3、3.1 裝置外觀的檢查:檢查柜體、系統部件、母排等,并清理灰塵;檢查各緊固件的螺絲有無松脫現 象。經查,本設備在運輸過程中沒有受到損壞,并且設備安裝情況良好。3.2 硬件設備檢查:檢查所有電路板的硬件設置。主控板:CH1 : 1380330CH2: 1380253,與出廠設置相同檢查其實板卡均與出廠設置相同3.3絕緣檢查:交流電流回路絕緣電阻50M Q; 交流電壓回路絕緣電阻50M Q; 直流回路絕緣電阻50M Q。測試功率回路對地絕緣50M Q。3.4交直流電源回路檢查:第29頁共頁太倉港環(huán)保發(fā)電有限公司2 X 135MW機組工程一號機組電氣專業(yè)調試報告1、照明和加熱器回路檢查正確2、起勵電
4、源回路檢查正確。3、直流電源回路檢查正確。3.5 軟件及參數檢查:軟件版本為41.222-1.經檢查兩個通道的參數設置正確3.6 功率橋監(jiān)視回路檢查:模擬熔絲斷信號;模擬交流側阻容保護用熔絲斷信號;模擬功率橋主風機及 備用風機失效信號,檢查功率橋監(jiān)視回路的所有功能正常。對另一功率橋作相同試驗,檢查功率橋監(jiān)視回路的所有功能正常。3.7 開關監(jiān)視回路檢查:分開F04,驗證開關量DI14輸入動作正常,能發(fā)出報警信號,重新合上 F04, 并復位報警信號;對F05、Q80、Q81重復以上試驗,驗證動作正常。3.8可控硅跨接器檢查:手動合滅磁開關Q02,短接過電流檢測繼電器T02的端子,驗證開關量DI15
5、E 輸入動作正常,滅磁開關 Q02自動分開,并發(fā)出故障信號;再短接過電流檢測 繼電器T02的另外端子,驗證開關量 DI14E動作正常,并發(fā)出故障信號。3.9 勵磁變控制回路檢查:確認勵磁變壓器溫控器供電電源正常,分別短接溫控器上的報警信號及跳閘 信號輸出端子,驗證開關量 DI12E及DI13E輸入動作正常,并發(fā)出故障報警信 號。3.10開入量檢查:由DCS操作,檢查滅磁開關合分、勵磁裝置投退、自動手動切換、功率因數 投退、增減磁,開入量正確。3.11模擬量檢查:加交流電流電壓量,檢查裝置顯示正確。3.12信號回路檢查:檢查裝置至DCS的信號回路正確3.13輕負載試驗:在勵磁裝置直流輸出側接電阻
