4、系統(tǒng)的安全壓力由溢流閥30設(shè)定，高壓系統(tǒng)工作壓力由一次風(fēng)機(jī)葉片角度調(diào)節(jié)裝置控制；泵站安裝在靠近風(fēng)機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上，調(diào)節(jié)油缸安裝在風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)裝置上，泵站高壓油用管道連接到調(diào)節(jié)油缸上，低壓油用管道連接到風(fēng)機(jī)軸承裝置上，連接管道采用卡套式膠管。GYZ-10/26 regulation,regju'lein lubrication,lu:bri'kein station is an importation componentkm'punnt of vanevein angleægl regulating device and bearing lubrication devic

High pressure oil pipes are connected to the regulating oil cylindersilind, and low pressure oil pipes are connected to

Only when the oil cleanliness of the regulating lubrication oil station reaches NAS1638 standard 8th class, can the regulating lubrication oil station be put into operation. 35、作濾油器與一只備用濾油器可切換使用的濾油器。通過切換換向閥使系統(tǒng)在不停機(jī)的情況下更換濾芯，在更換濾芯時(shí)，系統(tǒng)油液不會中斷。濾油器用于系統(tǒng)油液精過濾，濾除油液中的固體雜質(zhì)，以防其進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)。差壓開關(guān)型號J21K-254-M201控制濾油器的進(jìn)出口壓力差，該差值達(dá)到0.15MPa時(shí)，發(fā)訊器發(fā)訊報(bào)警，表示在用濾芯堵塞需要更換。只要轉(zhuǎn)動換向閥，另一只備用濾油器即刻工作，這時(shí)只需旋開被堵濾油器的螺塞放完油，取出濾芯，就可更換已堵塞的濾芯。Oil strainerstrein is composed of two single-cartridge filters and a direction contro
