險，胡亂加班， 辦公室氛圍很差等，確實可以趕緊離開，并且是宜早不宜遲。但是，接下來，就要像上面說 的，有一個職業(yè)規(guī)劃，避免再次進入這樣的公司。如果第一份工作做短了，可以解釋公司不正規(guī)，如果每份工作都很短，所有公司都會覺得是你個人的問題。4有些時候你不該跳槽。有一句話我一直在說，正確的跳槽并不是覺得公司不好，而是為了自己更好的發(fā)展。所以 不要單純因為不滿而跳槽。有時候我們看看自己的公司都是不好的，看看別家都是很好的。 其實每個企業(yè)都多少有點問題。只要他沒有很明顯地違反國家相關法律法規(guī)，通俗地說該給的給，該有的有就可以了。 有些人說公司竟然不讓上網不讓上QQ，元宵節(jié)竟然不放假等等。其實工作嘛本來就不應該有娛樂，不要說不讓上網，很多大公司甚至在每個員工的電腦里裝了截屏和監(jiān)視程序
