1、第十六章 國際商事合同責任以及免責條款翻譯（課堂講練） 教學目標：掌握有關國際商事合同責任以及免責條款的翻譯方法。課堂教學概述 在國際商事合同通過違約以及侵權條款， 就違約或侵權情形進行約定后， 需要進一步 約定發(fā)生違約或侵權情形以后，違約方承擔責任的具體形式與范圍，同時，雙方也可 能就免責事項進行約定， 一旦出現(xiàn)免責條款規(guī)定的情形或條件， 即可排除或者限制一 方當事人全部或者部分的合同責任， 這實際上約束了合同他方當事人要求該方履行合 同義務的權利。課堂講練例 1、Each Party hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless the other P
