9、項(xiàng)下的貨物不能裝運(yùn)或拖延裝運(yùn)，賣(mài)方對(duì)此不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。但賣(mài)方應(yīng)馬上通知買(mǎi)方并于15天內(nèi)一航空掛號(hào)函件寄給買(mǎi)方由中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)出其的證明發(fā)生此類(lèi)大事的證明書(shū)。force majeure: the seller shall not be held liable for non-deliveryor delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portionof the goods hereunder by reason of natural disasters,war or other causes of force majored. however,

10、theseller shall notify the buyer as soon as possible andfurnish the buyer within 15 days by registered airmailwith a certificate issued by the china council for thepromotion of international trade attesting suchevent(s).13.仲裁：凡因執(zhí)行本合同所發(fā)生的或與本合同有關(guān)的一切爭(zhēng)議應(yīng)通過(guò)友好協(xié)商解決，假如協(xié)商無(wú)法解決，爭(zhēng)議應(yīng)提交中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)依據(jù)其仲裁規(guī)章進(jìn)展仲裁。仲裁
