1、中北大學外語系畢業(yè)論文文本規(guī)范（Revised）一、 畢業(yè)論文構成部分 畢業(yè)論文一般由1. 題目頁（title page）、2. Dedication (optional)、3. 致謝、4. 英文摘要、 5. 中文摘要（含關鍵詞）、6. 目錄、7. 正文、8. 參考文獻 9. 附錄（optional）等組成。各部分內容與要求分述如下：1. 題目(Title)：畢業(yè)論文題目要求簡明扼要，具有概括性。原則上，英文不宜超過16個單詞，漢字不宜超過16個字。題目書寫或打印在論文的專用封面上。2. 摘要、關鍵詞(Abstract; Keywords)：摘要應反映論文的全貌（包括概括研究課題的內

2、容、方法和觀點以及所取得的成果和結論）。字數以300個英文單詞為宜，但不得少于150詞；關鍵詞以3-5個為宜，不得少于3個。 Key words首字母大寫，詞與詞之間用分號隔開，空1 space。3. 目錄(Table of Contents)：目標標題要求層次分明、清晰。標題字樣、頁碼應與正文中的標題和頁碼嚴格一致。目錄按三級標題編寫，即Chapter One, Chapter Two；或者；或者等。（參見示例1）。正文前頁碼用小寫羅馬數字表示。A Sample of Table of Contents：I. 3、大寫）（注：數字與題目間空2 space bar）1.1 The university English programs （只是首字母大寫） （只是首字母大寫）4 正文或論文主體(Body)選題背景和依據：說明本論文課題的來源、目的、意義；簡述本課題在國內外的現狀和存在問題，簡述本論文擬解決的主要問題及應實現的主要目標。方案論證：說明本論文研究指導思想和研究方法，闡明為何要選取本研究（包括各種方法的對比分析以及采用本方法的優(yōu)點）。過程論述：對研究過程進行陳述，要求論點公允、論證充分、邏輯性強、層次分明、表達自然貼切。正文引文（含直接引用和間接引用他人觀點）須表明出處，且與參考文獻嚴格對應可查。

4、結果分析：對研究過程中所獲主要數據或主要現象進行定性或定量分析，得出推論或結論。結論或總結：對整個研究工作進行歸納整合（包括本課題研究的主要成果、本課題研究中尚存的問題及進一步開展研究的見解和建議）。正文總字數5000字（以英文單詞為準），但不得低于4500字。雙學位學生與本科生同等要求。5 致謝（Acknowledgements）：簡述自己撰寫畢業(yè)論文的體會；對指導教師以及相關人員致謝。6 參考文獻(Bibliography)：參考文獻的引用和著錄應符合APA規(guī)范（參見示例2：參考文獻著錄規(guī)范）。文獻條目不得少于15種，其中外文資料不得少于8種。引用的資料應具有權威性，對畢業(yè)論文有直接參考價

5、值。參考文獻排列英文文獻在先，中文文獻在后。參考文獻依首字母按照英文字母表順序排列。 參考文獻的著錄及引述格式參見第四條。參考文獻必須與正文中引用一致，嚴禁弄虛作假，否則論文按不及格處理。7 附錄(Appendix or appendices)：對于一些不宜收入正文但作為畢業(yè)論文不可缺少的組成部分，或有參考價值的內容，如:survey form, interview questionnaire, consent letter, etc，可編入附錄中。8 論文正文頁碼用阿拉伯數字表示，置于頁面下方中間位置，只打數字即可，不采用“-8-”或“4 of 20”的形式。二、畢業(yè)論文格式要求1

6、 論文全文采用Times New Roman字體：論文題目18號；一級標題（章標題）16號，分別冠以I、II、III、IV、V等序號（不必標示Chapter等字樣）；二級標題（節(jié)標題）14號，分別冠以1.1, 1.2、2.1, 2.2、等序號；三級標題（節(jié)以下標題）均采用12號，分別冠以、等序號，同時該標題斜體打印；正文采用12號（注意：論文采用三級制；非三級制標題宜改寫或轉換為三級制）。 例：Sample of title levels in each chapter：I Presentation and Analysis of Data （每個單詞字頭大寫）（注：數字與題目間空2 spac

7、e bar）1.1 The university English programs （只是首字母大寫）Accent and schema related problems in listening （數字不斜體，字母斜體、只是首字母大寫）2 論文正文段首縮進四個英語字符。打印行間距為1.5倍行距；段間距不變，與行間距相同。逗號后空一格，句號后空兩格。3 中英文摘要和目錄的頁碼的標注格式為 i, ii, iii, iv, v, vi（具體頁碼）；正文（包括參考文獻和附錄）頁碼標注格式為1, 2, 3 ，論文封面不標示頁碼。4 論文采用A4復印紙（176×255mm）單面打印。上、下、右
