19、鋼筋混凝土段中埋式止水帶的固定方案二示意圖2特殊箍筋大樣圖止水帶應(yīng)妥善固定，宜采用專用的鋼筋套或扁鋼固定。止水帶先施工一側(cè)混凝土時，其端模應(yīng)支撐牢固，嚴防漏漿。變形縫與施工縫均用背貼式（中埋式）時，相交部位宜采用十字配件。仰拱、拱墻施工縫與縱向施工縫交叉時應(yīng)做好搭接措施防止?jié)B漏水。止水帶在轉(zhuǎn)角處宜采用直角專用配件，并應(yīng)做成圓弧形，轉(zhuǎn)角半徑不小于200mm。2.3.4、質(zhì)量要求中埋式止水帶埋設(shè)位置應(yīng)按襯砌厚度的一半確定，應(yīng)施工縫或變形縫的中心線重合。止水帶徑向位置，允許偏差為正負5cm，縱向允許偏離中心正負3cm。止水帶應(yīng)固定牢固、平直，不得有扭曲現(xiàn)象。止水帶應(yīng)采用焊接，接縫平整、牢固不得有裂口

20、和脫膠現(xiàn)象，焊接方法見下圖。粘接前應(yīng)做好接頭表面的清刷與打毛，接頭處選在襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力較小的部位，粘接采用熱硫化連接的方法，搭接長度不得小于10cm，焊接縫寬不小于5cm。設(shè)置止水帶接頭時，應(yīng)盡量避開容易形成壁后積水的部位，宜留設(shè)在起拱線上下。止水帶的外觀質(zhì)量要求2.4、止水條2.4.1、施工要求止水條安放前，先已澆筑混凝土端部充分鑿毛、清洗干凈。止水條在襯砌臺車移動前4h左右安裝，安裝前最好先在凹槽內(nèi)涂抹一層氯丁膠粘劑，止水條順凹槽拉緊嵌入，確保止水條與槽底密貼，并用水泥釘固定牢固，同時在端部混凝土面上涂抹一層界面劑。止水條若有搭接，則可將止水條切成對口三角形，用氯丁膠水粘結(jié)。接口處不得有空隙

21、。遇水膨脹止水條的施工應(yīng)采用預(yù)留槽嵌入法，其接頭處應(yīng)重疊搭接后在粘結(jié)固定，沿施工縫形成閉合環(huán)路，期間不得留斷點，搭接長度不應(yīng)小于50mm。2.4.2、質(zhì)量要求止水條不得受潮，安裝前應(yīng)進行檢查。制品型止水條接頭應(yīng)重疊搭接后再黏結(jié)固定，搭接長度不應(yīng)小于5cm。制品型止水條定位后至澆筑下一段砼前應(yīng)避免被水侵泡。設(shè)置止水條的環(huán)向施工縫宜在端面預(yù)留淺槽，槽應(yīng)平整，槽寬應(yīng)比止水條寬1-2mm，槽深應(yīng)為止水條厚度的二分之一。2.5、嵌縫材料雙組份聚硫密封膏縫內(nèi)兩側(cè)應(yīng)平整、清潔、無滲水，并涂刷與嵌縫材料相容的基層處理劑。嵌縫時應(yīng)先設(shè)置與嵌縫材料隔離的背襯材料。嵌縫應(yīng)密實，與兩側(cè)粘接牢固。2.6、變形縫施工變形

22、縫縫隙較寬，選擇變形縫防水材料時，除了選用中埋式鋼邊止水帶止水外，還考慮到止水帶有限的壓縮變形能力和彈性變形能力以及與混凝土之間的密封還存在一定的缺陷，不能完全填充和密封其變形范圍以外的孔隙，為此，又選用了一種具有“雙重止水功能”的外貼式止水帶作補充，外貼式止水帶通過與防水板進行焊接以此進一步達到防水效果，以及在明洞處加設(shè)遇水膨脹橡膠止水條。變形縫的設(shè)置與應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：變形縫的位置、寬度、構(gòu)造型式應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求；縫內(nèi)兩側(cè)應(yīng)平整、清潔、無滲水；縫底應(yīng)先設(shè)置外貼式橡膠止水帶；嵌縫應(yīng)密實。施工準備在擋板上設(shè)置凸條澆筑防水混凝土拆模后清理預(yù)留槽口嵌入、固定止水條設(shè)置注漿管道安裝質(zhì)量檢查澆注下循環(huán)混凝

25、泥砂漿和松軟層，充分濕潤，但不得有積水。鑿毛使露出新鮮混凝土面積不低于75%。人工鑿毛時混凝土應(yīng)達到2.5mpa，風動機鑿毛時混凝土應(yīng)達到10mpa。（2）縱向施工縫后澆混凝土前，在鑿毛的混凝土表面鋪一層不大于30mm的砂漿或不大于30cm的混凝土，并按設(shè)計要求設(shè)置止水條或止水帶。（3）環(huán)向施工縫后澆混凝土前，在去除表面浮漿和雜物，設(shè)置制品型遇水膨脹止水條或中埋式止水帶，涂刷水泥凈漿或混凝土界面劑，及時澆注混凝土。檢驗數(shù)量：全部檢查。檢驗方法：觀察。3.1.7、止水帶的安裝、連接應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：（1）止水帶固定牢固、平直，不得有扭曲現(xiàn)象。（2）止水帶安裝徑向位置允許偏差±5cm，縱向
