Guarantee/質量保證：Tlic Seller guarantee that the commcxlit- hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with the quality and specification stipulated in this Contract The guarantee pcricxl is

26、 of the accident issued by the Competent (Tovcnimcnt Authorities where the accident (Kcurs as evidence dicrcoE 任何一方對由于下列原閔而導致不能或暫時不能履行全祁或部分合同義務的，不負責任： 水災、火災、地震、早災、戰(zhàn)爭或任何在簽約時不能預料、無法控制且不能避免和克服的 事件。但受不可抗力影響的一方，應盡快將所發(fā)生的事件通知對方，并應在事件發(fā)生后2 周內將有關機構出具的不可抗力事件的證明寄交對方。Under such circumstances the Seller, however,

The penalhowcxr, shall not exceed 5% of the total value of the goods involved in the late deliver- The rate of penalty is charged at ().5% for every Severn days, odd days less than seven days should be counted as seven davs. In ease the Seller fail to make delivery 1() we
