1、南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)本科專業(yè)教學(xué)大綱 中藥化學(xué) Chemistry of Chinese Medicinal Materials 中藥學(xué)專業(yè) 執(zhí)筆人：朱全紅 殷勇冠 審定人：朱全紅 學(xué)院負(fù)責(zé)人：呂志平 南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)教二OO六年十二月 課程編號：B020037 一、課程簡介 中藥化學(xué)是一門結(jié)合中醫(yī)藥基本理論，運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)，特別是運(yùn)用化學(xué)及物理學(xué)的理論和方法研究中藥化學(xué)成分的學(xué)科，是中藥類專業(yè)的一門專業(yè)課或?qū)I(yè)基礎(chǔ)課。因此，本課程應(yīng)緊密結(jié)合中醫(yī)藥理論、中藥的臨床功效及其所含化學(xué)成分的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)、性質(zhì)與藥理作用等進(jìn)行教學(xué)。通過教學(xué)使學(xué)生能掌握中藥中所含有效成分的結(jié)構(gòu)類型、理化性質(zhì)、提取、分離、檢識的基本理

2、論、基本知識和基本技能；熟悉中藥所含有效成分的結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定方法；為學(xué)好其它后續(xù)相關(guān)課程和就業(yè)后從事中藥現(xiàn)代化研究和研制新藥等奠定必要的基礎(chǔ)。中藥化學(xué)是一門實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的學(xué)科，教學(xué)內(nèi)容要充分反映本學(xué)科的新進(jìn)展、新成就以及相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論成果和技術(shù)進(jìn)步在本學(xué)科中的應(yīng)用，注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生分析問題和解決問題的能力以及勇于開拓的創(chuàng)新精神。 中藥化學(xué)教學(xué)大綱供四年制中藥專業(yè)使用。本課程總學(xué)時150學(xué)時，其中課堂講授80學(xué)時，實(shí)驗(yàn)70學(xué)時，學(xué)分為8學(xué)分。 “Chemistry of Chinese Medicinal Materials” is a required course that studies the ch

3、emical components in Chinese medicinal materials by means of modern scientific technology, especially the chemical and physical theories and methods for the students of Chinese Materia Medica major. Thus in teaching, it is necessary to incorporate the theory of TCM, the clinical efficacy of Chinese

4、medicinal materials and the chemical structures, properties and pharmacology of the chemical components closely. The students should master the structure types, physical and chemical properties of the active components in Chinese medicinal materials and the fundamental theories, knowledge and skills

5、 on extracting, isolating and identifying the active components; be familiar with the methods of structure identification; and thus lay necessary foundation for learning the relative courses, working at the modernization of TCM and research & development of the new drugs. “Chemistry of Chinese M

6、edicinal Materials” is a practical course and therefore the teaching contents should reflect the new progresses, the new achievements and the application of the outcomes and improvements of other relative courses in this area, and pay attention to the cultivation of the students' capabilities in

7、 analyzing and solving the problems and the novelty sprits of reclamation. The outline is supplied to the students of Chinese medicinal materials major. The total hours is 150, of which the lecture hours is 80 and the experimental hours is 70.
