17、5.5m，污水根據(jù)道路縱坡接入1號路污水管道，管道的起止點，管徑分別d400。3、試驗依據(jù)： 依據(jù)給水排水管道工程施工及驗收規(guī)范gb50268-2008，給排水管道安裝完成后應(yīng)按本規(guī)范第9.3、9.4節(jié)的規(guī)定進行管道嚴(yán)密性試驗。我單位結(jié)合現(xiàn)場情況，組織進行閉水試驗。二、試驗準(zhǔn)備對于雨污水管道，按照市政施工規(guī)程要求，必須在回填前做閉水試驗。閉水試驗前，施工現(xiàn)場應(yīng)具備以下條件：1、管道及檢查井的外觀質(zhì)量及“量測”檢驗均已合格；2、管道兩端的管堵（磚砌筑）應(yīng)封堵嚴(yán)密、牢固，下游管堵設(shè)置放水管和閥門，管堵經(jīng)核算可以承受相應(yīng)壓力；3、現(xiàn)場的水源滿足閉水需要，不影響其它用水；4、選好排放水的位置，不得影響

18、周圍環(huán)境。試驗前，用1：3水泥砂漿將試驗段首尾兩井內(nèi)的上游管口砌24cm厚的磚堵頭，并用l：2.5砂漿抹面，將管段封閉嚴(yán)密。當(dāng)堵頭砌好后，養(yǎng)護34d達(dá)到一定強度后，方可進行灌水試驗。灌水前，應(yīng)先對管接口進行外觀檢查，如抹帶有裂縫，脫落等缺陷，以便及時進行修補，以防灌水時發(fā)生漏水而影響試驗。灌水時，檢查井井邊應(yīng)設(shè)臨時行人便橋，以保證灌水及檢查滲水量等工作時的安全。嚴(yán)禁站在井壁上口操作，上下溝槽必須設(shè)置爬梯、戴上安全帽，并預(yù)先對溝壁的土質(zhì)、支撐等進行檢查，如有異?，F(xiàn)象應(yīng)及時排除，以保證閉水試驗過程中的安全。三、試驗程序（一）依據(jù)給水排水管道工程施工及驗收規(guī)范gb50268-2008（以下稱本規(guī)范）

19、，管道閉水試驗應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：1、閉水試驗法應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求和試驗方案進行。2、試驗管段應(yīng)按井距分隔，抽樣選取，帶井試驗；3、管道及檢查井外觀質(zhì)量已驗收合格；4、管道未回填土且溝槽內(nèi)無積水；5、全部預(yù)留孔應(yīng)封堵，不得滲水；6、管道兩端堵板承載力經(jīng)核算應(yīng)大于水壓力的合力；除預(yù)留進出水管外，應(yīng)封堵堅固，不得滲水；7、試驗段上游設(shè)計水頭不超過管頂內(nèi)壁時，試驗水頭應(yīng)以試驗段上游管頂內(nèi)壁加2m計。8、管道閉水試驗應(yīng)按本規(guī)范附錄d（閉水法試驗）進行。9、管道閉水試驗時，應(yīng)進行外觀檢查，不得有漏水現(xiàn)象，化學(xué)建材管道的實測滲水量應(yīng)小于或等于按下式計算的允許滲水量，管道閉水試驗為合格：q=0.0046d1式中 q允

22、續(xù)井段。l、排水管道閉水試驗是在試驗段內(nèi)灌水，井內(nèi)水位不低于管頂以上2m，然后，在規(guī)定的時間里，觀察管道的滲水量是否符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。試驗各階段說明如下： 注水浸泡：閉水試驗的水位，應(yīng)為試驗段上游管內(nèi)頂以上2米，將水灌至接近上游井口高度。注水過程應(yīng)檢查管堵、管道、井身，無漏水和嚴(yán)重滲水，在浸泡管和井12天后進行閉水試驗； 閉水試驗：將水灌至規(guī)定的水位，開始記錄，對滲水量的測定時間，不少于30分鐘，根據(jù)井內(nèi)水面的下降值計算滲水量，滲水量不超過規(guī)定的允許滲水量即為合格。 試驗滲水量計算：滲水量試驗時間30分鐘時，每km管道每晝夜?jié)B水量為q=（48q）（1000/l）， 式中q每km管道每d的滲水量 q閉水
