1、SV_20140002上海大眾汽車大眾品牌2014 年經(jīng)銷商試乘試駕車管理支持政策Y2014 Policy of SVW VW Demo Car ManagementChina上海大眾汽車大眾品牌試乘試駕車管理支持政策Policy of SVW VW Demo Car Management目的 Purpose:為更好的推進經(jīng)銷商落實和貫徹上海大眾試乘試駕管理標準,使?jié)撛谟脩舻靡猿浞?享受到試乘試駕服務(wù)與體驗,從而提升客戶滿意度和成交轉(zhuǎn)化率。To encourage dealers to implement and execute the criterion of Demo car Manage

2、ment well, bring excellent test drive service and experience to potential customers to improve customer satisfaction and test-to-buy rate.一、 試乘試駕車配置與支持原則 Principle of demo car configuration and support:1.對象: 上 海 大 眾 大 眾 品 牌 全 體 特 許 經(jīng) 銷 商 、 授 權(quán) 直 管 直 營 店 / 城 市 展 廳 、 授 權(quán)直營店 / 城 市 展 廳 均有義務(wù) 按 標 準 配 置 試

3、乘 試 駕 車 輛 為 客 戶 提 供 滿 意 的 試 乘 試 駕 服 務(wù) , 提 高 客戶滿意度。Object: All 4S, DMRRS/DCS, RRS/DCS and city-show room dealers of SVW VW brand have the duty to equip demo car to provide customers with excellent test drive service to improve customer satisfaction.2.規(guī)則:試乘試駕車使用期限原則上是一年,如有新車型上市,則按上市時間針對配置時 間延遲或提前配置試乘試

4、駕車輛。在新車配置完成之前原試乘試駕車不得退出。General rules: Demo car usually will be used for one year. If new model launch, SVW will adjust the equipment time. The original demo car could quit only after the new car registers.3.配置:試乘試駕車具體的配置車型與數(shù)量以總部當期發(fā)布的經(jīng)銷商試乘試駕配置通知為 準。新入網(wǎng)經(jīng)銷商首批試乘試駕車輛的配置以具體通知為準。Configuration: The equippe

5、d demo car model and number will be noticed bySVW. The first batch demo car of new comer will be noticed by SVW.4.折扣支持:上海大眾針對試乘試駕車依據(jù)綜合檢查結(jié)果全年給予經(jīng)銷商開票價 40%至-4%的折扣政策,要求試乘試駕車必須上牌后按上海大眾試乘試駕標準使用。參與返點計算 的車型是基于每個季度末登記在冊的試乘試駕車輛。Discount support: Dealers will enjoy 40%-4% discount of demo car in relate to diff

6、erent performance and use the demo car standardly. Discount will be given to all demo car registered in Demo car management system in the end of each quarter.5.績效考核:根據(jù)每季度銷售用戶滿意度 CSS,經(jīng)銷商神秘客戶 MS 和現(xiàn)場檢查 OQC 中 試乘試駕模塊計算綜合檔次,按照不同的得分檔次給以不同的折扣補貼,隨公司季度返利 一起發(fā)放(折扣見下表):Performance assessment: SVW will calculate

9、行發(fā)放,對入網(wǎng)日期在季度下半季的經(jīng)銷商,其入網(wǎng)后首季不發(fā),在次季度按照新入網(wǎng)標準 進行發(fā)放。對于新入網(wǎng)經(jīng)銷商,總經(jīng)理,銷售總監(jiān),客戶總監(jiān),市場總監(jiān),服務(wù)總監(jiān)等 關(guān)鍵崗位通過測評的在半年內(nèi)出現(xiàn)離職換人的情況,將不再享受上述支持政策,并且扣 回已發(fā)放的試乘試駕車輛的全部返利。在支持期過后,新入網(wǎng)經(jīng)銷商納入正常的考核范 圍。For new dealers, the start two quarters will enjoy the 10% discount (the highest level).If entering time in the second half of each quarter,

10、 the dealer will not enjoy discount in the first quarter, but in the next quarter. If in start half year, general manager, sales manager, customer manager, marketing manager and service manager(qualified) leave, the new dealer cant enjoy the discount and SVW will deduct the discount given.二、 試乘試駕車的管

11、理、檢查及處罰 Management ,check and punishment of demo car1管理責任:Management responsibility1) 經(jīng)銷商 DealerØ 按要求配置試乘試駕車輛,規(guī)定期限內(nèi)在當?shù)剀嚬芩瓿缮吓疲ㄅR時牌照除外),經(jīng) 銷商需在試駕訂單下達的 2 個月內(nèi)完成上牌,限牌地區(qū)的新入網(wǎng)經(jīng)銷商或新增車型 可適當延長至 4 個月內(nèi)完成上牌,并遵守交通法規(guī)規(guī)范使用試乘試駕車輛.Equip demo car as SVW required, get the license for the demo car(temporary license is

12、 not acceptable).Dealers get the official license in 2 months , and new dealer and new models for mature dealer in license limited region get the official license in 4 months, and use demo car legallyØ 為所有試乘試駕車輛配備必要的保險,險種包括:交強險、車損險、座位險、自燃 險、第三者責任險和不計免賠險。All Demo Car insurance must be included t

13、raffic Insurance, vehicleChinadamage insurance, seat insurance, spontaneous combustion insurance,third party liability insurance and not-deductible insurance. Dealers can also cover other types of insuranceØ按照車輛規(guī)范要求為試乘試駕車輛做維護保養(yǎng),并將相關(guān)記錄歸檔備查。Vehicle maintenance as SVW VW brand required, and keep t

14、he record.Ø 按照 DOS 標準配置試乘試駕專員,并按標準流程開展試乘試駕活動。Equip demo car specialist and execute test drive service as DOS required.Ø 把試乘試駕車輛的信息(車型,車牌,Vin 碼等)及時準確的填入試乘試駕車輛管 理系統(tǒng),未安裝 GPS 的經(jīng)銷商要求按照試乘試駕車管理系統(tǒng)規(guī)定每天規(guī)范輸入試乘 試駕信息。Type the data of demo car(model, license number, Vin number) to management system corr

Non survey city dealers also type the test drive data.2) 銷售服務(wù)中心負責對轄區(qū)內(nèi)經(jīng)銷商的試乘試駕車進行日常監(jiān)督管理和檢查,對非展 廳試乘試駕的備案予以確認,同時銷售服務(wù)中心需將日常管理中發(fā)現(xiàn)的經(jīng)銷商的違規(guī) 行為及時糾正并向網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展與管理通報。RSSC is responsible for daily check and management for the regional dealers and approve the non-test drive activities. Meanwhile, RSSC report t

16、he violation to SVN.3) 網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展與管理負責試乘試駕車輛訂單申請,指派,按照管理規(guī)定實施日常管理, 定時發(fā)布試乘試駕相關(guān)信息及報告等;開展對試乘試駕車的定期和不定期的專項檢查, 并依據(jù)相關(guān)檢查進行處罰。SVN is responsible for demo car order application and assignment, manage daily work and release information and report about demo car, organize test drive special check unscheduled and puni

17、sh basing on the result.2管理與處罰 management and punishment:China1) 對于所有以指派訂單配置的試乘試駕車輛,經(jīng)銷商應(yīng)在訂單下達后 2 個月之內(nèi)完成配置,并錄入試乘試駕車管理系統(tǒng)納入管理。For all the demo car order, dealers must equip well within 2 months and type the demo car information to management system.2) 上海大眾針對經(jīng)銷商試乘試駕配置和使用情況將通過用戶滿意度(CSS)、銷售神 秘客戶()、現(xiàn)場檢查(OQ

18、C)、經(jīng)銷商能力審核(DCA)、Audit和不定期的 試乘試駕專項檢查等方式嚴格管理。SVW will check the test drive service by CSS, MS, OQC ,DCA, Audit II and some other method.3) 試乘試駕車必須專車專用,如在車輛使用周期內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)銷商的試乘試駕車輛被挪作 其他用途并未經(jīng) RSSC 或總部相關(guān)部門備案確認的,將在返利中扣除相應(yīng)車輛已發(fā)放 的折扣補貼并給予該經(jīng)銷商一級警告的處罰。Demo car must be used for test drive. If it is used for other pur

19、pose and not put on record ,SVW will deduct the bonus paid and SVW will give this dealer level 1 warning.4) 經(jīng)銷商未按上海大眾要求配置足夠的試乘試駕車,給予一級警告,并將扣除當季試 乘試駕折扣補貼的 50%。經(jīng)銷商沒有配置試乘試駕車,將受到黃牌警告的處罰,并扣 除當期商務(wù)政策返利補貼的 50%。If dealer dont equip enough demo car, it will be given Level 1 warning and deducted 50% all demo c

20、ar quarterly bonus,. If dealer dont equip demo car, it will be given yellow card warning and deducted 50% bonus in dealer incentive policy5) 試乘試駕車如未在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)上正式牌照,取消在此期間相應(yīng)試乘試駕車的折扣補 貼;如超過規(guī)定時間一個月內(nèi)仍未上正式牌照,經(jīng)銷商將被給予一級警告同時取消在 正式牌照錄入前相應(yīng)試乘試駕車的折扣補貼。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)上假車牌,套牌等情況,一經(jīng) 查證,經(jīng)銷商將被給予黃牌警告同時扣除當期所有試乘試駕車的折扣補貼。If dealer don

21、t equip enough demo car, it will be deducted 50% all demoChinacar quarterly bonus, If dealer still dont equip well one month later, it will begiven first level warning and deducted the rest 50% all demo car quarterly bonus. If dealer dont equip demo car, it will be given yellow card warning and dedu

22、cted 50% bonus in dealer incentive policy.6) 上海大眾在提取第三方評估檢查中關(guān)于經(jīng)銷商試乘試駕檢查結(jié)果的同時也可接受銷 售服務(wù)中心的通報,作為不發(fā)放試乘試駕車輛折扣補貼及追加處罰的依據(jù)。The result of third party checking the test drive or information from RSSC, all these will be regarded as evidence of discount deduction and punishment.三、 調(diào) 研 城 市 試 乘 試 駕 車輛GPS管理Surveyc

23、ity democarGPSmanagement1管理規(guī)定 Regulations:1)電子圍欄試乘試駕車輛必須在指定線路行駛。Electronic fenceDemo Car must be run in the specified line2)非活躍車管理試乘試駕車輛在一周內(nèi)不應(yīng)沒有使用。Non-active vehicle managementDemo Car should be put in use once a week.3) 試乘試駕圈數(shù)試乘試駕車輛在一月內(nèi)使用圈數(shù)不應(yīng)低于民用車零售數(shù)。Demo car driving recyclerecycles in a month shou

24、ld not be less than the normal car retail.4) 試乘試駕車輛報備 Record ManagementØ事故類報備必須上傳事故或維修單等證據(jù)類照片。Upload accident evidence.Ø市場活動類報備必須提前兩天上傳經(jīng)銷商總經(jīng)理以上級別或分銷中心的審批的簽 字文件(備案時間在三天或三天以上需分銷中心簽字,附活動計劃),并注明活動 路線及目的地等。Upload marketing activity report approved by dealer manager or RSSC(Three days more appro

25、ved by RSSC, attach plan). Explicit the route and destination.China針對每月報備數(shù)量全國排名前列的經(jīng)銷商,總部將逐一核對報備信息,對于信息不符的將以車輛為單位統(tǒng)計違規(guī)次數(shù)。For the record number top dealers, each record will check again, and the fake information will calculate in vehicles2處罰 Punishment:在一月內(nèi)經(jīng)銷商以上情況出現(xiàn)三次或未經(jīng)允許情況下試乘試駕車輛 跨銷售責任區(qū)域行駛,上海大眾將扣除該車輛

26、當季折扣補貼并給予一級警告處罰。 Relevant bonus will be deducted and a level I warning will be given if 3 times rules broken be found in a month or if demo car running in non-sales region be found.四、 本管理支持政策自批準之日起生效。The support policy will be effective as soon as approved五、 網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展與管理保留對該政策的解釋權(quán)以及在需要的情況下做出更改的權(quán)利。SVN res

32、白Polar White2013.122014.12China附件二:試乘試駕車配置流程 Procedure for demo car configuration:1、 正常特許經(jīng)銷商、直營店、精品店試乘試駕配置流程以當期試乘試駕配置通知為準。 Configuration plan of demo cars for dealers 、RRS and city showroom is based on the notice send by SVN.1) 配置方式:訂單指派。Configuration way: order pointed2) 車型:指定車型。Model: pointed3) 每次車型配置前,由 SVN 對經(jīng)銷商發(fā)出配置計劃通知,同時,提供需要配置試乘 試駕車輛的經(jīng)銷商名單至銷售部門。A notice will be seen to dealers before every configuration and a name list will be sent to SVS
