Plenty ofgraffiti is just vandalism, pure and simple. However, there is also graffiti that is breathtaking in its complexdetail,

Arethese creators not artists just because they use a can of spray paint in stead of a pain tbrush?To declare that all graffiti is vandalism, and nothing more, is an overly simplistic statemen

6、t.Furthermore, graffiti is not going any where, so we might as well find a way to live with it and enjoy its benefits. One opti on could be to make a perce ntage of public spaces ope n to graffiti artists. By doing this, thepublic might feel like part owners of these works of art, rather tha n just
