3、定遠(yuǎn)路，北臨鳳凰路，市區(qū)距南京市直線距離約 50 公里，屬于南京都市圈內(nèi)伙伴城市，一小時(shí)車程可達(dá)南京祿口機(jī)場(chǎng) 。京滬鐵路，合寧高速公路，蚌寧高速公路穿越市境，待建中的京滬高速鐵路，寧西鐵路將在市境內(nèi)通過(guò)，滁河航運(yùn)直達(dá)長(zhǎng)江。This project is located inside BSH Home Appliances Co., Ltd. At 1 Ximenzi Road, Chuzhou, Anhui Province, P.R.China with a floor area of 138,500 square meters. This project offers a convenie

4、nt communication. It faces south of Ximenzi Road, east of Dingyuan Road, north of Phoenix road. The straight distance of the urban area to Nanjing is about 50 kilometers. It is a partner city belonging to the Nanjing downtown area. An hour drive can get to the Lukou Airport in Nanjing. Beijing-Shang

5、hai Railway, Hefei-Nanjing Highway, Bengbu-Nanjing Highway pass through the city. Beijing-Shanghai Highway to be built will pass through the city. Chuzhou River can take ships directly to Yangtze River.1.2 建筑概況建筑概況 Generals of ArchitectureSBS 生產(chǎn)車間為單層廠房，局部夾層，輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，總建筑面積 15312.3M2，占地面積12869.3M2 ，生產(chǎn)車間總長(zhǎng)

6、為 193.08M，總寬 64.18M，柱頂標(biāo)高 13.6M，基本柱網(wǎng) 12M X 21M，建筑地坪標(biāo)高相對(duì)于絕對(duì)標(biāo)高為 22.65M。室內(nèi)外高差為 0.15M。外墻 0.9M 以下2為 240CM 的砌塊墻，0.9M 以上為雙面金屬波紋板夾礦棉墻體，屋面采用雙面金屬波紋板夾保溫棉屋面。輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的鋼梁等承重構(gòu)件均刷防火涂料使其耐火等級(jí)達(dá)到一級(jí)。SBS 生產(chǎn)車間的生產(chǎn)類別為丙類，耐火等級(jí)為一級(jí)。SBS 生產(chǎn)車間內(nèi)包括生產(chǎn)區(qū)、輔助用房（面積 1674.8M2） ，3M 寬架空通道。生產(chǎn)區(qū)內(nèi)主要有殼體發(fā)泡區(qū)、容器熱塑成形區(qū)、裝配線、測(cè)試線等；生產(chǎn)輔助用房包括衛(wèi)生間、更衣室、辦公室、餐廳。SBS 生產(chǎn)

7、車間南北夾層設(shè)有生活輔助區(qū)，面積分別約 400 M2，各有一部疏散樓梯直通室外，夾層標(biāo)高 5.4M；3M 寬架空通道南北貫穿 SBS 生產(chǎn)車間，凈高 6.5m，南起廠區(qū)主通道與原有 C1 廠房間的人行道，北至廠區(qū)的原有主辦公大樓 A4。SBS 生產(chǎn)車間外架空通道面積 172.7 M2，標(biāo)高7M，總長(zhǎng) 43.2M。SBS 生產(chǎn)車間屋頂設(shè)有易熔材料采光天窗。The SBS workshop is a single-storey building, with partial light steel structure. The total building area covers 15312.3M2

8、, floor area is 12869.3M2. The workshop has a total length of 193.08M and width of 64.18M. The elevation of the top column is 13.6M, the basic column grid is 12 M X 21 M. The elevation of building floor relative to the absolute elevation is 22.65 M. The difference of elevation indoor and outdoor is

9、0.15 M. a brick wall of 240mm in thickness is located below 0.9 meter of the external wall. Above 0.9 meter is double corrugated sheeting wall with mineral wool sandwich. Double corrugated sheeting with insulation wool layer is used for the roof. The bearing members of light steel girders are all co

10、ated with fireproof coating to make its fire resistant rate reach Class I. SBS workshop produces products of Class C, its fire resistant rate is Class I. SBS workshop covers production area and auxiliary building (with an area of 1674.8M2), elevated gangway of 3m in width. Production area covers cas

11、ing foaming area, container thermoplstic shaping area, assembly line, testing line, etc. The auxiliary building covers toilets, change rooms, offices and dining rooms. The SBS workshop is provided with a living area to the south and north with an area of about 400 M2. Each escape stair leads to outd

12、oors. The elevation of sandwich is 5.4 M; The elevated gangway of 3M in width runs through SBS workshop from the south to the north. The clear height is 6.5m. the plant main access road and gangway between existing C1 workshop starts from the south and ends to the existing office building A4 of the

13、plant in the north. The elevated gangway outside the SBS workshop occupys an area of 172.7 M2 with an elevation of 7m and total length of 43.2m. 14、.2868.4M，柱頂高 11.6M，基本柱網(wǎng) 12.5M X 20.5M。外墻 0.9M 以下為 240CM 的砌塊墻，0.9M 以上為雙面金屬波紋板夾礦棉墻體，屋面采用雙面金屬波紋板夾保溫棉屋面。屋頂設(shè)有易熔材料采光天窗。在半成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)與 SBS 生產(chǎn)車間之間局部設(shè)有鋼雨篷，便于貨物流通。半成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)為丙類庫(kù)房，二級(jí)耐火等級(jí)。設(shè)有自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)，五個(gè)防火分區(qū)，面積分別為 3036.5 M2，2068.7 M2，1890 M2，2584.7 M2，859.1M2 。在 3.00 和 6.00M 高度分別設(shè)置夾層，標(biāo)高3.00M 夾層面積 523.9 M2 ，標(biāo)高 6.00M 夾層面積 2452.2

15、 M2 ，其中辦公區(qū)在標(biāo)高 6.00M的夾層內(nèi)。建筑地坪標(biāo)高相對(duì)于絕對(duì)標(biāo)高為 22.65M。室內(nèi)外高差南面為 0.25M，室內(nèi)外高差北面為 1.35M。Unfinisehd Goods Warehouse is of mixed structure, single-layer concrete column, light steel roof truss, partial lamination. The total building area is 11620.1M2, floor space 7633M2, total length 100.6M, total width 80.2868.4

A steel canopy is provided partially between the Unfinished Good Warehouse and SBS workshop for the sake of goods circulation. UGW is a Class C warehouse with fire resistance Class II, provided with fire sprinkler system. Five fi

18、reproof divisions are with areas of 3036.5 M2，2068.7 M2，1890 M2，2584.7 M2，859.1M2. Interlayers are provided at the elevation of 3.00 and 6.00 meters respectively. Interlayer area at the elevation of 3.00M is 523.9 M2 and that at the elevation of 6.00M is 2452.2 M2. Office area is located in the inte

19、rlayer at the elevation of 6.00M. The elevation of building floor relative to the absolute elevation is 22.65 M. The difference of elevation indoor and outdoor is 0.25M in the south and that of elevation indoor and outdoor is 1.35M in the north.成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)為混合結(jié)構(gòu)，單層混凝土柱，輕鋼屋架，總建筑面積 7982.7M2，占地面積6806M2 ，倉(cāng)庫(kù)面積總長(zhǎng)

20、 82.57M，總寬 82.72M，柱頂高 10.1M，基本柱網(wǎng) 20.5M X 13.7M，建筑地坪標(biāo)高相對(duì)于絕對(duì)標(biāo)高 21.72M，室內(nèi)外高差 1.35M。北面外墻為砌體填充4墻，并加高至原屋頂 100MM，東面外墻采混凝土空心砌塊，西面外墻采用防火墻。屋面采用雙面金屬波紋板夾保溫棉屋面。屋頂設(shè)有易熔材料采光天窗。儲(chǔ)存物品類別為丙類 2 項(xiàng)，二級(jí)耐火等級(jí)，設(shè)有自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)，現(xiàn)設(shè)有兩個(gè)防火分區(qū)，中間以耐火極限 4 小時(shí)的防火墻分隔，防火分區(qū)面積為 3400M2 。輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的鋼梁等承重構(gòu)件均刷防火涂料使其耐火等級(jí)達(dá)到二級(jí)。成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)北面和西面分別與 E7 倉(cāng)庫(kù)和 F5 倉(cāng)庫(kù)相連接，在內(nèi)部以 5M

21、 寬、5M高，包括背火面溫升作耐火極限判定條件的防火卷簾（耐火極限不低于 3h）相聯(lián)系。成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)在南側(cè)和東側(cè)為大型鉸接貨車的卸貨裝貨平臺(tái)，分別設(shè)有 17M 與 8M 寬的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)雨篷，天溝采用內(nèi)天溝，并與西南側(cè)原有的卸貨平臺(tái)功能結(jié)合。Finished Goods Warehouse is of mixed structure. single-layer concrete column, light steel roof truss. The external wall to the east is fireproof wall, Double corrugated sheeting with insulation wool layer is used for the roof. On the roof is provided with a skylight made of fusible material. Stored go

24、ods are of Class C, Item II, for fire resistance Class II, provided with fire sprinkler system. It is divided into two fireproof areas. A fireproof partition wall with fire resistance for 4 hours is provided inbetween them. Fireproof area is 3400M2. Bearing members of light steel beams will be coate

25、d with fireproof coating, its fire resistant rate is Class II. FGW will be linked with E7 warehouse and F5 warehouse in the north and west respectively. In the internal is connected with a fireproof roller shutter of 5M in width and 5M in height (fire resistant limit less than 3 hours). At the south

26、 and east of the FGW is the dock leveler for large-scaled trucks with steel canopy of 17M and 8M in width installed respectively. Drain gutter is of internal shape and combined with the existing dock leveler at the southwest. 1.3 結(jié)構(gòu)概況結(jié)構(gòu)概況 Generals of StructureSBS 廠房為單層廠房，上部采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，鋼柱輕鋼屋面，其中局部設(shè)一夾層平臺(tái)，平臺(tái)

27、采用壓型鋼板組合樓板，平臺(tái)梁采用 H 型鋼；在廠房端部和中部共設(shè)三道柱間支撐。屋5面板采用壓型鋼板。SBS workshop is a single-storey building, steel structure on the top, light steel stud roofing, partial with a laminated platform. Platform uses corrugated sheeting to form a floor with H-shaped steel as platform beam. At the end and center of the wo

28、rkshop are provided with tree bracings between columns. Corrogated sheeting is used for the roof panel. 半成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)采用排架結(jié)構(gòu)，鋼砼柱，輕鋼屋面；屋面板采用壓型鋼板。其中局部有夾層，夾層采用鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)；基礎(chǔ)為柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)。UGW adopts bent frame, reinforced concrete column, light steel construction roof. The roofing panel applies corrugated sheeting. Founda

Welding rods with lower intensity used for welding on the reinforcing bars or steels of different 6materials1.4 工程地質(zhì)條件 Geological Condition of the ProjectSBS 廠房位于西門子路與清流路交匯處的東北角地塊，在 C1 及 C3 車間北側(cè)，A3（辦公大樓）的南側(cè)。擬建 SBS 廠房平面上呈長(zhǎng)方形，長(zhǎng) 192 米，寬 63 m, 單層，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，柱網(wǎng)距 821m。南側(cè)包含有 15m 寬的通道。擬建場(chǎng)地為沖積地貌，現(xiàn)為拆

34、遷后的空地及臨時(shí)倉(cāng)庫(kù)用地，地勢(shì)較平坦。施工時(shí)勘探孔孔口地面高程在 21.3722.89m，最大高差 0.52m。SBS workshop is located at the northeast plot and intersection between Ximenzi Road and Qing Liu Road, to the north of C1 and C3 workshop and to the south of AS (office building). The subsoil within the depth of field exploration is divided into three layers. Details are described as follows:第層雜填土：雜色，松散狀，主要由粘性土組成，夾有少量碎石、塊石、爐渣等雜物，局部地段分布有砼塊，因場(chǎng)地舊房未拆除，其老房基礎(chǔ)在

42、場(chǎng)地內(nèi)分布較廣。該層全場(chǎng)分布，層厚 0.74.8m。The first layer mixed filling soil: mixed colour, loose type. It mainly consists of clay contained with a little gravel, stone, slap. Local section has concrete block. Because the old building has not been dismantled, the foundation of the old buildings has a wide distribut

The thickness of the layer is 0.74.8m.第層粉質(zhì)粘土：灰黃色褐黃色，可塑狀，含有少量銹斑、土質(zhì)均勻，干強(qiáng)度高, 韌性高,無(wú)搖震反應(yīng)，光滑，該層場(chǎng)地內(nèi)局部分布，主要分布在場(chǎng)地的中東部，最大層厚3.20 m（14孔，其底板埋深也最低，層底標(biāo)高 15.94 m） 。The second layer clay silt: grey-yellow to brown-yellow plasticity, containing a little rust mark, even soil quality, high dry intensity, high toug

48、庫(kù)西面留 20.8M 后期施工） ，每個(gè)區(qū)根據(jù)施工圖紙和工程量分為不同的施工段?；A(chǔ)分段原則為：各段混凝土一次澆筑量為 50100M3；有基礎(chǔ)梁的柱基與獨(dú)立柱基分開(kāi)施工，以減少基礎(chǔ)梁上的施工縫。This project covers SBS workshop, UGW and FGW. Every distributed work of natural division can be divided into three different construction areas (in order to protect the existing road and normal material

Each area can be divided into different construction section according to the working drawings and bill of quantity. The principle of foundation subsection: once concrete casting quantity for e
