Reservations are held until 18:00 on the day of arrival, unless the reservation has been guaranteed by Cash, credit card or authorized letter in advance.客人可以通過現(xiàn)金、公司保證函、有效信用

No-show or cancellation within 24 hours will be charged at the rate of the first nights accommodation.對(duì)已確認(rèn)擔(dān)保的預(yù)訂，如甲方事先24小時(shí)內(nèi)未接到乙方書面取消通知，甲方有權(quán)收取當(dāng)天一晚房費(fèi)。5. During the period of agreement, the hotel reserves to carry on the regulatory right to the rate, but must tell the company in advance or consultation sign the new agreement, this contract automatic expired immediate

9、ly.在協(xié)議期間，甲方保留對(duì)房?jī)r(jià)進(jìn)行調(diào)整的權(quán)利，但必須提前告之乙方或協(xié)商簽定新的協(xié)議，此協(xié)議隨即自動(dòng)失效。7 Others. 其他。1、 乙方保證在合同期內(nèi)的入住間夜數(shù)，如有特殊原因而減少間夜數(shù)，應(yīng)得到甲方的認(rèn)可，否則甲方可從乙方入住日起，按銷售協(xié)議價(jià)執(zhí)行2、 乙方在入住時(shí)把一個(gè)月的房費(fèi)預(yù)付給甲方，甲方每月最后一日把本月的費(fèi)用清單交乙方審核。每月的第一天，乙方支付上月的所有費(fèi)用；3、 乙方不得在客房?jī)?nèi)拉接耗電超過100W以上的電器；4、 除甲方配合乙方對(duì)安裝在甲方的設(shè)備進(jìn)行維護(hù)外，乙方在甲方處的所有活動(dòng)與甲方無關(guān)，即甲方不承擔(dān)任何法律責(zé)任；5、 乙方客人和訪客均要愛護(hù)甲方的物品，如有損壞，乙方
