五年級下英語輔優(yōu)補差計劃

1、五年級下英語輔優(yōu)補差計劃仙巖鎮(zhèn)中心小學 王丹丹隨著學習難度的不斷提高，學生的英語成績也不斷下降，兩極分化現(xiàn)象日益嚴重。五年級上學期的英語期末成績都不是特別理想，各班平均分為別為五（1）83分，五（2）79分，各班成績普遍存在著高分不高，低分又極低，高分人數(shù)少，低分人數(shù)多的現(xiàn)象。導致這一現(xiàn)象的原因是多方面的，包括學生基礎差，對英語缺乏興趣，學習習慣差等等。針對這些情況，我制定了以下計劃，努力做好培優(yōu)補差工作。第一，讓學生在思想上產(chǎn)生緊迫感由于絕大部分學生在三、四年級懶散慣了，到了五年級心仍然未回到學習上來。老師急學生不急，這種情況不能再繼續(xù)。為此我要尋找機會教育學生要懂得珍惜時間，要樹立學習目標

2、，并開始行動，這樣才不會變得平庸。我還要關注學生的行動，在每次發(fā)現(xiàn)問題時能及時給他們指出來。始終強調：結果之美是最令人興奮的，但過程之美是最令人感動的。穩(wěn)定學生們的學習態(tài)度，讓他們產(chǎn)生學習英語的興趣。第二，對于成績較好的學生，想法讓他們學會學習我發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些成績很好的學生不一定有好的學習方法。大多都是在教師的強逼下取得進步的。這不利于學生朝更高的方向發(fā)展，也不利于他們終身學習習慣的養(yǎng)成，到了五年級了，學生的的學習壓力也增加了，不會學習是絕對不行的，要想考出好成績。就得想盡各種辦法，讓他們最大程度地提高學習效率。對于具體的學習，我一般要求這部分學生在課堂上做到認真聽，并能積極參與課堂活動，在課后要

3、“牢、準 、全”地識記知識點。平時讓這些學生多做些練習，培養(yǎng)學生靈活做題的能力。另外也有意培養(yǎng)學生的觀察能力，能獨立發(fā)現(xiàn)課文中的重點和難點。第三，對于基礎很差的學生，通過完成少量任務，讓他們有成就感，從而培養(yǎng)他們學習英語的興趣。本學期中我要采用分層教學，成績較差的學生由老師進行專門指導。在記憶單詞上，我不要求他們把當天學的所有單詞都會背，可以允許他們分批次的背單詞。課堂中，我會把一些簡單的問題留給他們。這樣一來，學生的學習難度就大大的降低了，學生對英語學習的抵觸情緒也就會降低了。第四，讓學生喜歡老師，是培優(yōu)補差的關鍵平時我由于教學上的壓力，也由于其他老師的教導，對學生越來越嚴厲，這對學生的健康
