寶潔經(jīng)典八大行為面試問題應(yīng)答范例

1、英文的行為面試訪談問題， 每個(gè)題目往往都包含著一個(gè)主要的考查意圖， 比如說， 有的題目考查的是創(chuàng)新能力， 有的題目考查的是團(tuán)隊(duì)精神， 而有的則考查的是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。這些考查意圖會(huì)非常明顯地在題目本身的Key Words當(dāng)中表現(xiàn)出來。所以， 在回答這種問題的時(shí)候， 你的描述應(yīng)該側(cè)重于“What-S.T.A.R.-Key Words描述法”中的Key Words.以下這些題目選自寶潔八大題， 但是它們實(shí)際上具有非常普遍的代表性， 基本包含了外企公司所要考核的全部內(nèi)容。如果讀者感興趣的是一家比較著名的外企公司， 或者是一家相當(dāng)不錯(cuò)的國內(nèi)公司， 請(qǐng)務(wù)必仔細(xì)準(zhǔn)備下面這八大題目。1.
