2、簡(jiǎn)述本機(jī)主要由機(jī)架、動(dòng)鄂、偏心軸、鄂板、肘板等零部件組成。電動(dòng)機(jī)通過三角皮帶傳動(dòng)偏心軸，使動(dòng)鄂按照已調(diào)整好的軌跡進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而將破碎腔內(nèi)的物料予以破碎。機(jī)架系單個(gè)整體鑄鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，或鋼板焊接兩種，在破碎左右的機(jī)架側(cè)壁上，裝有邊護(hù)板，以防止機(jī)架壁磨損。 動(dòng)鄂為一成型鑄鋼件，正面裝有活動(dòng)鄂板，其上部借偏心軸與滾動(dòng)軸承懸掛在機(jī)架上，下部支承在襯板上，在偏心軸兩端有飛輪和帶槽的皮帶槽輪。肘板的另一端支承于調(diào)整座上，襯板除對(duì)動(dòng)鄂起著支承作用外，在外來不能破碎的物料進(jìn)入破碎腔內(nèi)，機(jī)器荷載突增的情況下，起保險(xiǎn)作用，卻自身迅即斷裂，從保護(hù)其他機(jī)件不受損傷。調(diào)整座安裝在機(jī)架兩側(cè)的滑槽內(nèi),并與調(diào)整墊片緊貼，當(dāng)排料口需

3、要進(jìn)行調(diào)整時(shí)，用扳手將螺母頂緊，加入或減少調(diào)整墊片。調(diào)整座向前移，排料口即由大變小,反之，由小變大。1機(jī)架 2、活動(dòng)鄂板 3.邊護(hù)板 4、皮帶輪5、動(dòng)鄂 6、偏心軸 7拉緊螺栓 8、墊片組 9、調(diào)整座10、拉緊螺栓 11、頂桿螺栓 12、電動(dòng)機(jī) 13、彈簧 14、拉桿15、肘板 16、肘板墊 17、活動(dòng)鄂板四、安裝說明本機(jī)是由制造廠裝配后成臺(tái)供應(yīng)的，用戶收到本機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢查，以消除在運(yùn)輸過程中可以出現(xiàn)弊病。由于在本機(jī)工作時(shí)振動(dòng)量較大，故建議將本機(jī)安裝在混凝土基礎(chǔ)上，為了減少振動(dòng)，噪音最好在破碎機(jī)和混凝土基礎(chǔ)之間墊以硬木板、橡膠帶或其它緩振材料。2、地基處理另見詳圖。3、在調(diào)整排料口前，應(yīng)先松

4、開拉緊彈簧，待調(diào)整好后，再適當(dāng)調(diào)整彈簧的漲緊程度，以防肘板在工作時(shí)脫落。五、使用須知1、起動(dòng)前的準(zhǔn)備工作(1)應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查軸承的潤(rùn)滑情況是否良好,軸承內(nèi)及肘板連接處是否有足夠的潤(rùn)滑脂。(2)應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查所有的緊固體是否完全緊固。(3)防護(hù)裝置是否良好，發(fā)出不安全現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即消除。(4)檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無礦石或其他雜物，如有則應(yīng)立即消除。2、破碎機(jī)的起動(dòng)：（1）經(jīng)檢查證明機(jī)器與傳動(dòng)部分情況正常即可起動(dòng)。（2）本機(jī)只能在無荷情況下起動(dòng)。（3）起動(dòng)后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有不正常的情況時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停車，待查明原因，排除隱患，方可再次起動(dòng)。3、維護(hù)和使用：（1）破碎機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，方可投料。（2）待破碎材料應(yīng)均勻的加入破碎腔

5、內(nèi)，并應(yīng)避免側(cè)面加料，防止負(fù)荷突變或單邊突增。（3）在正常工作情況下，軸承的溫度一般在40，最高溫度不得超過70，否則應(yīng)立即停車，查明原因加以消除。（4）停車前，應(yīng)先停止加料，待破碎腔內(nèi)被破碎物料完全排空后，方可關(guān)閉電動(dòng)機(jī)。（5）在使用時(shí)，若因破碎腔內(nèi)物料阻塞而造成停車，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉電動(dòng)機(jī)，必須將物料清除后，方可再行使用。（6）鄂板一端磨損后調(diào)頭使用。（7）機(jī)器正常運(yùn)行4小時(shí)停機(jī)應(yīng)對(duì)各緊固螺絲重新緊固一次。4、潤(rùn)滑：（1）經(jīng)常注意及時(shí)做好摩擦面的潤(rùn)滑工作，可保證機(jī)器的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命（2）本機(jī)采用的潤(rùn)滑脂，應(yīng)根據(jù)使用地點(diǎn)，氣溫等條件來決定，一般可采用鈣基或鈣基潤(rùn)滑脂。（3）加入軸承座的潤(rùn)滑

6、脂為其容積的5070%，每三個(gè)月必須更換一次，換新油時(shí)必須使用干凈的汽油或煤油清洗軸承與承座內(nèi)的污物。（4）肘板與肘板墊，接觸處在機(jī)器開動(dòng)前，必須加入潤(rùn)滑脂。六、可能產(chǎn)生的故障和消除方法故障現(xiàn)象原因消除辦法1.破碎板抖動(dòng)，響聲不正常襯板松動(dòng)停車檢修，把襯板固緊2.推力板支承墊中產(chǎn)生撞擊聲支承墊磨損，或者彈簧拉力不足，或損壞更換支承墊或彈簧3.連桿頭產(chǎn)生沖擊聲偏心軸軸襯磨損刮研軸襯或更換軸襯4.破碎產(chǎn)品粒度增大襯板下部嚴(yán)重磨損將襯板上下調(diào)頭使用，或更換襯板，調(diào)節(jié)排礦口5.推力板從支承墊中脫落彈簧損壞，拉桿損壞或拉桿螺帽脫扣更換損壞了的另件，重新安裝推力板6.飛輪擺動(dòng)，偏心軸回轉(zhuǎn)漸慢皮帶輪與飛輪的

10、in)740Weight without motor(kg)25504.General Introduction of Jaw Crusher Structure Jaw crusher is composed of frame, rotating jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate and plate knee, etc. The motor drives the eccentric shaft through V-belt, making the movable jaw do periodic movement according to the well tim

11、ed track. The material is crushed in this process. The frame adopts whole cast steel structure or welding steel plate. Guard plates are installed on the left and right side of the frame, preventing the side frame wearing.Rotating jaw adopts moulding cast steel, which has movable jaw plate at front,

12、the above part hang on the frame by the eccentric shaft and rotating shaft, the under part bear on the plate. Belt pulley with fly wheel and trough are installed at both side of eccentric shaft.The other side of plate knee bear on the adjust base. The plate supports the movable jaw, also it can cut

13、off itself for safety when the load is increased, protecting the other part of the components. One spare plate is with the machine, which is used at the discharging opening.Adjust base is installed in the side trough of the frame, close to the adjust block. When the discharging opening need adjust,

For jaw crusher is supplied after mounted, the user should check the machine to eliminate the possible damage in the travelling after receiving the machine.For the strong vibration of the ja

16、w crusher when working, we suggest the user install it on the concrete base. In order to decrease the vibration and noise, its better to install a hard wood plate, rubber belt between the crusher and the concrete base.2. For ground treatment, please see the detail drawing.3. When adjust the discharg

17、ing opening, spring should be loosen first. After adjusting work, adjust the spring tension degree to avoid plate dropping. Important notice1. Prepare work before starting(1)Carefully check the lubricate of bearing, and check if there is enough lubricate grease in the bearing and the plate connectio

18、n(2) Carefully check the fasteners(3) Check the protection device and eliminate the unsafe state.(4) Check if there is ore or other material in the crushing chamber. Remove it before starting.2. Start running of the jaw crusher(1)After checking, run the crusher if the machine and the drive part are

19、in sound condition.(2) Only permits to start without load.(3) After starting, if abnormal situation happens, shut down the machine immediately.Restart running the crusher after the problem has been found and solved. 3. Maintain and use(1) When the crusher running normal, you can just begin to feed t

20、he material.(2) The raw material should be put into in the crusher evenly, avoid side feeding, preventing the sudden change of load or increasing unilaterally.(3) The bearing temperature should be 40 under normal condition, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70. Otherwise, you should shut

21、 down the crusher immediately, and check the problem.(4) Stop feeding before shutting down the crusher. Shut down the motor after the completely discharge of the raw material in the chamber.(5) When the chamber is blocked when crushing, shut down the motor and remove the blocked material.(6) Change

22、the side of the jaw plate when one side is wearing.(7) Fasten the screw after 4 hours normal running. 4. Lubrication(1) Keep lubricate of the friction surface timely, insuring the stable working of the machine and long service life.(2) The lubricate grease should be chosen according to the site cond

23、ition and temperature. Usually calcium base lubricating grease.3、 The lubricating grease account for 50%-70% of the volume and it is must be changed every three months. Clean the inside with clean petrol or coal oil.4. Grease should be added between the plate and plate pad before the starting. Possi
