2、00 water and steam device.本手冊(cè)適用于S-600水汽取樣裝置在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的啟動(dòng)、停運(yùn)和日常操作This manual is suitable for field startup, stoppage and routine work of the S-600 water and steam device.2 裝置啟動(dòng)前操作2 The operation before startup2.1 降溫架2.1 Cooling frame2.1.1 所有高壓閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。2.1.1 All the high pressure valves need to be close.2.1

3、.2 所有各連接接頭、緊固件不應(yīng)有松動(dòng)、脫落現(xiàn)象。2.1.2 All conjunctions and fasteners shouldnt be loosen and be fall off.2.1.3 恒壓裝置壓力調(diào)節(jié)螺母旋至中位，出口調(diào)節(jié)閥處于關(guān)斷狀態(tài)。2.1.3 Put the pressure adjusting nut of constant pressure device at median, and close the outer adjusting valves.2.1.4打開冷卻水進(jìn)出口母管總閥，冷卻水進(jìn)口母管的壓力應(yīng)大于0.2MPa。2.1.4 Open the mast

4、er valve of cooling water in-and-out parent pipes，and the pressure should over than 0.2MPa。2.2 人工取樣盤、儀表盤2.2 Artificial sampling boards, dash boards 2.2.1 檢查所有閥門及部件連接處是否連接可靠。2.2.1 Check all the conjunctions between valves and parts firmly2.2.2 人工取樣盤上的限流閥應(yīng)處于最大開度。2.2.2 The current-limiting valves of ar

5、tificial sampling boards need to be largest open.2.2.3 關(guān)閉儀表盤上所有儀表取樣閥門。2.2.3 Closed all the meter-sampling valves of dash boards.2.3 裝置閉環(huán)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)2.3 Closed device of protecting system 2.3.1 溫控開關(guān)2.3.1 Temperature controlling switches溫控開關(guān)通電后輸出閉合信號(hào)，保護(hù)裝置應(yīng)實(shí)施保護(hù)動(dòng)作。When the temperature controlling switches power

6、 on and output the closing signal, the protecting device run. 2.3.2 靶式流量控制器2.3.2 Target style flow-controller.關(guān)閉冷卻水進(jìn)水閥門或出水閥門，靶式流量控制器應(yīng)輸出閉合信號(hào)，同時(shí)各樣水保護(hù)裝置應(yīng)實(shí)施保護(hù)動(dòng)作。Close the cooling water in-and-out valves or outer valves, target style flow-controller outputs the closing signal, and protecting devices run.

7、2.4 化學(xué)分析儀表2.4 Chemical analyze meter 儀表盤電氣箱內(nèi)電器元件齊全，接線端子連接可靠，分別接通各儀表電源，儀表接線正確。The electric appliances of dash boards component inside the electricity box is well-found, connecting line to carry sub- conjunction credibility, connecting each appearance power supply respectively, the meter connects line

8、 exactitude.3 裝置啟動(dòng)3 .Device startup 3.1 降溫架3.1 Cooling frame3.1.1 依次開啟冷卻器的進(jìn)出口球閥。3.1.1 Open the in-and out ball valves of cooling devices one by one in order.3.1.2 返沖過濾器置于“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)。3.1.2 The recoiling filter is on running.3.1.3逐路開啟裝置樣水進(jìn)口一次門和二次門（全開），打開排污門到最大開度，對(duì)各路樣水逐路進(jìn)行排污。3.1.3 Open the first inner door

9、of sampling water device, and then the second one (full), and open the blow-off door largest for draining.3.1.4 排污結(jié)束，關(guān)閉排污門。3.1.4 Turn off the blow-off doors after draining.3.1.5 打開恒壓裝置出口關(guān)斷閥。3.1.5 Open stopped valves of constant pressure devices.3.2 人工取樣盤3.2 Artificial sampling boards3.2.1 開啟人工取樣盤樣水門

10、。3.2.1 Open the door of artificial sampling boards.3.2.2 調(diào)出人工取樣流量。3.2.2 Analyze the flow rate of artificial sampling.3.3 儀表盤3.3 Dash boards3.3.1 取出各儀表樣水過濾器濾芯。3.3.1 Get out filter elements of each sampling water meter.3.3.2 從各發(fā)送器內(nèi)取出電極。3.3.2 Take out the poles from each transmitter.3.3.3 開啟儀表盤上各入口節(jié)流閥，

11、對(duì)儀表樣水管路進(jìn)行沖洗，時(shí)間1分鐘。沖洗結(jié)束后，重新安裝好樣水過濾器濾芯和發(fā)送器電極。3.3.3 Open the inlet throttles of dash boards and wash pipes by 1 minute, then full install them.3.3.4 全開恒壓裝置出口調(diào)節(jié)閥根據(jù)每路樣水所配儀表的數(shù)量，調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝置調(diào)節(jié)螺母，使樣水總流量符合要求。3.3.4 According to the quantity of sampling water meter, full open the outer adjusting valves of constant p

12、ressure devices, while as to adjust the nuts for meeting the request. 注：人工調(diào)節(jié)流量為500ml/min，DD、PH表均為300ml/min ， O2表500ml/min ， 其它表計(jì)150ml/min。PS：the flow rate of manpower is 500ml/min，DD、PH are 300ml/min ， O2 meter is 500ml/min ， other meters are 150ml/min。2.3.5 根據(jù)流量計(jì)的指示值，調(diào)節(jié)流量計(jì)入口節(jié)流閥，使各儀表樣水流量符合3.3.4中各儀表的

13、要求。2.3.5 Adjust the inner throttle of flow meter according to the designation of the flow meter.3.4 恒溫裝置3.4 Constant temperature devices 恒溫裝置啟動(dòng)操作詳見SWJ系列恒溫裝置使用手冊(cè)。The operation of constant devices details were introduced in the operation manual of SWJ series constant devices.4 裝置停運(yùn)4 .Stoppage devices4

14、.1 關(guān)閉降溫架樣水進(jìn)口一次門、二次門。4.1 Close the sampling water inner first door and second door of cooling frame.4.2 關(guān)閉儀表盤節(jié)流閥。4.2 Close the throttle of dash boards.4.3 關(guān)閉溫控電源、儀表電源、恒溫裝置電源。4.3 Close the power of temperature controlling, meter and constant devices.4.4 關(guān)閉裝置的冷卻水源。4.4 Close the cooling headwater of dev

15、ices.5 裝置運(yùn)行注意事項(xiàng)5. Matters needing attention5.1 高壓閥5.1 high pressure valves5.1.1 高壓閥門必須處于全開狀態(tài)或全關(guān)狀態(tài)，禁止用作節(jié)流。5.1.1 The high pressure valves should to be full open or full closed, and which is forbidden for cutting flow.5.1.2打開或關(guān)閉高壓閥時(shí)，必須使用專用工具扭力扳手，按高壓閥操作指南要求的扭力矩進(jìn)行操作。5.1.2It should use special tension wre

16、nch when open and close the high pressure valves and according to the operation manual of high pressure valves. 5.2 筒形冷卻器5.2 Tube-shaped cooler 5.2.1 冷卻器冷卻水進(jìn)出口球閥必須全開。5.2.1 The inner and outer ball valves of cooling water of cooling devices should be open.5.3 高壓過濾器5.3 high pressure filters 5.3.1 正常取樣

17、5.3.1 Sampling正常運(yùn)行時(shí)高壓過濾器手輪處于水平“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)。The high pressure filters are running when it on error-free running period.5.3.2 返沖清洗5.3.2 Recoiling wash返沖清洗規(guī)定時(shí)間為每15天一次。返沖清洗前，先打開排污閥，1分鐘后，逆時(shí)針90°旋轉(zhuǎn)高壓過濾器手輪，使手輪處于垂直“返沖”狀態(tài)，返沖清洗時(shí)間15秒。沖洗結(jié)束后，旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪處于水平“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)，關(guān)閉排污閥。Recoil washing should be done in each 15 days. 18、the blow-off valves before washing, then get the hand wheel of high pressure filter counterclockwise rotation 90°after 1 minute, to make sure it is on recoil situation 15 seconds. Then the rotary hand wheel should be on running and close the blow-off valves after finishing.注：在機(jī)組啟動(dòng)初期，不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行返沖清洗。PS

19、: It can not to recoiling wash at the beginning of start-up 5.4 高壓排污5.4 high-pressure draining 沖管排污規(guī)定時(shí)間為每周一次。排污時(shí)，先關(guān)閉恒壓裝置出口調(diào)節(jié)閥，再打開高壓排污閥，進(jìn)行正常排污，時(shí)間1分鐘，排污結(jié)束后，關(guān)閉高壓排污門，打開恒壓裝置出口調(diào)節(jié)閥。Washing pipes drain in each one week. Close the outer adjusting valves of constant pressure devices and then open high pressur

20、e blow-off valves before draining, and hold on 1 minute. Close high pressure blow-off door and open the outer adjusting valves of constant pressure devices when it is finished.注：必須逐路排污，嚴(yán)禁同時(shí)多路排污。PS: It must be drained one by one.5.5 壓力、流量的調(diào)節(jié)5.5 adjusting of pressure and flow5.5.1 壓力、流量調(diào)節(jié)5.5.1 Adjusti

21、ng of pressure and flow緩慢調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝置調(diào)節(jié)螺母，使壓力在0.25Mpa至0.38Mpa之間。根據(jù)每路樣水所配儀表的數(shù)量，使樣水總流量符合要求。在壓力、流量均允許范圍內(nèi)調(diào)定。Adjust the adjusting nuts of constant devices slowly, and be sure the pressure is between 0.25Mp to 0.38Mpa. To make sure the total sampling water flow rate is meet the requirement according to the quan

22、tity of sampling water meter, and adjust them under the suitable range of pressure and flow rate.注：人工取樣500ml/min；DD、PH表均為300ml/min ； O2表500ml/min ； 其它表計(jì)150ml/min?？偭髁繛樯鲜隽髁亢偷?至1.2倍。PS: the flow rate of manpower is 500ml/min; DD, PH are 300ml/min; O2 meter is 500ml/min; other meters are 150ml/min. The

23、total discharge is an above-mentioned discharge with of 100%-120%.5.5.2 流量偏小時(shí)采取的措施5.5.2 The measures of the flow small than normal5.5.2.1 對(duì)高壓過濾器進(jìn)行返沖排污，清除濾芯過濾孔中雜質(zhì)，增加通流量。5.5.2.1 Drain the high filter and clean the impurity of filter element for adding through-flow rate.5.5.2.2 緩慢調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝置調(diào)節(jié)螺母。5.5.2.2 Adj

24、ust the adjusting nuts of constant devices slowly. 5.5.3 日常調(diào)節(jié)5.5.3 Normal adjusting按4.1要求每周調(diào)節(jié)一次。According to 4.1 says once a week.5.6 保護(hù)功能檢查5.6 check the protecting system恒壓裝置具有自鎖保護(hù)功能，即恒壓裝置后端保護(hù)裝置因某種原因動(dòng)作保護(hù)后，恒壓裝置因樣水系統(tǒng)壓力升高而自動(dòng)鎖閉樣水通道，故每星期要定期進(jìn)行一次冷卻水?dāng)嗨驑铀瑴乇Ｗo(hù)試驗(yàn)，以便檢查保護(hù)裝置的可靠性及恒壓裝置的自鎖功能。The constant pressure device had protecting function of self-locking, which namely consta
