11、ial liquid increase the flux of the pipeline（10）七、產(chǎn)品裝配圖及明細表products assembly diagram(12）八、故障原因分析及排除方法 failure analysis and elimination（15）一、 概述 j系列計量泵主要是往復(fù)式柱塞泵、活塞泵，按泵的缸數(shù)可分為單缸、雙缸、三缸等多種類型。該泵可廣泛用于石油、化工、紡織、食品、造紙、原子能技術(shù)、電廠、塑料、制藥、水廠、環(huán)保等工業(yè)和科技部門。用來向加壓或常壓容器及管道內(nèi)精確定量輸送不含固體顆粒的液體。其流量可以開機（或定機）時從0-100%范圍內(nèi)無級調(diào)節(jié)。（根據(jù)計量

12、泵的特性，最少行程一般不小于總行程的10%）單缸泵適用于單一液體的場合；雙缸泵可作比例泵使用，也可并聯(lián)使用；三缸泵可作為三比例泵使用，也可三缸并聯(lián)，以達到較大排量，增高了液體的脈沖頻率，促使液體連續(xù)順暢加入；六缸泵可達三缸泵二倍效果。該型泵可輸送溫度-30100，粘度為0.3800mm2/s不含固體顆粒等腐蝕性或非腐蝕性液體介質(zhì)。不同型號的計量泵均可根據(jù)用要求裝配變頻電機（能接收4-20ma電流信號）或防爆電機。泵的型號規(guī)格及參數(shù)請參考本公司的產(chǎn)品樣本。the main product of the j serials metering pump is reciprocating pump,

18、部件是由弓型連桿凸輪機構(gòu)、行程調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)和速比蝸輪機構(gòu)組成；通過旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)手輪來實行高調(diào)節(jié)行程，從面改變弓型連桿中前后距離來達到改變柱塞（活塞）行程的目的。2.1.2缸體部件是由泵頭、吸入閥組、排出閥組、柱塞和填料密封件組成。2.2工作原理：電機經(jīng)聯(lián)軸器帶動蝸桿并通過蝸輪減速使主軸和偏心輪作回轉(zhuǎn)運動，由偏心輪帶動弓型連桿的滑動調(diào)節(jié)座,作往復(fù)運動。當(dāng)柱塞向后死點移時，泵腔內(nèi)逐漸形成真空，吸入閥打開，吸入液體；當(dāng)柱塞向前死點移動時，此時吸入閥關(guān)閉，排出閥打開，液體在柱塞向進一步運動時排出。在泵的往復(fù)中形成連續(xù)有壓力、定量的排放液體。2.3流量調(diào)節(jié)：泵的流量調(diào)節(jié)是靠旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)手輪，帶動調(diào)節(jié)螺桿轉(zhuǎn)動，從而改

25、flow. 3. piping path depends on the flow of concrete under the caliber inhalation valve; exports piping path should be higher than the export valve diameter of 1.2 times, with exports of at least equal valve to reduce the resistance. 四、泵的使用using of the pump4.1泵運轉(zhuǎn)前的檢查及其準備工作4.1.1檢查各連接處的螺栓是否擰緊,機腳是否調(diào)整平正

26、,螺帽不許有松動現(xiàn)象。4.1.2新泵第一次使用前應(yīng)擦洗各運動件加工面上的防銹油脂，不許用金屬工具鏟刮。4.1.3轉(zhuǎn)動箱內(nèi)根據(jù)環(huán)境溫度和輸送介質(zhì)的溫度加入220#蝸輪蝸桿油或50#齒輪油至油標。4.1.4盤動聯(lián)軸器,使活塞前后往復(fù)移動數(shù)次,不得有任何卡阻現(xiàn)象,手感順暢。4.1.5檢查調(diào)節(jié)手輪是否處于零位,否則應(yīng)調(diào)至零（如是調(diào)量表的更要校零。應(yīng)調(diào)量表在運輸過程中會影起量程漂移）。4.1.6檢查電機線路是否接在相應(yīng)的網(wǎng)電上,(接線方法、電壓應(yīng)按電機銘牌上標定要求)并使泵按規(guī)定的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。4.2啟動4.2.1在啟動電機前必需檢查進出管路上的閥門是否打開,只有在進出管路暢通無阻的情況下才能啟動電動機

27、。4.2.2啟動后應(yīng)讓其空載運轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)分鐘，在無不正常的前題下,然后根據(jù)需要投入使用。4.2.3依據(jù)工藝流程的需要,查對合格證中提供的流量標定和曲線與實際工況復(fù)試流量標定曲線，得出相對應(yīng)的行程百分值,把調(diào)節(jié)手輪轉(zhuǎn)到指定刻度；旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)手輪時，應(yīng)注意不得過快和過猛，應(yīng)按照從小流量往大流量方向調(diào)節(jié)，若需從大向小調(diào)節(jié)時，應(yīng)把手輪旋過數(shù)格，再向大流量方向旋轉(zhuǎn)至刻度。調(diào)節(jié)完畢后須將調(diào)節(jié)盤鎖定，以防松動。4.2.4泵的行程調(diào)節(jié)也可在停車或運轉(zhuǎn)中進行，行程調(diào)節(jié)后，泵的流量大約需1-2分鐘才能穩(wěn)定，行程長度變化越大，流量穩(wěn)定所需的時間也越長。4.3帶負荷運轉(zhuǎn)4.3.1加載運轉(zhuǎn)后約20分鐘,應(yīng)檢查柱塞填料密封處的漏損

28、和各運動處的溫升。當(dāng)漏損量每分鐘超過8滴時應(yīng)適當(dāng)旋緊填料壓帽。當(dāng)溫升迅速升高時應(yīng)立即停泵，放松填料壓帽，并檢查原因，排除故障后再開機運行。檢查調(diào)節(jié)器溫度不得超過65，泵頭部位不可超過110。4.3.2開機后，運營應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，不得有異常噪聲；否則，應(yīng)停泵檢查原因，并消除產(chǎn)生噪聲的根源后，再投入運行。4.4停機4.4.1切斷電源，停止電機運轉(zhuǎn)。4.4.2關(guān)閉進口管道閥門。但開機前必須打開。4.1pump operation before the inspection and preparations 4.1.1check the bolts connectin

36、tor and other campaign not exceeding 65 ° c. 4.3.2,the operator should be smooth,nounusual noise; otherwise,if not,check it then put into operation. 4.4 power off4.4.1 cut power to stop motor functioning. 4.4.2close import pipeline valves, but it should be opened when working.五、泵的維護與保養(yǎng)pumps mai

37、ntenance5.1泵的日常維護5.1.1應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查轉(zhuǎn)動箱內(nèi)的指定油位，不得過多或過少，潤滑油應(yīng)干凈無雜質(zhì)，并注意適時換油，換油期限請參照下表：潤滑油更換期限表（供參考）使用周期開始一個月內(nèi)二至六個月內(nèi)六個月以上換油時間(h)250-300/次300-500/次500-1000/次5.1.2填料密密封處的漏損量每分鐘不超過8-15滴，若漏液量超過時，應(yīng)適當(dāng)擰緊填料壓帽；但不得使填料溫度升的過高，至使抱軸或燒壞柱塞各密封填料。泵在運行中主要部位溫度規(guī)定如下：電動機溫度80；轉(zhuǎn)動箱內(nèi)潤滑油溫度65；填料腔溫度110。5.1.3泵運營2000-3000小時以后，應(yīng)拆開檢查內(nèi)部零件，對連桿襯套等易磨

38、損件進和維修或更換。5.1.4泵若長期停用時，應(yīng)將泵缸內(nèi)介質(zhì)排放干凈，如腐蝕性較強的液體，應(yīng)在停機前用清水運轉(zhuǎn)5分鐘，沖洗缸內(nèi)殘留液體，以防停機后造成腐爛。5.2維修保養(yǎng)解拆及裝配順序5.2.1液缸部件的拆卸：1、首先拆下與單向閥聯(lián)接的管路及附件；2、放松密封填料壓緊螺帽，拆下泵頭壓板，拉出缸體，拆出柱塞，再將液缸頭部聯(lián)接從傳動箱上拆下來；3、按以下次序全部拆出液缸內(nèi)各零部件：a.旋出填料壓緊螺帽；拆下填料壓圈；取出密封填料、隔環(huán)。b.拆下吸排閥（法蘭）；依次取下閥套、限位片、閥座、閥球。5.2.2傳動箱的拆卸:1、放掉箱體內(nèi)潤滑油；2、拆下電機、電機座，拉出聯(lián)軸節(jié)、軸承壓板等，揪出蝸桿組件；

39、3、拆下調(diào)節(jié)器總成，再從總成內(nèi)拆出調(diào)節(jié)手輪、從弓形連桿中旋出調(diào)節(jié)頂桿、肖等；4、卸下主軸的兩端蓋，即可從箱中取出蝸輪、偏心輪和主軸。5.2.3裝配按拆出時逆序進行。但需注意：1、在裝配滑套調(diào)節(jié)器座時必須把調(diào)節(jié)頂桿旋到死點，同時把調(diào)節(jié)手輪旋到20的刻度上，微調(diào)手輪使調(diào)節(jié)桿使園柱肖與滑槽相吻合；2、調(diào)節(jié)好填料壓緊螺帽之松緊適當(dāng)，轉(zhuǎn)動聯(lián)軸器試轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動自如無卡阻現(xiàn)象。5.1pumps daily maintenance5.1.1 check the oil line of the rotating chest regularly to sure the oil is not too much or

43、tion of the cylinder1. remove the pipe and accessories of the stop valve firtly2. relax filler clamping nut, remove cylinder block, pull out cylinder, remove the plunger, and then disassemble the cylinder head gearbox from cyliner3. in accordance with the following order of removing all the liquid c

44、ylinder parts:a. spin out nuts; removed pressure circle; then take our filler, and the ringb. disassembling the flange; turn off valve kit spacing unit, valve seats, valve ball,valve seat5.2.2 gearbox demolition1. let out the lubticants of the chest2 .disassembling the motor, motor blocks, pull out

45、coupling, bearing plate etc, pull the components of the worm3 .disassembling the adjust assembly,then take out the handwheel adjustment and spin out roof bar from the bow type linkage.4 .unload the two ends of the spindle then take out the gear,eccentric and spindle.5.2.3 pay attention to the fittin

46、g order.六、安 裝6.1泵的安裝6.1.1泵應(yīng)安裝在高于地面300-500毫米高混疑土上，將泵以水平狀態(tài)校正；多聯(lián)泵安裝應(yīng)注意以泵的相間聯(lián)軸器為校正基準，同心度偏差不得超過0.15毫米（彈性聯(lián)軸器）,鋼性聯(lián)軸器應(yīng)在0.05毫米之內(nèi);6.1.2吸排管路上不應(yīng)有急劇的彎頭（不大于90°），并應(yīng)盡量減少管路中彎曲和增加阻力的部件。6.2管路安裝6.2.1吸入配管通徑不能少于泵的吸入閥口徑，并應(yīng)盡量縮短吸入管道長度，一般1-2米為宜；如必須增加長度時，則應(yīng)適當(dāng)放大管徑以減少管路摩擦阻力，但長度不超過3米（但啟動時的吸入液體時間相對延長）。6.2.2與吸入、排出閥（法蘭）聯(lián)接的管道，不

47、能強行結(jié)合而使泵閥增加負荷，不得將管道及閥門等的重量由泵和吸排閥承擔(dān)。管路安裝完畢應(yīng)支承并固定好管件。6.3特殊液體對管道通量的增加6.3.1對于輸送懸浮液及易產(chǎn)生沉淀的介質(zhì)，在泵的吸入及排出附近應(yīng)增設(shè)閥門及三通，以便在泵運營停止時不拆開管路就能進行缸體內(nèi)沖洗。6.3.2為了確保泵的安全運營以及管路系統(tǒng)的安全,應(yīng)在排出管道上設(shè)置安全閥,如需要減少被輸送液體的脈沖,可在靠近泵排出管路上安裝緩沖器。6.1.1 pumps should be installed above ground 300-500 mm high mixed suspected soil, or the correspondi
