1、英語(yǔ)演講稿一一我的分?jǐn)?shù)觀for our students, marks is above everything teachers wi 11 judge us from our marks with marks we can be enrolle d into junior middle schools with marks, we can be enro lied into senior middle schools. with marks we can be en rolled into college with marks we can be enrolled into postgrad
2、uate and doctrine studies still with marks we c an be graded and be allowed to go abroad for further stu dies our parents will be strict with us with the marks our society judge us from marks however, sometimes we students compare one another with marks directly. we are completely controlled by mark
3、s. we like them and we fee1 sorry for them. but what attitude towards our marks sh ouldwe take?truly, marks functions cannot be underestimated. in term s of test in our study, marks are fair and rea1. that is the reason why we say "everyone is equal before marks "however, i think marks are
4、 the sole standard to judge t he success or failure of students in exams. sometimes, m arks more than ten or less than one or two in our exams comparing with others mean not everything the success o r failure in exams will be influenced by experience on t he spot and the examinee" s health etc.
5、 once in a while one cannot fail in exams success or failure is common sense for military. " i think everyone is familiar with the famous saying, don, t you think such will be the nbsp;case with our study? in exams, one cannot be nev er-defeated general" even though one will be very good i
6、n everyday study, he cannot succeed in every exam sometim es. we can get proof from the fact that the very best on e we call "number one scholar77 in the ent rance exams for college and ordinary middle school and specialized seco ndary school over the years is not eminent above all oth ers nor
7、top student in every study. as a matter of fact, "high marks'" and "ability" are not unified. some time ag o, a new phrase high marks but poor competence77 came i nto being. once i happened to meet such a teacher as thi s . it is said that the teacher just graduated from a fa
8、r -famednb sp;key university. but his teaching result is much less than that of the one who just graduated from a not-well- renowned college when lecturing, the teacher only repea ted what the text-books says, which was very dull so the his students, in terest in learning was not aroused his teachin
9、g was sho rt of unity of teaching and learning at present there i s a fact that we know a few brilliant and top college gr aduates are not qualified for their posts the reason fo r it may be lack of the ability to combine knowledge lea rnt from books with pragmatics in their work. students o f this
10、kind will be successful in every exam but they wi 11 be able to use freely their knowledge in their posts don' tyou think it waste training such persons for the co untry?to sum up from the above, i can say marks are not absolu tely authoritative for some if we neglect training and developing the
