1、Dining English餐飲英語(yǔ)全攻略一,如何點(diǎn)餐1.當(dāng)你點(diǎn)餐時(shí),可以說:Can I have +食物名稱請(qǐng)給例如:Can I have three hamburgers, two regular Cokes and one large French fries?請(qǐng)給我三個(gè)漢堡、兩杯中杯可樂和一份大薯?xiàng)l。2.當(dāng)你被問到還需要什么(Anything else?)時(shí),可以說:That's it.或That's all.就這么多了!3.當(dāng)你被問到要店內(nèi)食用或是外帶時(shí),可以說:For here.在這里吃。你也可以說:To go.外帶。例如:顧客:A cheeseburger and

7、 like a T-bone steak.我要一個(gè)丁骨牛排。如果你想點(diǎn)沙拉(salad),通常你會(huì)聽到服務(wù)生問:What dressing would you like?您要哪種沙拉醬呢?這時(shí)你可以問:What dressings do you have?你們有什么沙拉醬?然后再順著服務(wù)生的回答選擇一個(gè)。常見的salad dressing有:Thousand Island(千島)、Italian(意式)、French(法式)及Blue Cheese(藍(lán)乳酪)等。點(diǎn)牛排時(shí)可跟服務(wù)人員要A1 sauce(牛排醬)。用完餐要餐付賬時(shí),只要說:Check, please.買單。服務(wù)生就會(huì)過來幫你結(jié)賬。

This means organising a barbeque, especially on a warm sunny day with family member

20、s or a few mates. Gathering among family members and friends is still a very close knitted affair in Australia. Driving through the suburban areas on a warm Sunday afternoon, one can't help but noticed the many barbeques organized in the backyard in suburbia.For the yuppies and the DINKS, there&

21、#39;s the large selectionIt誷 Time of cross-cultural restaurants available in every major cities in Australia. One can just marvel in awe trying to choose from Nachos, Sichuan, Curries or Sushi. The diverse migrant's background has enriched the flavour of cuisines and thus given the Australian pe

22、ople the opportunity to learn from each other.There's one place I've always loved is The Rocks, renowned for its casual outdoor style eating establishments, where you can dine under big shady umbrellas while you watch the world pass by. There are also a few barbeque restaurants where custome

23、rs buy raw meat from the counter and grill it themselves to their liking. The huge barbeque pit in the restaurant where everyone mingles grilling their own meat and seafood creates an ambience of casualness, relaxation and friendliness.Strolling through Chinatown on a weekend one can just wonder if

24、he or she is in a foreign country or back home in China. The marketplace is full of Chinese migrants, young and old. Chinese vegetables are abundant with buyers and sellers bargaining in all kinds of Chinese dialects. Of course, Chinese restaurants are all over Chinatown, catering to all taste buds,

25、 from Northern to Southern cuisines.Most restaurants in Australia serve liquor, and most accept a wide variety of credit cards. Unlicensed establishments are happy for you to bring-your-own liquor and you will usually see the letters "BYO" after their names. You will normally find a pub or

26、 a bottle shop near a BYO restaurant should you arrive unprepared.Now, if there's any learning of culture, people, cuisine and language, without prejudice, it has to be Australia.
