1、EXW : Ex Work 指定地點工廠交貨指當賣方在其所在地或其他指定的地點 (如工場、工廠或倉庫) 將貨物交給買 方處置時，即完成交貨，賣方不辦理出口清關手續(xù)或?qū)⒇浳镅b上任何運輸工具。該術語是賣方承當責任最小的術語。 買方必須承當在賣方所在地受領貨物的 全部費用和風險。FOB ( Free On Board)指定裝運港船上交貨指當貨物在指定的裝運港 (designated port of loading)越過船舷 (shiprail) ，賣方即完成交貨 (fulfill delivery) 。這意味著買方必須從該點起承當 貨物滅失 (the loss of goods) 或損壞 (dama

7、必須承擔貨物運至指定的目的港卸貨前的一切風險和費 用。DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) 指定目的港完稅后交貨 指賣方在指定的目的地， 辦理完進口清關手續(xù)， 將在交貨運輸工具上尚未卸 下的貨物交與買方， 完成交貨。 賣方必須承擔將貨物運至指定的目的地的一切風 險和費用，包括在需要辦理海關手續(xù)時在目的地應交納的任何“稅費” (包括辦 理海關手續(xù)的責任和風險，以及交納手續(xù)費、關稅、稅款和其他費用)。DDP 術語下賣方承擔最大責任。DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) 指定目的港未完稅交貨 指賣方在指定的目的地將貨物交給買方處置， 不辦理進口手續(xù)， 也不從交貨 的運輸
