1、促銷員薪資方案范文1報(bào)告名稱:促銷員薪酬方案分析擬制:審核:批準(zhǔn):0、前言毋庸質(zhì)疑目前的薪酬方案凝結(jié)了眾多管理人員的智慧,并經(jīng) 歷了實(shí)踐的檢驗(yàn),是一套行Z有效的方案。概括地講它有如下特 占.1、貼近實(shí)際,方案中有許多個(gè)案是針對(duì)具體門店或個(gè)人進(jìn) 行設(shè)計(jì)的,是根據(jù)實(shí)際情況而制訂的方案,非常貼近實(shí)際;2、靈活易操作,由于方案眾多,管理人員可以根據(jù)實(shí)際情 況進(jìn)行選擇或制訂,方便操作;3、兼顧公司利益和個(gè)人需求;4、梯度提成具有良好的激勵(lì)作用;但也正是由于其靈活的特點(diǎn),使薪酬方案不能形成統(tǒng)一的標(biāo) 準(zhǔn),并且從宏觀的角度看,由于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一,方案合理但卻稍欠 公平。因此,本報(bào)告試圖通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析及借鑒原有方案的
2、做法, 歸納出一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的薪酬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。希望能為公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層制訂薪酬標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 或決策提供依據(jù)。報(bào)告共分三個(gè)部分:I、促銷員薪酬方案11、方案驗(yàn)證與新舊方案數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)比(工資)11【、薪酬方案設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明I、促銷員薪酬方案一、目的1、根據(jù)門店差異、促銷員綜合素質(zhì)差異、銷售業(yè)績(jī)貢獻(xiàn)的 差異等因素,建立具有市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的公平,合理的促銷員薪酬體 系;2、建立促銷員晉升體系,為促銷員的職業(yè)成長(zhǎng)打開(kāi)空間。3、規(guī)范促銷員薪酬結(jié)構(gòu),統(tǒng)一,簡(jiǎn)化工資計(jì)算方式;二、薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)工資結(jié)構(gòu):工資二基本工資+提成+季度/年度獎(jiǎng)=(底薪+獎(jiǎng)金)+提成+ 季度/年度獎(jiǎng)底薪,提成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1、根據(jù)含稅銷售額大小將門店分為A, B, C三類,銷售額300
3、00元一個(gè)梯次,具體劃分方法如上表;2、根據(jù)門店類別將底薪標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為3類,A類100元,B類350元,C類600元,各類別Z間差距250元;3、根據(jù)門店類別將太力產(chǎn)品提成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為3類,A類6%,B類5.5%, C類4.5%;其余類別產(chǎn)品提成詳見(jiàn)提成管理;獎(jiǎng)金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)備注:晉升資格可根據(jù)管理需要進(jìn)行修改;1、根據(jù)促銷員銷售業(yè)績(jī)和工作表現(xiàn)等因素將促銷員等級(jí)分 為初級(jí)、一星級(jí)、二星級(jí)、三星級(jí)共四級(jí);新入職人員評(píng)定為初 級(jí)職稱,有產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)最高評(píng)定為一星級(jí);2、A, B類門店員工有資格參與三星級(jí)職稱評(píng)定;3、促銷員根據(jù)職稱享受相應(yīng)獎(jiǎng)金及待遇,原則上最好的促 銷員安排在最好的門店;備注:根據(jù)管理需要可以加入
4、績(jī)效考核,管理人員根據(jù)需要 強(qiáng)化的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行評(píng)分,月底給予考核系數(shù);BP:獎(jiǎng)金二等級(jí)獎(jiǎng)金 X考核系數(shù)基本工資,提成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1、根據(jù)底薪和促銷員職稱確定基本工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn),BP:基本工 資二底薪+等級(jí)獎(jiǎng)金.女th某促銷員在C類門店中促銷,入職職 稱評(píng)定為一星級(jí),則底薪600元,職稱獎(jiǎng)金300元,基本工資 =600+300=900 元;提成管理備注:銷售提成由業(yè)務(wù)部根據(jù)產(chǎn)品類別,利潤(rùn),及銷售情況 制訂,主要產(chǎn)品建議A類門店與B類門店保持0.5%的梯度,B 類門店與C類門店保持1%的梯度;晉升,季度/年度獎(jiǎng)管理1、銷售額連續(xù)6個(gè)月達(dá)到上一級(jí)門店銷售水平,門店升一 級(jí),6個(gè)月平均銷售額增長(zhǎng)20%以上,職稱自動(dòng)刃一
5、級(jí),并按新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)發(fā)工資;2、本著公平、公正、公開(kāi)的原則,每半年進(jìn)行一次促銷員 職稱評(píng)定、調(diào)整工作。已經(jīng)達(dá)到最高級(jí)的員工,根據(jù)員工意愿及公司需要,可以晉升管理崗位;3、每季度/年度根據(jù)銷售片區(qū)評(píng)選一次銷售冠/亞/季軍和業(yè) 績(jī)成長(zhǎng)冠/亞/季軍,由人力資源部在全系統(tǒng)予以通報(bào)表彰,并給予相應(yīng)獎(jiǎng)金;II、方案驗(yàn)證與新舊方案數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)比(工資人詳見(jiàn)附件1、工資銷售比(工資銷售比=總工資/總銷售額(含稅)獎(jiǎng)金統(tǒng)一按一星級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放時(shí)工資銷售比從以上數(shù)據(jù)可以看出:獎(jiǎng)金統(tǒng)一按一星級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放時(shí)工資銷售比為8.30%,較8,24%咼 0.06%;由此可見(jiàn),新的薪酬方案與原薪酬方案所支付的工資總額基本持平,未增加公司成
