9、ity and credit amount% more or less allowedi1 other terms and conditions, if any.佛山市南海區(qū)農(nóng)村信用合作聯(lián)社nanhai rural credit union開證申請人承諾書致：佛山市南海區(qū)農(nóng)村信用合作聯(lián)社我公司已依法辦妥-切必要的進口手續(xù)，茲謹請貴社為我公司依照本申請書所列條款開立第號國際貨物買賣合同項下不可撤銷跟單信用證，并承諾如下：一、同意貴社依照國際商會笫600號出版物跟單信用證統(tǒng)一慣例辦理該信用證項下一切事宜，并同 意承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)牛的一切責(zé)任。二、及時提供貴社要求的我公司提供的真實、有效的文件及資料，接受

10、貴社的審查監(jiān)督。三、在貴社規(guī)定期限內(nèi)支付信用證項下的各項款項，包括貨款及貴社和有關(guān)銀行的各項手續(xù)費、雜費、 利息及國外受益人拒絕承擔(dān)的有關(guān)銀行費用。四、在貴社到單通知書中規(guī)定的期限之內(nèi)，書面通知貴社辦理對外付款/承兌/確認遲期付款/拒付手續(xù)。否 則，貴社有權(quán)口行確定對外付款/承兌/確認遲期付款/拒付，并由我公司承拒全部責(zé)任。五、我公司如因單證有不符z處而擬拒絕付款/承兌/確認遲期付款時，將在貴社到單通知書中規(guī)定期限內(nèi) 向貴社提出拒付請求，并附拒付理由書一式兩份，一次列明所不符點。對單據(jù)存在不符點，貴社有獨立的終結(jié) 認定權(quán)和處理權(quán)。經(jīng)貴社根據(jù)國際慣例審核認為不屬町據(jù)以拒付的不符點，貴社有權(quán)主動對

11、外付款/承兌/確認 遲期付款，我公司對此放棄抗辯權(quán)。六、該信用證如需修改，由我公司向貴社提出書面申請，由貴社根據(jù)具體情況確定能否辦理修改。我公 司確認所有修改當(dāng)由受益人接受時才能牛效。七、經(jīng)貴社承兌的遠期匯票或確認的遲期付款，我公司無權(quán)以任何理由要求貴社止付。八、按上述承諾，貴社在對外付款時，有權(quán)主動借記我公司在貴社的賬戶款項。若發(fā)牛任何形式的墊付, 我公司將無條件承擔(dān)由此而產(chǎn)生的債務(wù)、利息和費用等，并按貴社要求及時清償。九、在收到貴社開出信用證、修改書的副本以后，及時核對，如有不符z處，將在收到副本后的兩個工 作f1內(nèi)書面通知貴社。否則，視為止確無誤。十、該信用證如因郵寄、電訊傳遞發(fā)牛遺失、延誤、錯漏，貴社概不負責(zé)。十一、本申
