4、raw materials, semi-finished products and final products in the production process.3.2. 研發(fā)部負(fù)責(zé)研發(fā)過程中的原材料、半成品、成品的搬運(yùn)、存儲(chǔ)、包裝和防護(hù)。 R&D department shall be in charge of the transportation, storage, package, and protection of raw materials, semi-finished products and final products in the design process.3

5、.3. 品質(zhì)部負(fù)責(zé)檢驗(yàn)過程中的原材料、半成品、成品、包裝和防護(hù)。 Quality department shall be in charge of the package and protection of raw materials, semi-finished products and final products in the inspection process.3.4. 倉庫負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)入庫后的原材料、半成品、成品進(jìn)行搬運(yùn)、存儲(chǔ)和防護(hù)管理。 The warehouse keeper shall be in charge of the transportation, storage and

6、protection management of raw materials, semi-finished products, and final products in the warehouse.4. 程序內(nèi)容 Procedure Contents4.1. 搬運(yùn) transportation各部門人員在搬運(yùn)產(chǎn)品時(shí)，依搬運(yùn)作業(yè)實(shí)施細(xì)則執(zhí)行The related personnel shall transport the products according to the <handling operation regulations>.4.2. 包裝 package4.2.1.

7、產(chǎn)品的包裝由生產(chǎn)部、工程部、研發(fā)部按照產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求進(jìn)行包裝。同時(shí)還應(yīng)照產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)和可追溯性管理程序給出相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)。 The product package shall be done according to the product specification requirements by the production/engineering/R&D departments, and the product shall be labeled correspondingly according to <product identification and traceabilit

8、y management procedure>.4.2.2. 品質(zhì)部在原材料、成品、半成品檢驗(yàn)時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的包裝和標(biāo)識(shí)(包括產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)和檢驗(yàn) 狀態(tài)標(biāo)識(shí))是否符合要求進(jìn)行檢查。 The quality department shall check if the package and identification (including inspection status identification) meet the requirements when checking the raw materials, final products and semi-finished products.

9、4.2.3. 入庫時(shí)倉管員應(yīng)確保物料/產(chǎn)品的型號(hào)、規(guī)格、數(shù)量及包裝是否規(guī)范，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)包裝破 損時(shí)、標(biāo)識(shí)不清，應(yīng)通知相關(guān)部門/責(zé)任人更換包裝，并按產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)和可追溯性管 理程序給出相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)。 The warehouse keeper shall ensure that the material/product model, size, number and package are regulated when the material/product entering the warehouse. When the package is damaged, or the label is not

10、 clear, the related department/person in charge shall be informed to change package and identify the product correspondingly according to <product identification and traceability management procedure>.4.2.4. 當(dāng)客戶有特殊要求時(shí)，相關(guān)部門應(yīng)按客戶規(guī)定的要求進(jìn)行包裝和標(biāo)識(shí)。品質(zhì)部在入 庫檢查時(shí)，應(yīng)按照客戶的相關(guān)要求進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。 When the customer has specia

11、l requirements, the related departments shall package and label the product/material according to the customer requirements. The quality department shall inspect the related customer requirements when implementing warehousing inspection.4.2.5. 所有的產(chǎn)品包裝必須采用防靜電材料包裝，并做好相應(yīng)的防靜電防護(hù)措施。 All the products shall

12、 be packaged with anti-static package material, and implement the related anti-static protection measures.4.3. 存儲(chǔ) storage4.3.1. 倉庫應(yīng)對(duì)貨倉內(nèi)各種原材料、半成品、成品應(yīng)分區(qū)域擺放，并按產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)和可追 溯性管理程序作好相應(yīng)的標(biāo)識(shí)并注明產(chǎn)品狀態(tài)。 The warehouse shall place raw materials, semi-finished products and final products in the designated place, and la

13、bel them correspondingly and mark them with products status according to <product identification and traceability management procedure>.4.3.2. 貨倉區(qū)域劃分，各區(qū)域要用明確的標(biāo)識(shí)隔開：each area shall be spaced out by the color tape:a. 待檢區(qū)-黃黑色 :Awaiting inspection area -yellow/black colorb. 合格品區(qū)（原材料、半成品、成品）-綠白色 acc

14、eptable products area(raw material, semi-finished product, final product)-green/white colorc. 不合格品區(qū) （ 原材料、半成品、成品 ） 、化學(xué)物品區(qū) - 紅白色NG products area (raw material, semi-finished product, final product), chemical materials area-red/white color4.3.3. 生產(chǎn)部、工程部在生產(chǎn)的過程中必須要對(duì)所貯存的原材料、半成品、成品及輔料進(jìn)行相應(yīng)明確的狀態(tài)標(biāo)識(shí)并按區(qū)域放置。 Th

16、n process shall be places separately and labeled clearly.4.3.5. 研發(fā)部在研發(fā)的過程中應(yīng)對(duì)所研發(fā)產(chǎn)品的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行標(biāo)識(shí)。 The R&D department shall label the design product status in the design process.4.3.6. 品質(zhì)部應(yīng)對(duì)檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)過程中的產(chǎn)品狀態(tài)標(biāo)識(shí)清楚。 Quality department shall mark clearly product status in inspection and test process.4.3.7. 儲(chǔ)存環(huán)境要

17、求：Storing environment requirements:4.3.7.1. 存儲(chǔ)環(huán)境應(yīng)確保防潮、防壓、防火、防爆、防曬以確保產(chǎn)品不變質(zhì)。 The storing environment shall be dry, pressure-proof, fire-proof, explosion-proof, and sun-proof to ensure the product quality.4.3.7.2. 各部門做好責(zé)任存儲(chǔ)區(qū)域的日常 6S 工作。 Each department shall implement daily 6S in the storing area respon

18、sible.4.3.7.3. 易燃、易爆及有毒化學(xué)物品應(yīng)隔離放置，并作好標(biāo)識(shí)。 Flammable, explosive and toxic chemicals shall be placed separately and marked.4.3.7.4. 嚴(yán)禁在倉庫外存放物品（因裝卸等暫時(shí)放置的物品除外）。 The materials cannot be stocked at the outside of the warehouse (except for the goods temporary placement for loading and unloading)4.3.7.5. 存儲(chǔ)場(chǎng)所

19、的通道必須保持暢通，不可阻塞。 The passage way in the stock places shall be open and cannot be blocked.4.4. 防護(hù) protection4.4.1. 要規(guī)定所儲(chǔ)存物品的期限，對(duì)過期的物品要通知品質(zhì)部重新檢驗(yàn)或直接報(bào)廢。 The shelf life for the stocked goods shall be regulated, and the overdue goods shall be re-inspected or rejected.4.4.2. 為防止物品堆放過高而損壞物品或包裝，整箱的產(chǎn)品放置堆高層數(shù)不可超

20、過原紙箱 所標(biāo)識(shí)的層數(shù)要求，無要求時(shí)最高不能超過 1.8M。（卡板高度除外） The height for the stocked goods cannot be more than the height marked in the carton, and they cannot be stocked more than 1.8 M if there is no requirement.4.4.3. 公司設(shè)置物料成品管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)庫存物品進(jìn)行管理。 Material and final product management system shall be set to manage materia

21、l and final product.4.4.4. 采取優(yōu)化庫存管理，確保貨物周轉(zhuǎn)并減少庫存至最低（詳細(xì)見優(yōu)化庫存管理程 序）。 Optimize the warehouse management to ensure the goods turnover rate and reduce the inventory, refer to the <inventory optimization management procedure>.4.4.5. 倉庫進(jìn)出貨物應(yīng)以先進(jìn)先出為基本原則。FIFO principle4.4.6. 倉管員對(duì)進(jìn)出倉貨物作好臺(tái)賬記錄，并定期或不定期盤點(diǎn)，確保賬

22、、卡、料一致。 The warehouse keeper shall register the goods in/out records, and check the inventory regularly or irregularly to ensure that the account, card and material are consistent with each other.4.4.7. 要做好生產(chǎn)、存儲(chǔ)場(chǎng)所的溫濕度控制，并做好相應(yīng)的溫、濕度檢查記錄表。 The temperature and relative humidity in the production and sto

23、ck place shall be controlled and recorded in the <temperature/relative humidity monitoring records>.4.4.8. 做好存儲(chǔ)場(chǎng)所的靜電防護(hù)措施。 The storing places shall be anti-static.4.5. 交付delivery4.5.1. 產(chǎn)品應(yīng)以客戶指定的包裝和運(yùn)輸方式進(jìn)行，以防止產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量受損，這種防護(hù)應(yīng)一直保 持到交付的目的地。The products shall be delivered to the customer according to cu

24、stomer package and shipping requirements to prevent the product quality from being damaged, and this protection shall be kept to the delivery destination.4.5.2. 產(chǎn)品在裝卸的過程中嚴(yán)禁拋、扔、倒；必須輕拿輕放整齊堆置。 The products shall be handled carefully in the loading and unloading process, the throwing, dropping, pouring shall be prohibited.4.5.3. 交付的過程中如發(fā)生不可抗拒的阻礙，按應(yīng)急準(zhǔn)備與響應(yīng)管理程序執(zhí)行。 If any force majeure happened in the delivery process, implement according to <emer
