1、 BC200A型泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器 使 用 說(shuō) 明 書 沈陽(yáng)鑫榆林石油機(jī)械有限公司泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器是用來(lái)測(cè)量往復(fù)式泥漿泵的泵沖程數(shù)和每分鐘泵沖程數(shù)（即泵沖的頻率），為司鉆人員提供準(zhǔn)確的灌入井筒泥漿的加入量和速度。是鉆井過(guò)程中的必備儀表。BC200A泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器是在BC100泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器的基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)改進(jìn)提高而來(lái)的，是BC100泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器的升級(jí)換代產(chǎn)品。它比BC100增加了一路信號(hào)輸入通道，并且增加了單路通道泵沖的計(jì)數(shù)和累計(jì)、總的泵沖程數(shù)的累計(jì)，關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)記憶等功能，并且操作更方便、簡(jiǎn)單、可靠。在殼體上我們采用了全密封結(jié)構(gòu)，信號(hào)接頭采用了防水接頭，按鍵采用防水按鍵，所以BC200A泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器具備了很好的防潮防水性能。

2、在水深1m，12小時(shí)的防水試驗(yàn)中，BC200A泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器內(nèi)部完全沒(méi)有進(jìn)水的現(xiàn)象。又由于BC200A泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器的整體功耗在150uA左右，傳感器信號(hào)電流在5uA左右，所以實(shí)質(zhì)上BC200A泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器具備了防爆的特性，也就是本質(zhì)安全。一、 功能：1、 測(cè)量并獨(dú)立顯示泵1、泵2和泵3的泵沖程數(shù)。2、 測(cè)量并切換顯示泵1、泵2和泵3的泵沖頻率，可通過(guò)面板上的“選擇”按鈕切換。3、 總的泵沖程數(shù)（泵1、泵2和泵3的泵沖程數(shù)之和）。4、 測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的記憶（指在不更換電池的情況下）。二、 性能參數(shù)：1、 量程：1） 泵1、泵2和泵3的泵沖程數(shù)：0199992） 總計(jì)(泵1、泵2和泵3的泵沖程數(shù)之和)：0999

4、按照安裝示意圖（圖三）將儀表安裝完成，檢查連接是否正確后，即可使用。下面介紹BC200泵沖計(jì)數(shù)區(qū)、顯示區(qū)和按鍵區(qū)的功能。1、 顯示區(qū)可以顯示以下內(nèi)容：1） 泵1：顯示泵1的泵沖程數(shù)2） 泵2：顯示泵2的泵沖程數(shù)3） 泵3：顯示泵3的泵沖程數(shù)4） 累計(jì)：顯示泵1、泵2和泵3的泵沖程數(shù)之和5） 泵沖頻率：配合按鍵區(qū)的選擇按鍵切換顯示泵1、泵2或泵3的泵沖頻率2、 按鍵區(qū)分三個(gè)按鍵：（電源）開(kāi)關(guān)、（選擇）泵1/泵2/泵3和清零。1）（電源）開(kāi)關(guān)：每按動(dòng)一次BC200泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器的狀態(tài)由開(kāi)關(guān)開(kāi)循環(huán)，在關(guān)閉BC200泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器時(shí)，自動(dòng)記憶本次關(guān)機(jī)前的數(shù)據(jù)，開(kāi)機(jī)時(shí)自動(dòng)顯示上次關(guān)機(jī)前的數(shù)據(jù)，并且在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行

5、泵沖程數(shù)的計(jì)數(shù)和累計(jì)。2）（選擇）泵1/泵2/泵3：每按動(dòng)一次BC200泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器的泵沖頻率顯示部分循環(huán)顯示泵1、泵2或泵3的泵沖頻率，即泵1泵2泵3泵13）清零：每按動(dòng)一次BC200泵沖計(jì)數(shù)器的所有記錄的數(shù)據(jù)全部歸零。3、 1）HR-3V磁傳感器安裝示意總圖2）磁塊安裝示意圖注：在磁性材料上安裝磁塊時(shí)，如果采用螺釘固定，螺釘材料宜選用不銹鋼螺釘。在非磁性材料上安裝傳感器時(shí)，螺釘?shù)牟牧蠎?yīng)該是鐵質(zhì)的。六、注意事項(xiàng)：電池的更換：電池盒在儀表后面，將電池盒蓋打開(kāi)后，更換同型號(hào)的電池2節(jié)，注意電池極性不要裝反。隨機(jī)所帶電池一般可用12年。更換電池后，儀表以前所有記錄的數(shù)據(jù)將丟失，開(kāi)機(jī)時(shí)，顯示區(qū)可能顯示

6、不為零的數(shù)據(jù)，此時(shí)按一次清零鍵，儀表即可恢復(fù)初始狀態(tài)。如果想保留以前記錄的數(shù)據(jù)，更換電池的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)3秒。本機(jī)的字符、數(shù)字顯示采用LCD顯示，觀察時(shí)應(yīng)有光照。MODEL BC-200A PUMP STROKE COUNTEROPERATION INTRODUCTIONSShenyang Xinyulin Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd.The pump stroke counter is used for measuring the number of pump strokes and per minute number of pump strokes (i.e.

It is a necessary meter in drilling process. Model BC-200A pump stroke counter comes out from improving the model BC-100 pu

8、mp stroke counter, being a kind of updating and upgrading product of BC-100 pump stroke counter. Compared with BC-100, it increases a signal input channel and increases the functions of the count and accumulation of the pump strokes of a single channel, the total accumulation of the number of pump s

9、trokes, data memory when the machine is turned off, etc. Also its operation is even more convenient, simple and reliable. The totally enclosed structure, water-proof signal connectors and keys endow the BC-200A pump stroke counter with good moisture-proof and water-proof performance. After being sub

10、jected to a water-proof test for 12 hours under water with a depth of 1m, the BC-200A pump stroke counter shows so good water-proof performance that no water is found entering in. furthermore, with its overall power consumption being around 150uA, its sensor signal current around 5uA, the BC-200A pu

After the meter has been mounted according to the installation diagram (Fig.3) and the connections have been checked for their correctness, then it can be used. The functions of

17、 the counting area, display area and push-button area of BC-200A pump stroke counter are now introduced as follows: a. The display area can display the following contents: For pump 1: display the number of pump strokes of pump 1 For pump 2: display the number of pump strokes of pump 2 For pump 3: di

18、splay the number of pump strokes of pump 3 accumulation: display the sum of pump strokes of pump 1 , pump 2 and pump 3 frequency of pump strokes: display in change-over the frequencies of pump strokes of pump 1 ,pump 2 and pump 3 by using the “select” push-button in push-button areab. There are thre

19、e push-buttons in push-button area: (power) switch, (select) pump 1/pump 2/pump 3 and clear. (power) switch: For each push, the state of BC-200A pump stroke counter will change from ON to OFF to ON cyclically. When BC-200A pump stroke counter is turned off, the data before this times turn-off will b

20、e remembered automatically. When the meter is turned on, the data before last times turn-off will display automatically and on this basis the number of pump strokes will be counted and accumulated.
