生料均化庫頂鋼桁架吊裝施工建設(shè)方案

1、生料均化庫頂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工方案一、 工程概況生料均化庫工程為單筒體工程，庫頂標(biāo)高為54m，直徑為22.6m，樁基承臺(tái)砼強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為c30，筒壁、庫壁為c30，庫內(nèi)中心錐體為c40，梁、板、柱子及獨(dú)立柱基等均為c25，樁身采用c40砼，筒倉10.518m以下筒壁為800m厚，10.518m以上庫壁為450mm厚，環(huán)筋的搭接長度為52d，搭接接頭率為25%，庫頂設(shè)鋼桁架，上鋪yx-70-200-600型壓型鋼板，庫頂板為120mm厚鋼筋砼板，10鋼筋雙層雙向，采用c25防水砼，抗?jié)B等級(jí)s6，庫頂鋼桁架由四榀gj1、gj1a與gj2、gj2a組成，gj1與gj1a關(guān)于a軸對(duì)稱布置，gj2與gj2a關(guān)于a軸

2、對(duì)稱布置，gj1（gj1a）尺寸為19192×2650mm，每榀重4948kg，gj2（gj2a）尺寸為22524×2650mm，每榀重5930kg。二、 施工方法（一） 鋼梁1、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作方法a、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作前的準(zhǔn)備：根據(jù)圖紙材料表算出各處材質(zhì)、規(guī)格的材料凈用量，再加一定數(shù)量的損耗，提出材料預(yù)算計(jì)劃，根據(jù)使作尺寸合理定貨，以減少不必要的拼接和損耗，并對(duì)來料規(guī)格、尺寸和重量仔細(xì)核對(duì)材質(zhì)。b、生產(chǎn)場布置：鋼梁場地布置在生料均化庫的吊塔附近，利用風(fēng)化石平整一塊40×10米的地方。c、鋼梁制作前在現(xiàn)場放樣，并在跨中按0.5%起拱。2、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)拼裝和連接a、首先放樣和號(hào)料，根

3、據(jù)工藝要求預(yù)留焊接收縮余量及切割、刨邊和銑邊和銑平等加工余量。部件切割線與號(hào)料線的允許偏差應(yīng)符合規(guī)定要求。b、切割前應(yīng)將鋼材料表面切割區(qū)域內(nèi)的鐵銹、油污清除干凈。切割后，斷口上不得有裂紋和大于1.0mm的缺棱，并應(yīng)清除邊緣上的熔瘤和飛濺物。3、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接a、構(gòu)件焊接：焊工應(yīng)經(jīng)考試并取得合格證后方可施焊，焊條使用前必須按照質(zhì)量證明書的規(guī)定進(jìn)行烘焙，焊絲應(yīng)除凈銹蝕和油污。首次采用的鋼種和焊接材料，必須進(jìn)行焊接工藝性能和力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)，符合要求后方可采用。施焊前焊工應(yīng)復(fù)查組裝質(zhì)量和焊縫區(qū)的處理情況，如不符合要求，應(yīng)修整合格后方能施焊，焊接完畢后應(yīng)清除熔渣及金屬尺濺物，并在焊縫附近打上鋼印。多層焊接應(yīng)連

4、續(xù)施焊，其中每一層焊道焊完后應(yīng)及時(shí)清理，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有影響焊接質(zhì)量的缺陷，必須清除后再焊。焊縫出現(xiàn)裂紋時(shí)，焊工不得擅自處理，應(yīng)申報(bào)焊接技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人查清原因，訂出修補(bǔ)措施后，方可處理。嚴(yán)禁在焊縫區(qū)以外的線材上打火引弧，在坡口內(nèi)起弧的局部面積應(yīng)熔焊一次，不得留下弧坑。對(duì)接和t型接頭的焊縫，應(yīng)在焊件的兩端配置引入和引出板，其材質(zhì)和坡口型式與焊件相同，焊接完畢用氣割切除并修磨平整，不得用錘擊落。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接完畢，焊縫質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)分三級(jí)，各級(jí)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目、檢查數(shù)量和檢查方法按焊接質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)級(jí)別進(jìn)行。首先外觀檢查：焊縫金屬表面焊波應(yīng)均勻，不得有裂紋、夾渣、焊瘤、燒穿、弧坑和針狀氣孔等缺陷，焊接區(qū)不得有飛濺物。焊縫外觀檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量

5、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合規(guī)范要求，對(duì)接焊縫外形尺寸的允許偏差符合規(guī)范要求，貼角焊縫外形尺寸允許偏差符合規(guī)定的要求。第二進(jìn)行無損檢驗(yàn)：x射線檢驗(yàn)焊縫缺陷分兩級(jí)，并應(yīng)符合x射線檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其檢驗(yàn)方法應(yīng)按照gb332387規(guī)定進(jìn)行。超聲波檢驗(yàn)焊縫質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求，并按jb1152-82規(guī)定進(jìn)行。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)成品矯正與檢驗(yàn)a、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)成品根據(jù)允許偏差進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，超出規(guī)定必須進(jìn)行矯正。b、本工程鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在熱態(tài)下矯正。矯正工作環(huán)境溫度的控制和熱加工（加熱）溫度的限值，應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求。進(jìn)行熱矯正時(shí)，控制最高加熱溫度及冷卻速度，不得損壞鋼材材料組織。c、成品檢驗(yàn)構(gòu)件的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)合格后，對(duì)加工過程中造成的焊疤、凹坑應(yīng)予補(bǔ)焊并鏟磨

6、平整，對(duì)臨時(shí)支撐、夾具應(yīng)予割除。鏟磨后零件表面的缺陷深度不得大于材料厚度負(fù)偏差的1/2，產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過檢驗(yàn)部門簽收后進(jìn)行涂底，并對(duì)涂底的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)成品表面處理、油漆、堆放和運(yùn)輸a、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的除銹和涂底工作在質(zhì)量檢查部門對(duì)制作質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)合格后方可進(jìn)行。除銹與施涂工協(xié)調(diào)一致。金屬表面經(jīng)除銹處理后及時(shí)施涂防銹涂料，在6小時(shí)以內(nèi)施涂完畢。b、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)油漆:涂料、涂刷遍數(shù)、涂刷厚度均應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，配置好的涂料不宜存放過久，涂料應(yīng)在使用的當(dāng)天配置，稀釋劑的使用應(yīng)按說明書的規(guī)定執(zhí)行，不得隨意添加。涂層時(shí)工作地點(diǎn)的溫度應(yīng)為5-38°c之間，相對(duì)濕度不應(yīng)大于85%。雨天或構(gòu)件表面有結(jié)露時(shí)，不宜作業(yè)，涂

7、后的四個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)嚴(yán)防雨淋。施工圖中不涂裝的部位不得涂裝，安裝焊縫處應(yīng)留出3050mm，暫不涂裝。涂裝應(yīng)均勻，無明顯起皺、流掛，附著應(yīng)良好，涂裝完畢后應(yīng)在構(gòu)件上標(biāo)注構(gòu)件的原編號(hào)。c、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)成品堆放:成品驗(yàn)收后，堆放場地應(yīng)平整干燥，并備有足夠的墊木、墊塊，使構(gòu)件得以放平、放穩(wěn)。側(cè)向剛度較大的構(gòu)件可水平堆放，當(dāng)多層疊放時(shí)，必須使各層墊木在同一垂線上，同一工程的構(gòu)件應(yīng)分類堆放在同一地區(qū)，以便發(fā)運(yùn)。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝安裝施工方法本工程吊裝設(shè)備選用qtz63塔吊及150t履帶式吊車配合吊裝，吊裝前，由施工人員彈出鋼梁預(yù)留槽口的中心線與標(biāo)高，經(jīng)校核無誤時(shí)，準(zhǔn)備開始吊裝。a、由持有特種作業(yè)上崗的起重工專人指揮，吊點(diǎn)綁扎

8、在距梁端4m處對(duì)稱綁扎。b、根據(jù)我單位以往吊裝的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，塔吊的額定起重力矩63t.m，且有一定的安全系數(shù)，靠塔吊附近的一根梁由塔吊可以吊裝就位，另三根梁需150t履帶式吊車與塔吊共同配合吊裝就位。吊裝平面圖見附圖。c、吊裝時(shí)要注意天氣情況，六級(jí)以上大風(fēng)嚴(yán)禁施吊。d、高空作業(yè)人員上崗前要進(jìn)行體格檢查，有職業(yè)禁忌者不許上崗。e、設(shè)備安全警戒區(qū)，并派專人值班。f、鋼構(gòu)件吊裝時(shí)采取適當(dāng)措施防止構(gòu)件產(chǎn)生過大的變形，應(yīng)墊好吊索與構(gòu)件接觸的部位，以免損傷構(gòu)件。g、結(jié)構(gòu)焊接，采用小直徑焊條和較小電流進(jìn)行，焊接次序由中央向兩側(cè)對(duì)稱施焊。h、不得利用已安裝就位的桿件起吊重物，以免引起變形。i、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝就位后，應(yīng)對(duì)
