2、等國問題的能力，并能以正確的眼光看待世界上所發(fā)生的問題，提高學(xué)生對文化差異的敏感性、寬容性和處理文化差異的靈活性，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生跨文化交際能力。把學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為高素質(zhì)的人才，同時又能愛祖國、熱愛社會主義，致力為祖國的繁榮、發(fā)達(dá)而努力的人才，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生樹立正確世界觀。同時，通過課文的學(xué)習(xí)和各種練習(xí)的實踐，達(dá)到提高英語水平的目的。通過比較學(xué)習(xí)不同文化中具有特殊文化涵義的詞語與表達(dá)式，可以促使學(xué)生掌握一些特殊詞語的深層次意義，是對詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)以及翻譯水平的提高的有益補充；通過開展中外文化的比較，讓學(xué)生切身感受到成功的交際僅有語言是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，文化方面的因素有時所起的作用遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于語言本身，必將為英語學(xué)習(xí)者成功地參
