1、GPRS文：智能電表的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)【中文摘要】隨著國(guó)家智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的確定，其重要的基礎(chǔ) 設(shè)施智能電表成為了智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司也根據(jù) 自身的需求，制定并發(fā)布了符合中國(guó)國(guó)情的一系列技術(shù)條件和規(guī)范。 本文所述即為其中一款帶有無(wú)線通信功能的智能費(fèi)控電能表，該電能 表除了具備計(jì)量功能外，還具有采集數(shù)據(jù)、雙向通信、遠(yuǎn)程預(yù)付費(fèi)、 停電監(jiān)測(cè)、竊電監(jiān)測(cè)、控制用戶設(shè)備、遠(yuǎn)程維護(hù)升級(jí)等作用，其連續(xù)通信功能可以用于電力系統(tǒng)中的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，并可以作為需求側(cè)的管理 接口 ,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)需求側(cè)的實(shí)時(shí)管理操作。本文首先介紹了智能電表 的發(fā)展背景，然后重點(diǎn)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程預(yù)付費(fèi)和通信單元的具體設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行 了深入研究，提

2、出并設(shè)計(jì)了具備 GPR 舔口以太網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信接口的費(fèi)控電 能表，此表型分計(jì)量單元和通信單元：計(jì)量單元主要負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)量和對(duì)各 種計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析，能對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的用電狀況進(jìn)行分析記 錄;而通信單元?jiǎng)t主要負(fù)責(zé)電力公司與智能電表的交互以及智能電表 與用戶的交互，智能電表與用戶的交互主要通過(guò)智能電表的以太網(wǎng)接 口 ,用戶可以通過(guò)該接口訪問(wèn)智能電表內(nèi)的嵌入式 WEB 艮務(wù)器,獲取 表計(jì)內(nèi)的統(tǒng)計(jì)信息，了解自己的用電習(xí)慣，而電力公司與智能電表的 交互主要通過(guò) GRPSt 道，智能電表響應(yīng)主站發(fā)出的各類命令，返回主 站需要的各類表計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，同時(shí)對(duì)表計(jì)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)，將各類告警事件 及時(shí)通知主站系統(tǒng)。通信單元的硬件平

3、臺(tái)我們選擇了ATME 公司的AT91SAM926 和西門(mén)子的 GPRSI信芯片 MC55 以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)芯片 DM9161,軟件平臺(tái)則選用了以穩(wěn)定性和實(shí)時(shí)性著稱的 VxWorks 操作系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)為了保證通信的安全性，在計(jì)量單元內(nèi)嵌入了 ESAM 嵌入式安全訪問(wèn) 模塊）,通過(guò)它與主站的加密機(jī)來(lái)完成安全認(rèn)證和數(shù)據(jù)的加解密，從而 保證數(shù)據(jù)的完整性和安全性。最后對(duì)智能電表的發(fā)展做了一個(gè)展望，通信方式的發(fā)展將不斷革新智能電表的應(yīng)用模式?！居⑽恼緼lo ng with the State in tellige nt griddevelopment strategy to determine, its cri
